A issue with the FEDEX shipment left us a day before our event with our order nowhere to be found. After being elevated from the normal call staff, Amanda went above and beyond to insure we received our order in time for our event. I manage a customer service team and am always aware of the experience I am having working with other retailers. This was truly what customer service is all about. Amanda cared more about the order than I did. And I cared a lot. Great job. We will order again and hopefully will not have any issues with FEDEX. My only opinion would be to use UPS instead, but understand if FEDEX is the company you have a deal worked out with in your area.
