I am on my 4th Lexus from Park Place Plano. The experience of buying/leasing a new car from them is hands down 5 star. Everything they do here is in excellence and you can expect nothing less. Not only do I love driving a Lexus, but the customer care that comes with it is outstanding. I definitely recommend this dealership and I love my sales guys!

I was one of the first Lexus owners in the DFW market having bought one of the first LS400s sold by Sewell. I was well aware of Sewell's reputation for service and had decided the this new Toyota product was right for me.

Since then I've owned 5 or 6 LS models, never had one problem with any of them, and bought the last one from Robert Gabriel at Park Place 9 years ago. My wife does not like to part with her Lexus but we decided it was time and to switch to the RX350 this time so went to take a look and asked for Robert.

As with our last purchase, Robert Gabriel proved himself to be the nicest person to deal with. He was very patient as we test drove a couple of models and I told him I'd let him know when we were ready. As before, no pressure, no phone calls or incessant emails from Robert and when I contacted him a week later he was ready to take care of us, even helping us decide what features we needed and saving us a lot of money as a result.

I wish I could say more about Park Place Lexus Service Department but having never had a service issue with any of my Lexus vehicles I can't comment on that department but know their reputation is impeccable. I did drop in one day to ask question about an issue with getting my Homelink programmed with my security gate remote and their tech guy told me exactly what to do and it worked.

I'm a dedicated Park Place Lexus customer and plan to buy from them again, hopefully from Robert, but if not, I hope to see that his assistant Ivan has moved up to a sales position. They both took great care of us and we appreciated their patience and attitude.

This was an internet purchase, my first. My salesman Mark Dresselhuys was professional and courteous, not pushy at all and made the transaction seamless. This purchase was for an older model Toyota 4Runner and I was treated as if buying a Lexus.

I just bought my Car from this dealer back in late Feb 2018 (Herb was an awesome sales agent) This review is about their service department. I took my NX to get a wash today at 7:45am and it was ready at 8:10am. I went to collect my NX from their service desk and walked briefly around my car with the service tech and everything seemed to look OK, It was NOT. I work 5 min from here so when I got to work, parked under our garage. When I got out and collected my backpack from the back seat, BAM...I see this tennis ball size swirl scratch towards the bottom of the rear bumper by the tire. At first I thought it was a smudge but no, its definitely a scratch as if someone was wiping in a circular motion with a scrub pad. I called them immediately after and they said someone would be in touch with me about the issue. I will update the review if they fix the scratch but it will stay up if they do no resolve.

I and my mom s name Thu Pham just trade in my old Lexus for another 2015 Lexus SUV RX 350 last week. Blake Cooper is a nice salesman for this place. If you want to buy a car you should ask for him. But I m disappointed because my car isn t perfect as I expected after they cleaned.
I bought a car when I was in rush with customers so I was hurry to finish paperwork and go back to my shop but found that the car can t be cleaned because of rock chips when I and Blake thought it will be cleaned but not really. They can t clean it. Very unfair and disappointed.
Wendy - my service girl is nice she told me to come back so they can clean the car again but no way for them can clean the rock chips on the front bumper. Car is driving good but I feel bad for the front look of this car.

I trust big dealership and my salesman. This is my fifth Lexus we bought from dealership but it s the first one I feels disappointed about that. They give me the touch up pen for the rock chips. Is it professional way to satisfy customer?

This Park Place Lexus is close to my shop so I like to come here. It s much closer and easier but the important is the quality of service not just the miles.
Today April 10, 2019 i brought my car into service department but Jace on the service lines said their tunnel was broken last night so they can t do anything and told me to come back another time.

We've been looking for a pre-owned Lexus and have come in on a couple of occasions to test drive. We've dealt with three different salesmen (one passed us off to another) and encountered the same attitude when we sat down to make a purchase. It seems they've taken the position that since they're the number one dealer in the country, they don't need to negotiate. Their competition had the exact same Certified model we were test driving for less with navigation. When we pointed this out, they still refused to budge on the price. Interested customers there on site willing to make a purchase. We bought the car from the competition. You sent us to your competition. You guys have a serious problem that needs to be addressed, otherwise that number one dealer you're hanging your hat on can just as quickly turn on you.

Sales was nice but if I were trying to make a sale, I would be too. What really sets them apart is their extremely uncaring service department. If they could win awards for how horrible your service can get, this place would have the gold medal. Everything from scheduling service, scheduling pick up, trying to find someone that will help you because your service rep is being unresponsive, to the oblivious employees outside responsible for bringing your car to you are hard to deal with. Funny how customer service is the last thing you will get in a service area. How are they ok with letting an upset customer walk away? Take ownership and make an effort to have your customers walk away happy.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Park Place Lexus. I went to accompany a friend who was in the process of looking because this was her first time buying a car on her own, and I had just been through the process myself. The first clue that this was going to be a less than positive experience was the fact that we had to go to the front desk to ask them to page a salesman for us. Once we did have a salesman to talk to, we immediately felt like we were not being taken seriously because we were younger than the typical Lexus buyers. When he took us out to the back lot to find the car my friend was interested in, he couldn't find the car immediately and said, "Well, I guess it's just not here." After asking him where else it could be, he finally took us to another lot where it ended up being (about 10 minutes down the road), and he made it seem like a chore. Then, when my friend asked if she could test drive one of the models, he told her no, that there was too much traffic. He then started asking her questions, in a very rude and judging way, about what kind of credit she had (after he had just told her she couldn't test drive a vehicle). When we got back to his office to talk numbers, he told us he could give us the MSRP of the vehicle, but he was not going to give us anything else because we would just take that number to another dealership and get a better deal from them. All he said was, "I'll beat the price they give you." After we left, I had to assure my friend that that is NOT how you should be treated at any dealership. We went to Sewell in Dallas the next day, and she was amazed at the difference in customer service. Needless to say, she ended up buying a Lexus there and is very happy with that experience. We have a lot of younger professional friends that are or will be in the market for a new car soon, and we will both be recommending them not to go to Park Place Lexus.

My girlfriend and I had every intention of spending the entire day or even several days shopping for a new car. We did a little bit of research in advance online and finally inquired about a vehicle that appeared to match our needs. Mark Dresselhuys called me shortly afterwards inviting me in to see the vehicle and it wasn't long before we both realized that the vehicle, the buying process, and Mark himself were all exceeding our expectations. We purchased the vehicle and couldn't be happier. The process also took much less time than I expected and kept the excitement of shopping for a new vehicle fun rather than tedious. I would certainly consider buying from the dealership and working with Mark again in the future!

Just want to let everyone know what a different and lovely experience I had at Park Place Lexus in Plano, Tx. My sales Rep was there through the whole purchasing process, which I loved not going from office to office or person to person. I got a more than fair deal on my purchase and trade in. Michael O' Brian made my purchasing experience one that I will never forget. We were in and out with our new Lexus in record time, and that was important to me. Ask for Michael. He is an easy going guy that has your best interest at heart and will bend over backwards to find you what you are looking for. If you are looking for a pushy sales rep, he is not the guy for you. As for the dealership, I can't imagine any better service or attention at any of the other dealerships I've purchased from before. Park Place Lexus set the standards so high for us that nothing less will ever do.

Last week I was in the market for a new vehicle and after doing some research I decided on the 2015 Lexus RC 350 Sport. Originally, I went to Sewell Lexus in downtown Dallas, but after a negative experience there, and after speaking to Bill Lang at Park Place Lexus in Plano, I decided to purchase from him. Not only was Bill able to give me the best pricing compared to Sewell, he was also able to get me the EXACT car I wanted (special color, upgraded rims, and window tints) for a VERY reasonable price. Not only did Bill helped ensure that the process was a great experience, he was also very personable...I think we spent more time "shooting the breeze" than we did with the actual transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Park Place Lexus in Plano...especially if Bill is involved.

On top of the excellent service I received, Bill was also very helpful in decided on additional warranty options. I'm not usually the one who purchases the additional warranties but Lexus now has a warranty that covers rims, tires, windshields, and dent removal. Bill was very thorough in explaining how the warranty works to me. As I stated, I am not the type of person to buy these normally, but I sure am glad I did. I purchased the car on Saturday 8/8 and while driving to show my brother my car I ran over a pothole and noticed that my car was not driving as smoothly as before. The next day, Monday, I called and spoke to Richard Johnson in the service department. He asked me to bring the car in to have it looked at. Richard was also very helpful. Normally Park Place prefers you set up a service appointment so that they can give you a loaner car, but he said that he would be able to go ahead and reserve one for me. After bringing my car in to have it inspected they found that I had not one, but two bent rims. At this point, I figured I was going to have to come out of pocket to replace the rims, but Richard was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to have Lexus replace BOTH of the rims completely free.

Overall, I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of customer service. Everyone that I have dealt with at Park Place has not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to them for my next vehicle purchase and will recommend anyone and everyone I know to them!

And the extended warranty turns to it doesn't cover this it doesn't cover that

Any time you walk into Park Place Lexus in Plano you are treated like a VIP. I was able to walk in, pick a car, do the paperwork and leave in right at an hour of time. They were professional the entire way through. The car I wanted was at the Grapevine store so they put me in a loaner for the night and had it ready for me in the morning. Tremayne Standberry and Cameron Drackett took care of it from top to bottom! I would recommend Park Place to anyone!

First, no one told me the RX350 of interest had a large dent in the rear fender. Otherwise, I would have opted for a different RX just down the road. Though the salesman had already knocked $1500 off the price, I was unhappy that the car would have to be repaired and repainted. I had already walked away from two other dealerships who tried to sell me cars that had the bumpers repainted (not sure why they are doing this!)

The AD AND the salesman misrepresented that the car had the upgraded Mark Levinson stereo system and the ad said it also had the tonneau cover. Though I didn't really care about the Levinson system, I DID want the tonneau cover, as I loved the one in my 2002 RX300. The salesman argued that he wasn't sure if the tonneau cover originally came with the car and wasn't going to honor the ad until I insisted (and yes, the tonneau cover originally came with the car, though the prior owner apparently kept it). He got a generation 3 tonneau cover and put in it, which kept falling when I tried to use it, because it did not fit and it looked awful. I would NOT expect something like this from a Lexus dealership!

After I got home, I researched why the tonneau cover kept falling and contacted the salesman to let him know I wanted the correct generation. When I returned to the dealership, he kept balking at providing me with the correct cover, insisting that the dealership was not going to throw in a $200 tonneau cover; we started walking out to the used RX350's so I could show him how the correct cover should fit. We were unable to find my year model with a cover in it. I told him the cover came originally and he continued arguing with me until I finally lost my temper and yelled at him in the parking lot! We walked back in and he went to ask his manager about the cover, who PROMPTLY told him to simply order the correct cover. When the cover finally came in, the dealership kept making me wait on the salesman (who I could never reach or get a call back from) to give it to me until I finally ANGRILY INSISTED on simply picking it up myself. The nice man at the info center tracked it down, walked out with me and installed it for me and agreed that it looked much nicer than the wrong cover the salesman had installed.

I WILL say that the service department and the two gentlemen who stand at the info center are outstanding. THEY are the only reason for two stars, rather than one. If I was grading just them, there would be five stars.

Secondly, I was anxious to get my permanent plates and had called to see if they had come in. The ladies told me that the plates would take 6-8 weeks and that they would go to my salesman and that he would call me when they came in (oh, great!). Since our daughter's new plates came in for her car at the Hyundai dealership in just TWO weeks, I decided to call again tonight (after three weeks) and lo and behold, my plates were already there -- but no call or email from the salesman. They again tried to send me to the salesman, who did not answer his phone. I called back and insisted that they put the plates at the front desk, before the service department closed. This was a major issue for them, but they managed to get it done and I was able to pick up my plates tonight

In summation, Park Place, you have an outstanding product, but requiring the salesman to handle every single issue pertaining the car they sold is a MISTAKE! Having already owned an older 2002 RX300, I knew I wanted an RX350. I listen to Jerry Reynolds on Saturday mornings and THAT is why I ended up choosing your dealership over a couple of others I could have chosen. I have been very disappointed in this entire process, even that you changed the interest rate on us at the last minute, though not a major difference. I will not shop this dealership again.

SERVICE... let me start by saying that my rating as a stubborn customer should be ONE STAR! but as a professional I am rating today's experience a 5 just because of how they handled it. I came in today with an appointment to get my 5000 mile oil change and expected to get a loaner and come back after my meeting. first thing I am told when i pull up that its about 1.5 to 2 hour wait, I consider the situation and ask for a rental or loaner and the response was its just not available without an appointment. I express that I had an appointment but i guess I am also supposed to set up a loaner when I call for an appointment. I have yet to meet a service writer at this point. so i decide that I will not be doing my service today and because he already wrote on my window he said to wait so he can clean it off.... anyway after I leave I call park place and ask for a service manager to ask more questions and somehow the call gets disconnected. within minutes i get a call from a service manager called Brandon. He truly saves the day, for one he was polite... apologized when he didn't need to... and expressed how my business is valued at park place. he asked for my business in the future even after I told him I was going to another Lexus dealer. so instead of going to another Lexus store I will be going to back to park place Plano tomorrow to service my car. At first I was shocked with the treatment especially knowing the reputation that park place has around town as being the best at customer service. Park place even sponsored some events my friends have hosted..... so good job Park Place on having employees like Brian. lets see how tomorrow goes... to be continued....

I visited Park Place Lexus with my wife and daughter on a Saturday afternoon, Aug 23 to look at and hopefully test drive a GS F. We walked up to the front desk and the two ladies at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. I let them know that we were there to look at a GS F. There were two salesmen right at the desk beside them and neither one of them moved, volunteered to help, or offered assistance of any kind. They seemed really hesitant to help. They stood there talking to each other. One of the ladies asked if one of them could assist us and then one of them (Carl) then decided to assist. After looking into the status of the 1 GS F on the lot, Carl informed us that it was being sold, but there was another one that was supposed to be transferred to this location on Monday. We were told that we would get a call on Monday to set up a time to come look at it and test drive. Never received a call! I went online to Park Place's website to inquire about availability and received a response the same day from Gabriel asking if we had test driven one yet. I responded to Gabriel and let him know that we visited Park Place on Saturday but the GS F was being sold so we could not test drive it. I let him know what colors we were looking for and asked if one could be delivered. Gabriel said he didn't realize we visited already and would forward my email and request to Carl. On Tuesday, Aug 25 I received an email from Abbey following up on my online request to Gabriel. I responded and let Abbey know that I could be contacted by phone, text, or email and that I had not been contacted by Carl yet. Abbey responded that Gabriel was looking forward to working on this for me. I sent Abbey my contact number and didn't hear from Gabriel or Carl on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, I then received another follow up email from Abbey asking if anyone was in touch with me yet. I let her know that I had not heard from ANYONE yet and at that rate I would be purchasing my next vehicle from Sewell's Lexus. Abbey informed me that she would let her manager know about this, but at this point I really didn't care to deal with anyone that didn't follow through from the beginning. Guess what, never received a call on Thursday either. On Friday my wife received a call and text with pictures of the GS F saying it had arrived that same day. Would have been great to know earlier in the week, like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or even Thursday that the car wasn't there yet. I still NEVER received an answer to whether a car could be ordered/delivered for me. I asked was there an option to have one built and the answer I received was, "the last two cars that I ordered took 4-5 months. However, I don't think we can order a GS because this is the last year of production". This response showed me JUST how much I meant as a customer. He didn't bother to actually find out, but told me what he thought and at the same time telling me how long it took for a previous order to arrive. Who's purchasing this car, me or you?? Never bothered to ask if I minded waiting 4 -5 months or anything. I don't know if the lack of support here was because of my Veteran status, me being a little younger.....or maybe just because I'm black! Maybe someone there has that answer. I contacted Sewell's Lexus on Friday Aug 28 and within 5 minutes I was told that they found 3 of the vehicles in the colors I was looking for. My wife and I walked into Sewell's on Saturday Aug 29 and walked out as new owners of a 2020 GS F and guess what, they're having it delivered from somewhere else (like I was asking Park Place to do).
Now THIS was the service I was looking for and deserved!! Thanks for pointing me in the RIGHT direction!

Just bought our fourth pre-owned Lexus from Herb Simonsen. We drive all the way from Houston because we seem to always find the best pre-owned Lexus vehicles at Park Place, and feel like we get a fair price and great service! I purchased my 2015 NX at Park Place in 2015. I also had the Lexus roof rack and Lexus running boards installed. Shortly after driving my car, I started to notice a loud whistle (like a wind tunnel) even with the sunroof closed. After research PP concluded that they installed the accessories backwards. I was asked for the keys to the roof rack, and when I told them I'd never received them, the service manager at PARK PLACE CALLED ME A LIAR TO-MY-FACE and I had to fight with management for them to fix the problem they caused.

After this incident, I started taking my NX to Sewell where I'd purchased in the past. But just a few weeks ago, the black plastic cover fell off the back of the running board and my 12 year old daughter and another family member were cut on the back of their legs by the razor sharp exposed metal. I took the car back to PP because that's where I purchased it.

Tanner, the Service Manager at Park Place refused to warranty the part and told me I'd have to pay $300 for a new one. I plainly told Tanner that Park Place simply doesn't care to retain its customers for life like Sewell Lexus does and that I'd be taking my car there where I'm appreciated. He said nothing and told me to have a nice day.

SEWELL Lexus went above and beyond and REPLACED this part for me UNDER WARRANTY at NO CHARGE. Was Park Place just trying to get more money out of me? I will always be a LIFELONG PARTRON OF SEWELL Lexus and would like everyone to know that PARK PLACE LEXUS DOES NOT VALUE OR CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. DON'T SETTLE FOR MEDIOCRE DEALERSHIPS LIKE PARK PLACE.

My experience at Lexus Park Place in Plano was great. Kevin Teller was very patient and thorough with our trade in. We got a great deal and we are very pleased with the vehicle. We did spend over 5 hours there, but with the snack and drinks available we were able to keep our 4 year old fed and entertained with the kids area.

Since relocating from Fort Worth to Dallas, Tx. twelve years ago, I had a choice of a fine dealership in Dallas near me, or drive a farther distance to Plano, TX. I chose Park Place Lexus in Plano because of their sales team, their honesty, courtesy, and no pressure ethics approach. My first purchase was with Daniel Moore, (now Manager) and now Darren Smith, my personal sales person. They make the entire process no hassle and comfortable for me, their customer. That s very important.

Excellent service that continues to impress us as we look back upon it. We leased a 2018 RX 350 - our second in 3 years. Jason was superb in the way he looked out for our concerns. Actually as far as necessary to make sure that we were not only satisfied but highly pleased. (Wait, make that what we consider to be far and above what we expected) We had a lot of uncertainty and back and forth as to which final options we wanted. He never pushed us in a particular direction, he just patiently worked us through the various options. Finally when we picked the car we wanted he was happy to deliver it. We then decided that was really not what we wanted although we had signed paperwork. We were expecting that it was too late to back out of a deal we had agree to. He was able to make the adjustments needed to get us the car that we really wanted. We thought WOW! There is no way we will going forward ever consider shopping at another dealership. We are due for a new car next summer and we will be ringing Jason's phone.

Needed to program my fob key, they did the job done but even though I had an appointment it took very long.Also the quote I got initially from them was different from what I was charged. There were additional costs that they hadn t confirmed with me. I recommend that you confirm the total cost with them before giving them the car!
