Park Place Lexus Review

The mechanics stole my super bowl ring at Park Place Lexus in Plano....I Left it in the trunk accidentally and although they problem was not in the trunk when I left my car, it was stolen. When I tried to ask the service manager, he scoffed and said none of HIS men would ever do that. I called the office in California and no return phone calls. I reported it to the police and repeatedly called but the service manager had no concern. When I bought the car back at the end of the lease, to my surprise a car salesman asked why I was not leasing another car (it was my fourth Lexus). I told him it was because the mechanics had stolen out of my car. His reply, " Oh yeah, they just cleaned out the service department because so many people had been stolen from!!!" DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I can understand that you cannot watch your mechanics every minute, but to not care and to lie to customers when the service manager KNEW they were stealing is unacceptable.

The wait time to meet a finance manager for an existing customer is a little frustrating.

Consistent amazing service! From just "looking around" at the different cars, actually purchasing a car, and maintenance! The facility is always very clean. And it's so nice to have a waiting area where you can relax, have a meeting, and do work - all with provided snacks and drinks.

My car is 14 gx460. I feel the car seal is not strict, ask the person to seal the tape to be tested. But he refused my request, and said that because the car is too big so air leakage. Then I would like to ask Lexus lx570 bigger, open up is not the same feeling as the open van? If he really said, then Lexus you need to rectification, and you seriously hurt the hearts of those of us like Lexus users. The most serious problem is that this person speaks unusually arrogant and serious racial discrimination. In the United States such a country has been advocating democracy and equality why do you have this behavior? I am not belittling me this Chinese people raise your own, you are in this democratic, equal country discredited. I am a Chineseman and I live and work in the United States. I pay taxes on time. I have two gx460. And introduced a friend to buy a gx460. If not our loyal users of Lexus, you are not long ago unemployed? Do you have any qualifications and rights to discriminate against me?

This experience of buying a used car at Park Place was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Very professional all the way around. I highly recommend my Park Place sales person, Roger Burton.

Park Place Lexus is phenomenal. Tristan is the sales rep you want helping you. He has worked on the Service side and brings that strong automotive expertise to the table while being straightforward and honest throughout the car buying process. He makes Park Place what it is.

Do not buy your Lexus from here. Buy from Sewell instead. They are a bunch of crooks and gangsters. Wanted me to re sign my papers, claiming my loan was not funded. When I found out that was a lie, and that my loan has indeed been funded, they threatened to hold my plates as collateral until I re signed paperwork. They tried to call and email and text and Facebook message me, and even came to my house and rang my doorbell nonstop. I documented all of the actions that they took and am working with a lawyer on a legal action against this dealership, but would advise that if you re looking to buy a car, save yourself the headache and buy from Sewell instead.

Maybe i expect too much. Because I didnt experience this wonderful buying experience like every one else. Despite the fact that my current vehicle was L Certified and exclusively Lexus serviced, they attempted to short me on my trade. They also refused to negotiate the sales price despite the fact that the vehicle had been inventory 61 days, not even $1. I guess I'm old school and I think everything is negotiable. So if you looking for a real deal, this isnt your place. Save your time and effort, go to Sewell Lexus!

We visited Park Place Lexus not really expecting to buy a car that day but sometime in the future. We were met at the door by Adam Remington and what a friendly, knowledgeable enthusiastic young man he turned out to be. We toured the showroom and I immediately fell in love with a cashmere GS 350. What a beautiful car! Adam walked us through each feature of the car and while it apparently is not one of the most popular colors, it appealed to me very much, especially given the heat and intensity of the sun that beats down on cars in this part of the country. By the time Adam finished showing us everything about it, I knew that was the car for me. This without any manipulation or pressure from Adam. He was very professional throughout the process...if I were an Eskimo, I would have bought a freezer from him. That's just how good he is. He started to check their inventory and low and behold, they'd just received the exact same car, only with every possible option created for Lexus cars. It only had 3500 miles on it and the price he quoted us was beyond belief. We didn't negotiate at all, just signed on the dotted line. The paperwork took no time at all and Adam kept us informed of their progress every step of the way. Thank you so much for people like Adam that you have on your sales staff. It was not only a pleasant experience but we laughed and laughed...Adam has a wonderful sense of humor. Thanks again for making buying a car such an easy process and you can bet I'll recommend Adam and Park Place Lexus to any of my friends who are looking for a new car.

and even 1 star is much for this dealership. I want to share my experience with Park Park Lexus Plano. First I have 868 credit score and a repeat Park Place customer. I was seeking to trade in my Lexus for a newer Lexus should be pretty easy transaction, right? Wrong! I couldn't understand why the dealership was offering me a interest rate of 6.34 with Suntrust. I let the salesman know I wanted to keep my loan with Lexus. I was told Lexus required $3K down. Well after being told I was a high risk because I had negative equity in my car and carrying the balance over along with a loan term of 72 months. All of this was a lie, I was profiled by 2 white men who were trying to intimidate a Hispanic female into a horrible deal for their profit. Shame shame on you and for what the dealership is suppose to stand for. I went over to Sewell Lexus of Dallas and bought a Lexus 3.99% interest rate, kept my loan with Lexus no out of pocket cost and Sewell gave me more money for my trade! Park Place Lexus of Plano was sexiest/raciest and lied to my face. To use immoral tactics for financial gain at my cost is just deplorable behavior.

My wife and I have purchased dozens of new cars and we agree that the buying experience at Park Place Lexus was far and away the best of all. Jason Huber, their representative, handled every facet of the sale process, including the introduction and training on the systems. He did everything with precision and the highest of standards...never missed a beat. Also-this the first time in my life that I experienced a car delivered in flawless condition. On top of all this, we received an excellent financial deal. I give the highest of recommendations to Park Place Lexus in Plano and I'm a hard sell!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love Park Place Lexus Plano. Anytime I need a little air in my tires, the drive through service is very convenient. Recently I went in for a bad battery which came with a diagnostics fee that was going to cost me money out of pocket plus the cost to replace my battery which recently lost its warranty. Due to the current quarantine I do not drive my car as much so I wasn t aware my battery was in need of replacement. My representative Antonio made my visit to Park Place another pleasant experience. He spoke with his manager who allowed the cost of my battery to be covered although I had missed my warranty expiration by a few days. He was very professional and I walked away another happy customer. I recommend anyone looking for professional service at a very nice dealership to check them out!

We recently leased our third Lexus working with Blaze. As always, the experience was wonderful! Blaze is professional, helpful and extremely focused on the customer's needs. We were looking at both the RX and GX models - and, he provided valuable insight into the pros and cons of each vehicle, as they pertained to us specifically. Additionally, we had our kids (7 and 9 years old) with us when we were initially up at the dealership test driving. He not only was accommodating with them then, but he went the extra mile to help us process the whole purchase and let them "surprise" Mommy with the car. They loved being involved and we, as parents, greatly appreciated working with someone who was all-around exceptional!

Excellent service, they do pay attention to detail and you as a customer. They listen and obviously you do get what you pay for. Don't fall for that Sewell..obsessed with customer service nonsense. I've been there and no...they don't care.

I was in the market for a used car and knew exactly what I wanted. Park Place has a high standard for trade ins that they keep so I knew it would be in great shape. All dealers list their inventory online these days so it is fairly easy to compare prices so even though this is a luxury dealership, they still have to be competitive. Throughout the process, and working with David Gilmour in used cars, everything was great. There was a problem with the vehicle that threatened the transaction and David took immediate action to get it fixed. Highly recommend working with David and Park Place.

I typically dislike car purchase experiences, but each of my purchases at Parkplace goes smoothly and I leave feeling valued as a customer. I ve been fortunate to have the same salesperson, Mr. Robert Gabriel, who takes such care in meeting my goals and expectations as a client. Dealt with Kevin Teller, and basically purchased a car over the phone for my son. He sent additional pictures and answered all of the many questions I had. I live in Houston, and was looking for a very specific vehicle. He not only delivered it, but he picked me up at the airport, took me to the dealership, and got me out of there and on my way back home in a little over an hour. He and GM Chris Brunner are the most professional team of car professionals I've ever worked with. Top notch operation. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Nicholas Crotwell on the purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the CPO process as I have never bought a CPO car before. The sales process was very smooth and I was glad that I did not have to go through a high pressure sale situation. I brought my own Financing approved by my local Credit Union but Nicholas did a great job to secure a lower rate with Lexus Financial service.

He also did a great job in taking care of very minor cosmetic issue on the rear bumper and had it addressed free of cost.

I would recommend Nicholas Crotwell and Park Place Plano if you are looking for a CPO vehicle.

Don't misconstrue all of these other reviews. At the end of the day they're still out to make a profit at your expense. I purchased a used 2014 MDX and when I complained about the road rash on the wheels, they said what do you expect from a used car. Then they kept trying to shove windshield insurance and tire insurance down my throat at least 8 times as I kept track of how many times they persisted; his tactics left a wavering taste in my mouth. I wanted to test this saleman's integrity as I thought perhaps I may have misjudged him. He made a promise to give me a free yeti lexus mug when I pick up my car a week later. Well I picked up my car and the mug wasn't there. This wasn't about the mug, it was to test his attention to detail and integrity. I went to the salesman to ask for the mug as he promised, and his response was that they're all out of stock. So I kindly walked away and towards the merchandise store, and I told the cashier I wanted to buy a lexus yeti mug. Sure enough, they had plenty in stock. I called the guy out on his blatant lie and he had nothing to say, no apology. This is exactly why care salemen get the bad rep. Is this suppose to be a lexus experience? This experience was only after my brother told me to buy here after his new lexus purchase. I guess the moral is, unless you buy a lexus at this dealership, you get the EVERYTHING BUT the lexus experience.

Took my GF out to look at some cars as i was looking to buy her one for a gift. Was greeted as we were walking around and no means pushed. Was shown a NX200t sport with a great price. Test drove it and this car salesman handed us off to Ken who was 5 stars all around. They seem to have the biggest inventory of very low milage cars. I highly recommend this Dealership and Ken to anyone looking for a Lexus.

This was the easiest, stress free, haggle free, car buying experience I've ever had! With initial pricing over the Internet (available when I am/not typical hours), I came well prepared with all my research on pricing, promotions, rates, etc, and Parker with Park Place exceeded my expectations right away. We had test driven and agreed to the deal in less than 30 minutes, and out the door with the car in under 2 hours. Oh - and we never left his office - one point of contact. Thanks to Parker, and Park Place for making it easy - time is the biggest luxury in my life, and you saved me time.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Lexus from David Gilmour. From start to finish, he was helpful, professional and kind. I felt terrible for keeping him way past closing time, but everyone helped speed up the process to get me home in my new car as early as possible. The time in dealership was less than 2 hours start to finish and the facility was beautiful. I look forward to utilizing the free rental car when my car is in for regular maintenance or service.

I don't live in the dfw area any longer, but was coming to town this weekend and had some warranty work that needed to be done. Had called another dealership in tulsa and they told me the work I needed done would take about 2 hours. I called park place to see if they had openings available and they did but was told they couldn't get my car serviced before Monday even if brought in on Friday morning. I'm not an expert but seems if one place could do it in 2 hours they should be able to do in 2 days. Not what I expected from park place. Have always heard great things.

My wife and I were look for a Lexus LS430 and after looking at a few earlier in the day that were not in the greatest of condition we pulled into Park Place Lexus to find a 2005 Lexus LS430 that had just been put on the lot less than a few hours.

We spoke with Naseem Mushtaq, one of the sales managers, who was very helpful throughout the test drive and buying experience. We knew after looking a previous Lexus at indpt car lots and one at a Ford place that this particular Lexus was in pristine condition.

I've bought a few cars in my 30 years of driving and this was one of the most pleasant experiences. Park Place Lexus facility is first rate. What our salesman found interesting is that we also live on Park Place in our town. ;o)

We also learned that we get lifetime car washes for free and a parking pass that allows us to park our Lexus for free at any Texas Ranger games.

Even if you can't afford a newer Lexus, If you get a chance to visit the facility to look around I would encourage you to do so.

Sales rep Mr Dresselhuys is very unprofessional sales rep. Yes, we were not prepared on our part. Our goal was to visit this place to find out which car suites our need. This guy didn t even bother to get the details like what is the total budget/daily usage/driving needs/gas mileage/car size/timeline. My expectation was, after understanding our requirements, he would suggest few cars matching our requirement. I thought meeting him would make me decide which car to buy. He wanted all the home work done at home, and expect me to walk in with a check where I would drop it and drive the car away. There would be people like me who needs help in identifying the right fit car for us. This is where we need a sales rep to get all the input from us and process it, ultimately suggest the perfect car and drive away with smile on my face.

Second great experience with Park Place Lexus. Jimmy Bryant knows what he is doing. Gets to the point and makes the deal. Service is fantastic and you can't beat the product.

I visited this place twice. I got really impressed with their service. They offer you a coffee and then sit with you to discuss your options. They have new and old cars but in very good condition. Only thing is they are quite expensive compared to other places. I would really recommend this place if you want guaranteed good used car.
