I haven't received my order yet, so I will update my review based on the quality of the product, however, their website is very annoying/irritating, and when checking out, apparently you must check your shipping method over 10 times because I specifically chose expedited shipping to get my fiance's gift between Feb 14th- Feb 16th for Valentines day because he's only with me for those days, and when I received my order confirmation/receipt, it says I chose standard shipping, which I, as well as my roommate, know for 100% that I didn't choose, and now it will not get here in time. This was the "biggest, most important" gift to him, out of 4, and considering I chose 2-day shipping on all of my items on different website, I obviously would've on this as well considering I ordered them all within the same night. I'm extremely pissed off, and when I chatted with someone on their website, they said it was my fault, not theirs, and that they can't do anything about it. Unless it gets here in time and/or the product is good quality, I do not plan to order from this website again.
