We are longtime Sewell customers and have purchased 5 Lexus GS over the years from Sewell. Park Place has called several times asking to work with us because our lease on the last GS 350 was up and we live down the street in Castle Hills. We walked in to buy my son a new IS300 F sales guy basically blew us off and handed us to his assistant. Who pulled out a 3-year-old Lexus with 43,000 miles for us to test drive. Subsequently, I gave the sales guy an ear full and talked briefly to the sales manager as the DM was not available. We proceeded to go back to Sewell. We were greeted by the salesperson at Sewell with chilled bottled water in hand and within 30 minutes we re sitting with finance to finalize our deal. We purchased 2019 IS 300F fully loaded and my son loves it. Don t do business with Park Place.

I detest buying a new car. My husband owns a Lexus 350 Sedan and suggested that I drive the Lexus RX350 since I wanted a crossover SUV. He also recommended that I speak with Jason Huber since he had had such a wonderful experience with Jason. I have to tell you that was the greatest car buying experience. He is such a great guy, never ever did he make me feel uncomfortable or like he was pressuring me. He has got to have the patience of Job. It took us a long time to finally make the leap but he was with us the entire way. I was so happy with the experience. I'm pretty sure we are a Lexus family from now on and as long as Jason is till at Park Place Lexus, they will have our business.

We were in search of a Luxury Car . We visited all Brands of Luxury Cars in Plano . But when we came to Park Place it was a totally different Experience . We were made to feel at home . We were greeted by the Sales Consultant Joe Quenet outside the building when he saw us looking at the cars parked outside . He led us inside the building and we were greeted by Receptionist. From then on it was smiling faces all around . Joe did an excellent Job in showing us all the models and its features . He was very knowledgeable . He was with us when we test drove and explained all functionalities . Finally we decided to go for LEXUS 350 .Joe did an Excellent Job in making me feel comfortable and he answered all my queries with patience . He also explained many features of the wonderful vehicle . Even after buying the car he constantly is following up. The Process was very smooth and I would say Value for money was Great . A terrible place to talk to if you want to return your car after lease or buy your car after the lease. Treated me like their best customer when I went in to buy the Lexus RX 450h.

Emily and I have been Park Place customers for over ten years and have owned 8 Lexus vehicles. Our latest purchase was in late March 2015 when I purchased a 2015 GX460. It was the vehicle I had been wanting to buy. When we met Don Mitchell we were immediately comfortable and were never pushed to buy before we were ready. Don explained all available purchase options and we selected an option that was perfect for Emily and me that fit our retirement goals. Don was excellent at making sure he understood our needs. It's not everyday one can call a car salesman a friend after such a short period of time but he indeed is. I would recommend Don to anyone wishing to receive a truly excellent buying experience. This dealership is larger than a small town. I tried to eat and drink the cost of a car in free snacks and diet coke, but couldn't do it. Enjoyed the experience. However, even paying cash, there is lots of paperwork.

We have enjoyed our dealings with Mark and with Park Place, and after many years of dealing with them, we typically know what we want, and we go directly to Mark to help us. I do not hesitate in recommending them to others. I believe they have always treated us fairly, and their customer service is exceptional...and I love my new Lexus!

The General Manager, Chris Bruner, met us in the showroom after we walked in without an appointment. He didn t tell us he was the general manager and just walked us around chatting and showing us vehicles in the showroom. After about 20 minutes he introduced himself as the general manager and found us a sales associate, Brett Stein. Brett was absolutely amazing and worked hard for us to get the vehicle we wanted and had it shipped in from New Mexico. These two gentlemen are the reason we went to Park Place in Plano and represent customer service at its best

I was very pleased with the professional sales service that I received from Don and how Patrick, my original point of contact, stayed friendly and in touch throughout the purchase. Plano Lexus treated me as a customer and with respect and not just another sale. The showroom and selection of cars is terrific. When deciding on the dealership the additional factors were the clean service department, technology support available for the car, and waiting area for when you bring a car in for service.

Right after I purchased my 2007 Lexus IS350 in Fort Worth, I met - and then married - a wonderful woman from Carrollton - and I then began my association with Park Place Lexus - Plano; and I have enjoyed every moment of that decision. As a Retired Air Force Lt Col, I am a 'stickler' for 'Go By The Book'! And Park Place Lexus-Plano has been with me mile after mile. Because vandals decided to completely destroy my IS350 - and State Farm declaring it a 'Total Loss' - my first response was to contact Park Place Lexus - Plano. That began my association with K.C. Chaudhry. 'KC' has the identical 'DNA' of the entire Park Place Lexus-Plano 'family' - which is, without question, one that everyone should experience!

Every person that step over there is a potential buyer, and your agent should take care of that. My experience in Lexus dealership was not good. I came to the Plano dealership on Saturday my husband and I wondering around for 30 minute and no one take care of us finally we find one of the seal associate and asked some question but he simply point us the huge parking lot and told us we could go and see the cars outside . Thought I came for test drive and make decision between my options, after that experience I totally disregard this option.

We have been customers of Park Place Lexus since they opened their doors! This dealership stands for service...from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you are treated with kid gloves. The dealership itself is spotless, including the service bays. There are numerous waiting areas with coffee bars and snacks for people having their car serviced or their car washed (yes, you can take your car for a complimentary car wash!).

Our latest experience with PPL occurred when we dropped off our old Lexus 450SL in POURING rain one night. We couldn't find the night drop for the keys and two employees who happened to be working late, Brandon Cooley and Kelli Hansen, came out to assist us. They couldn't have been nicer. Having just moved to their new location, they were unsure of the location of the night drop, too, but they helped us in the downpour to secure our car for the night before leaving. We knew we would be coming back that weekend to look at CPO cars and told them they had our business.

Kelli did, indeed, sell us a 2013 RX350 within the next two days! She was great...not pushy, very enthusiastic and positive. Kelli streamlined the buying process, educated us on all the "bells and whistles" and has continued to follow-up with us to make sure we are enjoying our car, not having any issues, etc. We highly recommend Park Place Lexus and Kelli Hansen!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. My family and I have actually bought 2 cars from Park Place within a 10year time span when they were off of George Bush but this location was horrible. I came in to test drive an RX350, everything was fine until the negotion process. I may look young and inexperienced but I do my research on KBB, Edmunds, etc. So we haggle for nearly 2 hours, the salesperson was getting frustrated bc I was not budging, and finally we never came to an agreement. The salesperson demeanor was very unprofessional and was borderline yelling. To top it all off, his computer kept on freezing up. You would think that a multimillion $ facility would invest in better tech equipment and more efficient programs. His computer screen looked like Windows 95. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere and found a great vehicle for a great price. Yes, they called me the next day trying to get me to come back in to renegotiate saying "we aren't too far away from an agreement on price". Do not be fooled by the glitz and glam of the facility.

Service person was great. Disappointing they won t let you have a big red bow like they do in the commercials. They say they are only for display and too expensive to give to customers. Look how much we are spending on the freaking cars, can t throw in a bow? Buzzkill.

Had my lexus Is250 serviced here several times, every time they are very friendly and fast with their service. I can get in and out in 15 min. Beautiful and clean dealership. Looking forward to my next purchase from them.

We took our 2017 RX-350 in for 20k maintenance on 06/06/2018. I was told the SUV would be ready on Monday. The SUV didn't get finish until Wednesday, I have to continuously calling to check the status.

What worst is that they didn't even replace the Cabin Air Filter as specify in the 20k Maintenance Service manual. After 1k miles, the cabinet air filter sensor kick on telling us to replace the filter.

I wouldn't recommend to taking your vehicle to service here.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. It was like night and day difference compared to purchases in the past.

This was my first Lexus and was expecting the typical car buying experience. I could not have been more wrong.

Worked with one guy the entire time, Ken Madrid, and he was awesome. Took time to explain everything to me in both the car during the test drive and out of the car when I had questions.

At no point did he use any typical sales pressure on any upgrade. I have already gave his name to a couple people at work that are thinking of buying a new car. The total time to buy the car from walking through the door to driving home in the new car was just over 2 hours on a Saturday morning.

Car itself has been nothing short of awesome so far and totally loving it on the road.

ParkPlace Grapevine is who we used, the Plano facility had the car we wanted tho... they gave us no choice but to go there to make the deal. We met nobody at the Plano location, they didn t do anything for us except the fact they had the car we wanted. The guys at ParkPlace Grapevine were awesome! I highly recommend the Grapevine location.

My vehicle is a certified preowned purchase but had to go thru the service department before I could take ownership. They did a horrible job of detailing my vehicle and was not the level of service I expected.

My experience with this dealership was actually not in person ,which as one knows, can be kind of risque when making such a large purchase. Bought Two Cars

Directed to Park Place Lexus by a friend and very happy not only with the service at the dealership but the sales consultant, Greg Ebenholtz. He was a gem. He was knowledgeable and courteous and efficient at his job. He catered to our schedule and made himself available even on his off day. He gave us a good deal on a IS 350 convertible and a GX 460 SUV with no run around that we have experienced with other dealerships.We will be back in a few years to buy a new car and we hope that he will be there. You can't go wrong with the dealership or with Greg.
