This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The class of the staff was impeccable. Ask for Jermaine. He was such a gentlemen, and he gave me the best possible deal he could give me. I felt like I was valued as a customer and that he genuinely wanted me to be pleased. He was not just trying to sell a car, he wanted me to be happy about the car I got. I cannot stress enough how helpful they were. This is a quality dealership, with a beautiful and world class facility, that has the staff to match. Everyone was so caring and polite. I love my car and I have the good folks at Park Place Lexus to thank for my happiness! I strongly urge u to visit them if u are looking for a new vehicle, u will not regret it.

Daniel Moore was the best car sales man I have eve...

Daniel Moore was the best car sales man I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was not pushy, he remembered me and my wants/needs for a car after a year! He was very patient in explaining all the details of the car that I wanted. He also has a decent sense of humor and very friendly so he made me feel comfortable in such a nerve racking situation of buying my first car. I think the Lexus name speaks for itself when it comes to their cars but I think their staff and especially Daniel make it just that much better! I am so happy with my dream car (IS350 F Sport) and it's all thanks to Daniel! You rock!

Fine folks with a great selection of the used mode...

Fine folks with a great selection of the used models I was looking for. Sales guy Kevin was easy to work with on the sale. The real showstopper, though, was the training session I just got on my GS 350 from Kawa w the dealership's tech dept. (Yes, these folks have the next best thing to an Apple genius bar.) Kawa stayed late to help me after I drove thru traffic after work. He told me two dozen things about the car's nav system, settings, stereo, seats... and on and on... that I wouldn't have found 'cause I would never have read the owner's manual. Tops.

I am glad I leased my first Lexus from Park Place Lexus Plano. John Pak, in sales, made my first experience in leasing a vehicle less of a stressful, and more of an enjoyable experience. Jon was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all not pushy. His love of the product that he was selling sold me on the Lexus. Gabriel Delgado, who works with John, was such a great help in explaining the information on the Contract, and reassuring me on issues that I was doubtful on. Gabriel was very patient as I had him drive me back and forth looking at the vehicles while I was trying to decide on the right vehicle color. John facilitated the home delivery of my vehicle, and Gabriel did an excellent job of not only delivering the vehicle, but also making sure my phonebook was downloaded, set my favorite radio stations, and he synched my garage opener with the vehicle. I am not too tech savvy so I really appreciated Gabriel taking his time to show me how to fully utilize the programs in my new Lexus.
The only downside is that I had to wait an hour or so to get my card run through for the down payment (I mistakenly paid too much down-payment), but the overall experience at Park Place Lexus Plano was great and I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family to visit Park Place Lexus Plano, and ask for John or Gabriel for an exceptional car buying experience!

I did not expect for my experience to be as pleasant...David Gilmour never pressured me, walked me through my paperwork, and let me know I could stop at any moment if I felt something was not right. It was a weekend and although I was approved before walking in the door...I still was not sure. Can you tell I have been through some things lol...Today, realized....THIS IS REALLY MY CAR! The dealership itself is a beautiful space and the staff very welcoming and courteous. Our sales associate, Darren Wagoner, was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. Our sales manager was Paul Kim. Awesome experience! We have bought several cars from Park Place Lexus Grapevine and have never been treated the way Paul worked with us and making us feel very comfortable about our purchase. Yes we pushed back on a couple of things, but Paul was persistent, explained everything over many times as we needed to understand the numbers from our purchase. Anyone else would have not been nice nor spent time with us, believe me we had that experience in the past. A++ treatment!!!

We started working with Roger Burton who was very patient as we worked through all the questions and concerns that we had. He never once tried to pressure us into making a quicker decision. This is my 2nd RX350 from Park Place and I couldn't be happier. Jimmy Bryan walked me through all the technology components on the first one and his knowledge, openness and honesty were the major reason I originally bought from Park Place. When it was time to trade for a new car, of course I went back to Jimmy. This time I gave him the specifics I wanted on the new car and turned the search over to him. Why spend time going from dealership to dealership and searching all over the web when Jimmy has such a huge inventory to research? When the perfect car came in, he called me and had it ready for pick up in about 3 hours. The best part is that he handled everything. No going back and forth between the salesman and the manager for the price and then being turned over to the finance department who then tries to sell you a lot of add on items. Everything is done at his desk and with the same person who knows what you always get, what you originally asked for and who you ultimately trust the most.

From the moment I called to start my search, I knew Jimmy had MY best interest at heart and was looking out for ME! What more can you ask of a salesman? Kudos to Park Place for having the best salesman I've every had the pleasure of dealing with.

This is our third car experience with Park Place Lexus and it gets better every time. We essentially negotiated by email and a fair price was agreed upon although I changed my mind to another car. No high pressure sales, but instead an easy, efficient experience. Again we agreed on a fair price. Delivery was excellent and Mark gave insight into the new features that I didn t have before and took the time to explain in depth. Lexus for life and I will be going back to Park Place for my next one.

Really the best place to buy a car. We did 3 leases with Mike McAllister, he is beyond awesome! I mean really awesome. Not wasting time, really knows how to get business in genuinely, knowledgeable and kind, patient! Knows credit score, knows to give you a right fair price (they need to make $$$ as well).

He will go over options, what makes sense for you, why this why that.....I mean he will spend his time to make sure that this is the right choice.

The dealership itself is very nice, has kids play area, has some cool snacks, everyone seems well taken care of.

Service is always good, sometimes they lack loaner cars, but other than this in and out!

Prior to this we were only Mercedes people, but after owning one Lexus it's a done deal.

I have always dreaded going to car dealers and when I found myself in a position lately to have to do so again, I was recommended to Park Place Lexus by my boyfriend. He had dealt with them in the past and had wonderful experience with them and the Lexus he still drives. It was all a very easy and the most absolute wonderful time I personally have ever had in dealing with a car dealership, espicially a used car dealer. We found the car we wanted on line, showed up a day late to buy it though, but was immediately shown another one almost identical to what we were looking at. There was no "well, let me show you the most expensive ones you can't afford and waste your time" type of dealing. We made our decision of accepting the vehicle and were in the paperwork process within about an hour. Stanley, our salesman, was extremely pleasant and not pushy at all. He was very friendly and made us feel at home during the whole process. We got to the dealership a little late in the evening and he stayed late to help us but never made us feel like we were interruping his life, even though we knew his wife was waiting at home. He has kept up with the "after sale" calls and checking up on us as well. We really feel like we knew him by the time we left and he was a very plesant person to be around. Thank you Stanley for all your help. I have already bragged about our experience with you and your Dealership. Thank you again.

Kelli Hansen provided outstanding customer service. This was my first purchase at a Lexus dealership and I could not imagine going anywhere else after the service Kelli provided. I went in to the dealership after work and she had a beverage and snacks waiting for me. After a long day at work and no time to pick up supper, it was a nice surprise! The car buying process went very smoothly and I was out the door, driving home in my new car in no time. Kelli was knowledgeable about the features of the car and went over it thoroughly with me. All we can say is if you want red carpet treatment please go to Park Place Lexus! We had an amazing consultant named Herb Simonsen . From the moment he answered that phone (Memorial day) we knew we had to go on over to Plano and see what they had to offer .

Herb was friendly and hospitable from the word go. He patiently allowed us to view inventory descriptions and pictures until we found one we wanted to test drive (HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY ). We felt like the car was ours even before we decided to buy it. Nick was also instrumental in the acquisition of this fine automobile and we appreciate the teamwork employed to facilitate this major purchase .

A few months ago I bought a NX 200t from Herb this was an exceptional experience for me, loved everything about it. Due to that fact I decided to go back there for maintenance I figured their service would be comparable to what Herb offered. Bad idea, brought it for the first service, I waited 9 days for my SUV, they were waiting on a tire replacement. I figured OK, it happens things get delayed all the time and I had a loaner so it didn't disrupt my day to day so it didn't bother me. When I finally picked it up on 7/19 the SUV was dirty, I asked when I scheduled the maintenance to have it run thru the complimentary car wash, wasn't done. What's worse I had what looked like splattered white paint on the inside on the drivers door as well as the rear passenger door fortunately I was able to clean that off I have no idea what that was. The inside roof has what looks like grease or dirt stain. I know this wasn't there before I brought it in I am the only one that drives this SUV. Now, Omar, my service guy called and apologized for this and offered me a free tank of gas next time I come for service to make up for the bad experience. That is not going to happen I will not come back for service here ever again. I can't help but think, if they were this careless with the exterior of the car how careless were they with the inside of the car? Was maintenance done correctly as stated on the invoice or did they leave a mess just like with the outside? I won't risk that, a $35 car tank fill up is not worth the risk of having something way more expensive ruined. This time I was able to remove the white splatter whatever it was but what can I expect next time? No thank you. This is definitely not what I expected from a Park Place service department.

We have dealt exclusively with Park Place Lexus since we moved back to the Dallas area 8 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with our experience there. The service is great and they treat you like royalty. We would recommend them to anybody interested in a Lexus. Since Lexus is the best car brand we have ever bought (and we have bought most of the high end brands) that should apply to everyone.

I have been a loyal Park Place Lexus Plano customer since 1998. I purchased my first Lexus GS and then I changed to the RX model and started leasing my automobiles thereafter. I believe the 2015 RX that I recently acquired on my 50th birthday is my 6th Lexus from Park Place. Obviously, I love driving a Lexus automobile and I love the staff at Park Place Lexus!! As a female driver with over a 60+ mile round trip commute every day, I need the assurance of stability and safety. With Lexus, I get all of that along with a luxurious ride. My service needs have always been taken care of from Scott Gillett, the Assistant Service Manager, who always greats me with a warm smile and a hug to the Service Manager, Brian Martin, whom I have had the pleasure to work with from day one. Brian is one of the most professional and personable gentlemen I know. I was always skeptical about leasing an automobile, but Joel Pechauer, the Lease Retention Manager, holds the key as to why I keep coming back to Park Place year after year. Joel knows and understands my no nonsense business style as well as my witty and sarcastic personality which makes the entire car buying/leasing experience painless and fun versus debilitating and daunting! Joel takes care of all the details for me so I know exactly what to expect with little to no wait. Joel has never acted like a car salesman around me and he has always treated me more like a friend rather than just a customer. He is an ambassador of the old school business style in regards to providing that special personal touch which is why I have the utmost respect for Joel and why I continue to refer friends and family to him and to Park Place Lexus Plano!

The service experience here can be wonderful or awful. It depends on who's assigned. My 67 year old mother came back this afternoon with knots in her stomach after feeling pressured and taken advantage of by one of the service agents to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs. Regardless of whether those repairs were totally above board and legitimate, no one, least of all my dear mom who treats everyone with respect, should walk away feeling taken advantage from a dealership that goes out of their way to promote their commitment to excellence over the life of owning one of their vehicles.

Wonderful Sales Rep. and Experience with Parker - great gentleman. Never felt pressured to buy a car, or walk out of dealership. We even told Sales Rep. we would be back, work-out final numbers so we could get the kids lunch / Dinner. They were more than generous with offer of trade-in and able to work on interest rate financing. Overall couldn't have been more satisfied as a consumer. I have been a very satisfied Cadillac owner for 25 years with what I thought was the best dealership in the DFW Metroplex until May 3rd, when I purchased a Park Place Lexus. What a tremendous experience it has been!

After my CTS was totaled, I started researching cars through Consumers Report and decided to test drive a 2014 CTS and a Lexus ES 350 with my previous dealership. The ES won hands down and was less expensive than the CTS.

Getting a comparison quote from Park Place was a very good decision. From the gracious young receptionists, to Nicole Roshto (financial services manager), to Chelsea Fluegel (tech specialist) and to Don Mitchell (sales consultant), I received exemplary service. Park Place is a truly customer friendly dealership.

Don Mitchell was very professional, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, honest, patient and not high pressured. Don exudes integrity, kindness and trustworthiness. After agreeing to a purchase price over the phone, the next day Don had added one item to a package at no cost to me the the other dealer had in their package. He also offered to drive to the leasing company so that I might return my rental car and provide a loaner to me until my Lexus was available. This was service beyond anything I had ever experienced! Buying my ES from Don was like buying a car from a close trusted friend. He made me feel as though I was one of his most important clients, as I am sure others have had the same feeling.

When I walked into Park Place I was there to comparison shop, when I left I knew I was going to buy my Lexus from Don and Park Place.

After buying a car at another dealership in February I decided to try Park Place because of the inventory and location this time. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, efficient and transparent they are. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. Oh, I did and she bought a car the same day, my daughter!

I just purchased my 2nd car from Park Place Lexus. My sales rep is Darren Smith and between he and the Park Place establishment I have never had a more pleasant and successful car buying experience. They go way above and beyond to get you the best deal for you and your lifestyle and they have some pretty amazing perks. I ve never felt an ounce of pressure from anyone up there and I spent almost 6 hours with Darren being indecisive and test driving everything on the lot. He was glad to do it. From test driving to the financing/leasing to the paperwork - they make everything as easy as possible and I ve never walked away with doubt or feeling stressed. I would absolutely recommend Park Place Lexus and I would definitely recommend meeting with Darren Smith.

My wife and I came into the location on a scheduled appointment. I walk in and say this particular salesmen name that I had an appointment with. My wife notices the man walks away and tells his assistant he was busy. I hate to say this he maybe saw me being African American ( flat brim ball cap) and my wife was white and all of the sudden he was " with a customer ". Anyway we test drove a gs350 f sport. Loved the car!!! So we discussed prices with his assistant. Then he went back and got the original person I had scheduled my appointment with. I hear him say " I don't have much time " as if he didn't want to be bothered. So we asked about the price and was told " our customers here don't like to haggle and don't even try to get a better deal" essentially talking down to us. So I was very upset at his arrogance and rudeness. As my wife and I both have exceptional credit and we're willing to put down more the 20% . So we walked out I asked for the price sheet he quoted me he said he couldn't give it to me.. so we were upset later did I find out this guy never had any clients and was never busy. So we get home I wanted to the car. We decided to drive back and give the commission to a salesman nasseem.. he helped us out and completed the transaction. I was satisfied with how he conducted himself. The previous salesman was rude and arrogant . My wife even felt as he might have been racist . But again I am not saying every salesman is like that there
... but I have to say I was disappointed with the initial process. I even ask for that particular salesman to not receive commission from this and appears he's listed as a salesman when he did nothing. Broke the appt and rushed the entire convo. I hope this is not a norm for park place lexus!!!!

I stopped by Park Place Lexus Plano on 12/21/19 about an hour before closing. Being mindful of the time and the holidays, I expected to look at a specific car I had in mind and take a test drive but then come back the following week to complete the transaction. Dorothy Robinson was the Sales Experience Manager who assisted me, and she made the process feel more like a friendly conversation than a business transaction. She was extremely personable and we shared quite a few laughs. Before I knew it, about two hours after I arrived, I left in my new 2020 RX 350. Not only did she make sure the paperwork was done, but she also quickly communicated with the team who cleans/details to ensure I could drive my car home that night. I am a first time Lexus owner and I literally have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Lexus, Park Place and Dorothy herself! I highly recommend asking for Dorothy. I can't believe what happened. I did my homework on the internet and went to Park Place to buy a certified pre-owned 2013 ES350 with navigation package. That car wasn't available on the pre-owned lot so my Sales Representative Jerald Morris got me the exact car I wanted in a brand new 2014 for the price I wanted. Having been a long time service customer of Park Place Lexus Plano, it was an easy decision to visit them when it came time to lease my wife a new car. As a service organization, they had continually demonstrated a level of expertise and customer service that was second to none. And, I'm very pleased to say our experience on the 'Sales' side of the dealership was equally as impressive (if not better).

From the beginning our salesperson, Stephen Wedderburn, was in top form. Through appropriate questioning, he accurately determined the vehicle best suited to our needs. He then proceeded to show us several models of that vehicles, allowed us to test drive them, patiently answered all of our questions and offered invaluable insight that was critical in helping us to make our decision. He then thoroughly (and very patiently) went through the various financing options that were available to us and expeditiously took care of the required paperwork to wrap everything up. The hand-off process to our finance manager was smooth and efficient and the sales manager stopped by to introduce himself as well. It was a very effective and appreciated use of our time. If you're looking for someone who will shoot straight with you and put your best interests at the forefront, don't hesitate to contact Stephen as he is a class act.
