I started to buy Lexus cars in 2000. Since then we bought five Lexus cars for my wife and me. The kids have adapted Lexus as their standard car as well. The car is reliable with low maintenance, which make the life cycle cost lower. The service is exceptional with loaner cars, great facilities and support staff. Once you buy a Lexus there is no need to look at any other car.

The experience here buying a new car is great, but don't expect the same from their service department. They attempt to sell you service that is not needed, don't have loaner cars as promised and fail to match other dealers service pricing as promised.
It's not uncommon to have to wait several minutes in the service drive before being greeted.
We purchased our 2013 RX at Sewell because PP wouldn't beat on price.
Sewell is not as convenient, but a decidedly better experience in all departments.

Terrible Customer care. When I bought lexus 3 years back, they signed me up with Tire and Wheel package, Interior package, and couple of other packages. I am trying to reach them from last few weeks, to understand how to make use of them or cancel them and its very hard to find a person. its been 3 weeks, called 15 times, the reception transfers to some department, no one answers and even if I leave a message no call back. Finally talked to someone last week, and emailed them and again no response. Left a message, no call back. Cannot believe this is happening in USA.
If you are in the market for a lexus or any high quality vehicle, give Park Place a serious look. Friendly staff will welcome you and attentive assistance. Owning a Park Place vehicle will bring you a stress free experience that demands minimal effort of you !
Great experience. Includes having some adjustments made. James again made our Park Place experience excellent. We felt we received a fair deal, we were kept informed, we were taken care of in a timely . We get all our Lexus service completed here, and plan to purchase here again in the future.
For an establishment like Park Place, I found it quite appalling that everytime i call the phone rings about 20 plus times for someone to answer the phone! On top of that they will transfer you over to parts department and at times it will just ring and hang up. I almost feel like you are having phone issues. This is not a one time issue. I buy parts from you guys about 10 plus times a month ,spending thousands of dollars with your company. This is like the 5th time i have called and just have phone issues with Park Place. I am not sure if your staff is trained properly or not. But when i have to call other dealerships like for example Mercedes Benz of Plano. Someone picks up the phone and greets you, transfers your phone call.... Then the department will at least pick up and place you back on hold. With Park Place, you will be lucky to speak to a human being. I literally had to hang up and call 4 seperate times to call. Again, this isnt the 1st time it has happened to me. In this past month maybe 5 times. On top of all of that then there is Me trying to contact a manager to explain the phone issue. Because if this is your standard to customer service... i would rather spend my money with Sewell Lexus in Dallas even though you are just 5 mins away from my location. So when i had to call a 4th time I figured i should talk to Chris Brunner the General Manager and explain this situation. Just because i wanted to be clear if this is the standard of this establishment. The Male Receptionist who answered the phone asked me what was the reason of my call for Chris. I explained that i wanted to speak to him and voice my complaint. He wouldnt transfer me to Chris. He mentioned that i needed to speak to a Service Manager 1st. And i responded back with I would just like to speak to Chris Brunner that was it. If you can just transfer me over to him please. He continued denying me. So i wonder why is it so difficult to speak to a General Manager of your establishment??? Are they trying to prevent me from voicing my complaint to the General Manager??? I just find it pretty comical that an establishment like Park Place Lexus in Plano will NOT ALLOW you to talk to the General Manager.... That just sounds sketchy!!! I was really frustrated with the Male Receptionist who just completeley denied my request for speaking to a GM. I could of left a message on his voice mail... As long as i knew the message was going straight to him. So I then explained to the Receptionist that I will just go online and write a review im sure you guys will address my issue then.. Since no company likes bad reviews. But let me tell you this. I have visited most of all Retail Dealerships in the Metroplex and I will say this to anyone..... If you want to deal with a good customer service retail dealership... Go see Sewell Lexus. Park Place just always has issues. Sewell Lexus is 10x better with customer service hands down. And on top of that I would say Park Place Lexus is on the same Level as a Dodge Dealership. So moving forward I will not purchase or service my vehicles with Park Place Lexus Plano. I will just send my business to Sewell Lexus unless Chris Brunner can call and explain to me what the Standard is with his dealership that he manages! I encourage everyone who is interested in a Lexus or owns a Lexus to just go visit Sewell Lexus in Dallas and see the difference! Park Place lacks Customer Service. You should appreciate your customers and people willing to do business with your establishment. When your phone rings more times than none someone is interested in spending money with your company. I have always purchased my new Lexus RX SUVs from Park Place Lexus. I return to Park Place Lexus, Plano because I have always experienced great service. Yesterday, Darren Wagoner, Sales Experience Manager assisted me in purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned NX 200t Lexus. He is the best. He provided excellent service and helped me select exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I never felt pressured or rushed and left thinking the entire process was enjoyable. If you think you might want a Lexus go see Darren. You will be glad you did.
My service writer Paul Egerton at Park Place Grapevine is great. He takes care of his customers and highly recommend seeking him out if you need service at the Grapevine Lexus location.
I almost never leave reviews but this experience had just been so frustrating. I am trying to get a replacement master key. I'd called about 3 dealerships to get quotes and time estimates. All 3 gave me $288.00 and 1-1.5 hours. When I arrive at Park Place, I go to the parts desk and they all of a sudden give me a new quote of $550, 2 other employees confirm this quote while I am at the parts desk. There was some confusion about recoding, this was understandable. Then, I go to services and they take my car and tell me that they will need my car for the whole day! I was planning for a 1.5 hour services and I wish they'd been honest about it taking a day over the phone. And then...the next morning I'm told that the quote will actually be $610.00. I just needed them to be upfront from the get go. I will not be returning to Park Place for any servicing again.
My sale consultant was above and beyond, David Parks was recommended through a mutual friend that just recently purchased from him and I couldn't be happier with the process. Quick, Knowledgeable, Confident, Easy going some of the traits David put forth. Would definitely continue to work with Park Place Lexus.
On December 24 2014 Santa Claus give me a 2015 Lexus ES 350 with instructions to receive it from a Mr. Mike McAllister, sales person at Park Place Lexus. Mike read my letter to Santa and agreed with my numbers. He wrote the contact and I signed it. Mike could readily see my heart was set on that new car for Christmas so he and the sales staff made it happen. Because of Mike's willingness to make the deal happen and my previous seven years experience with the dealership made the decision to receive Santa's gift an easy one. This is the second year for the "new model" with the spindle grille. The car is much more fun to drive than the previous Camry based model. I love it! It's easy to see why Chris Brunner's dealership is so successful, he hires guys like Mike McAllister.
Michael Redd was our sale representative and he helped make the buying process relaxed and pleasant.. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Michael was great - he was so helpful. We were very pleased with our Park Place experience. It was worth driving 500 miles to get a great deal and a fantastic vehicle! I have no reservations recommending Michael & Park Place!
Don Mitchell went out of his way to get us into a great 350. Great car and great experience. The service during the sale was thoughtful and intuitive to my needs. The after the sale experience with all that PP offers I know will be incredible. Again, wonderful car that my wife is very excited about coupled with best in class service -- winning combo. I bought a car at a Park Place dealership and now they refuse to give me the "Park Place Preferred" benefits I was promised. I bought a Mercedes at Park Place Grapevine. Part of the Park Place sales pitch is that the customer gets access to "Park Place Preferred" membership at ANY Park Place dealership. One of those perks is complimentary car washes. I used the benefit for almost two years (once, maybe twice a month) after buying the car and never had any problems. Now, they're telling me that I'm not eligible for the car wash because I don't service my vehicle at a Park Place dealer. The salesperson, the materials I received when I bought the car, NOR their website lists "using a Park Place dealer for service" as a requirement to be included in "Park Place Preferred" program. I talked to several sales people, all of them said this wasn't Park Place's policy so I continued to try and figure out why I was being denied service under "Park Place Preferred" membership. Ultimately, the Service Manager at Park Place Plano refused to uphold their company's promise saying it IS company policy and I should drive to Grapevine (over 30 miles away) if I want to get my car washed. I get my car serviced at Ewing Mercedes (which is not a Park Place dealer) because it's 25 miles CLOSER than any other Park Place Mercedes dealer. It's insane for them to want me to drive 30 miles to get my car serviced (when I can drive 5) just so I can be included in a program they promised me when I bought the car. On top of all this, I pre-purchased 3 services when I bought the car, which obviously was at a Park Place dealer. So even under their own misrepresented rules, I paid Park Place for service and STILL don't get what they promised me when I bought the car.
I had a very good experience with Park Place Lexus. Gabriel, the sales associate who helped me, besides being friendly, is very knowledgeable. He knows his product very well. He walked me through about my car till the very end. I learned a lot from him. Thank you.
First time Lexus buyer and first time Park Place customer. We were looking for a new 2 door Coupe type Lexus and stumbled upon David Parks by pure luck and we scored big time. We think he was actually fairly busy with other sales on a busy New Years Eve weekend but he was able to point us to some vehicles to consider and eventually a test drive then when we could get all his attention, he was able to guide us through the process of what car, color, options, availability, prices for the eventual RC 200t 2-Door Coupe sport we chose. We don't take reviews lightly since we are in a service industry so we commend David on a great experience and thankful for the thoroughness he provided from beginning to delivery was an A+++++. New and very nice showroom with clean, well-kept bathrooms. Calm and polite sale people who refer to you, not as customers, but as clients. No sign of high pressure or hard sales. We were lucky to have Ryan Bacsafra, our Sales Experience Manager, to guide us through the process. Ryan completely changed my less-than-ideal perception of the car buying ordeal. Better client treatment sets this place a part from other car dealers and makes the car buying process a pleasant experience.

They treat you so well at Park Place. When I tell others, who also have luxury vehicles, how well they treat me they often say "my dealer doesn't do that for me." We'll mine does and with a smile.
Herb was wonderful and tireless in working with us. He patiently showed us all the cars we wanted to look at and answerd all our questions. His approach with us made it a totally stress-free experience. He never pushed us in any direction. He brought out most of the features of the RX 350 that heloped decide on the purchase.
I can't say enough about this dealership. They have always provided amazing service in each department though the car buying and owning process. Recently I needed to trade vehicles early and with a window of only a few hours. I called Joel. He recognized my name which was greatly appreciated and not expected. I told him on the phone what I wanted. He found the car, got it ready and called me shortly thereafter to come in and sign papers. He gave me a great deal, offering me specials that I was not aware of! I signed all of the papers, was given a personal tutorial of the vehicle and drove away. The whole process took less than 2 hours of my time, including the phone call! I feel like they always have my best interest in mind and listen to me. Thank you to everyone that helped me that day!

I have been taking my 2009 IS250 to Park Place Plano for the last 2 going on 3 years. I had a headlight replaced ($200+) in August 2014. I was recently stopped by a Wylie office because my headlight was out, took my car to PPP, and was advised that the light was still under warranty. Couple days later I was advised that there was a problem with the headlight computer and that it would need to be replaced and the cost would be $1800+. That's fine because I need my headlight to work. My husband picked my car up yesterday 6/30 and this morning I get in it and low and behold, my headlight was still not working after paying PPP $1800. I am so angry! Now my questions are, was the headlight computer really the problem, was the headlight computer actually replaced and what did I just pay $1800 for. I am so disappointed. You take your care to a #1 rated dealer, entrusting them to do right and fix things but you get messed over more than if you took it to a Mom and Pop shop. I have given PPP thousands of dollars and this is the 2nd instance that something like this has happened. I'm truly reevaluating taking my car for service in the future. No one has money to waste nor time dealing with issues that you think will be taken care of. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY.
Update (7/7/2015 @4:31 PM): If my headlights are working properly, why has my car still not been returned to me as of today? This makes no sense whatsoever! Thanks for the lies that you put on!
some sales person are very disrespectful. I was discussing the price respectfully and the sales person close the subject jumped from the seat and kicked me out in a way saying he has a customer waiting for him which was not and said that they are not in a business of giving away cars. I am still planning to buy a Lexus but not in a store like this.
