I purchased my vehicle from Park Place Jaguar Land Rover. The facilities are equally nice but since my home is closer to Park Place Lexus I take it here for my washes. The job they do for the washes is not to the same level as the Jaguar location. Just a little more attention to detail is all.

I purchased a BMW X3 today. When I tried to drive it out it wouldn t reverse. Bad transmission. I understand it was as is purchase but there was no announcement made during the auction. I go to serval auctions and the always announce TRANSMISSION PROBLEM! I tried to speak with manager and he said no as is. Now am stuck with a car that s not worth fixing. So very disappointed!

Went in to look at used cars during business hours. Front desk lady said all sales reps left for dinner. Lost my business.

While at Park Place Lexus Plano recently, Chris Brunner, general manager, noticed my tires looked worn and said they needed to be replaced...something my husband had also told me on several occasions. I told the GM I had not had the chance to get to the Merecedes-Benz dealership to have the tires changed. He said he would order the tires and put me in a loan car until the car was ready. Upon returning to the dealership to pick up my GL, I was surprised to see that Park Place Lexus had given my car a full detail at no charge! My 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL looked brand new! I later received a follow-up call to make sure the service was satisfactory. It was above and beyond satisfactory. Thank you Park Place Lexus for the outstanding service you provided and making sure me and family are safe in our car.

Ryan Bacsafra went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Very direct, easy, and made sure our experience would be different from other dealerships we visited. He answered every single question with ease and truly wanted us to make sure we were satisfied.

I recently purchased a used Acura TL from Mark Dresselhuys in the pre-owned area. In the past, I've had bad opinions about most car salesmen due to my interactions with them making them appear quite sketchy and scary. Either Mark isn't a typical car salesman, or Park Place is WAY above par, or both. He was so transparent and genuine that I could really tell that he cared about me from the start, and wasn't just after my money. I was very impressed that they wouldn't sell me something that couldn't pass a pretty rigorous state inspection. In fact, Mark sealed the deal with me on another car before I got the TL, but when they were inspecting it they noticed something wrong that would take thousands to fix. I told them I d even pay more if they d fix it in house. He said they d only charge me for parts since it was their fault. We decided to pass, because parts would have been around $3k or so. After the deal fell through I started looking at some more pricey, but more boring cars. I was ready to follow through on a mediocre deal, because I just needed to replace my wrecked car ASAP. Instead of allowing me to pay more for something I found bland, he mentioned another sporty and fun car that they had in stock even though it was cheaper. I was even more impressed at this point, because he wouldn t snake me to make a buck, even though I don t know much about cars.

Let it be known, I've never written a good review for ANY car dealership, not ever. My previous car purchase was a pre-certified pre-owned Honda from a dealership. I felt that transaction was pretty good, but I most certainly didn't trust the sales guy, and definitely felt just a tad screwed after the whole ordeal. The difference here is that without knowing Mark or his reputation, he was able to keep my trust from the beginning to the end of the transaction by being honest and genuine. Never once did I feel I'd been screwed by Park Place or by Mark. Furthermore, he's called twice after our transaction was complete to make sure the car was doing well, and that s not even counting the call I should get soon notifying me my plates are in.

I have already told my family and many of my friends about this transaction, and they are impressed as well. You should definitely deal with Mark if you re looking for someone you can really trust.

I ve given this place 3 chances to prove me wrong, each time it s a bad experience. This last time I went the advisor told me I couldn t get a loaner because my truck is a Toyota, not a Lexus (I purchased my truck from park place Lexus and I m a preferred customer) I won t be doing business with this location ever again. I will not purchase my next vehicle with Park Place PLANO. It s a shame because Park Place Grapevine actually gives great service. Pompous, careless, and unwilling.

I was not contacted when my Tamara air bag was replaced and didn't know the job was finished until I phoned the dealer. I also requested an estimate on getting a few items repaired but only got a verbal response that they needed repairing (which I already knew). I also had to clean both the driver and front passenger seats. No attention to detail.

Great place and experience. Patient with us and never pressured us on anything. Love our Lexus we bought.

Someone else hijacked my service advisor for my appointment which I was early for. Left me hanging in the wind. Definitely not cool. Never apologized and never called me to pick up my car either. I had to call myself to find out if it was done after 2 days. Felt I was treated horiibly.

I must admit was a little hesitant at first because I had a bad experience with the Mercedes dealership next door but here I didn't feel like just another number. Even though the were busy eeryone treated me kindly and took extra care with my situation. The repairs were a little pricey but I'd rather pay more and have the peace of mind that I do now than to pay less at a local mechanic and be in a worse situation (happened more time than I can count). This has got to be the best and biggest Lexus dealership ever!

This dealership has the process of purchasing a vehicle down to an art! Fast, efficient, and extremely customer oriented...as a customer you couldn't ask for anything more. My husband and I were looking to by him a car. We were looking at pre-owned cars, we arrived at Park Place. Our original stop was to drive a Avalon, we did, but not quite right. We met Kevin Teller who walked us past an Acura TL. He mentioned that this was great car with low mileage. We sat it in and it was gorgeous. After driving it, we loved it even more. We left to think about it. No pressure, what a breath of fresh air. The next day we talked with Kevin on the phone and he emailed us the deal. Yes email! Great time saver. I can not say enough good things about this experience with Nick and Rodney! This was my first time leading and the provided the best customer service by far from any dealership and any establishment anywhere! They were very personable and understanding to my concerns they never pressured me or manipulated me with deals to get me to sign. Rodney was an absolute joy. So very nice so patient and worked with me and explained each step. Responded back quickly to all written communication and calls! I purchased a pre-owned RX 350 from Park Place Lexus. I worked with Tony Acosta to purchase my vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the experience I had with Park Place Lexus and with Tony.

I live 140 miles away from Park Place Lexus, so Tony coordinated and handled everything prior to my arrival at the dealership. He contacted me promptly after I inquired about the vehicle through the website. He emailed me an information packet showing everything completed on the vehicle to get it ready for sale. I was trading in my old car so Tony asked me to describe it. Park Place made an offer to purchase my trade-in, sight unseen, pending a visual inspection of course.

I couldn t make it to the dealership until the end of the week so Tony told me he would hold the vehicle for me until I could get there. I arrived at the dealership on Friday morning and everything went very smoothly. The new car was ready for me to inspect. I drove the car to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. We returned to the dealership where Tony inspected my trade-in. Park Place fully honored the agreement we made prior to my arrival; so we handled the final paperwork, and I was soon driving off in my newly purchased vehicle.

I ve spent hours in dealerships, haggling to get a good deal. I have very little free time so I m thankful I did not have to do that this time. My purchase from Park Place Lexus was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The service Tony provided exceeded my expectations in every respect. Beware when buying pre-owned "certified" car from them. I bought a car that was supposed to be certified and with warranty but after I took it back they want to charge me for the warranty and on top of that it's supposedly certified but this car they actually did aftermarket work and sold it to me as Lexus "certified." just to state an example of their "certified" car the leather inside is not leather but actually repainted bundle and I took it to do the tire change and they did replace the but they also slashed the tag that states the tire size on the side of the door, how do I even know that's the correct tire size that they put in?!?! Chrome on wheels is peeling so I called and spoke to Rod Moreno and hesaid bring it in its under warranty but when I got there they wanted to charge me 900 per wheel, Rod Moreno is a liar! I even had extended warranty but it covered nothing.

The amenities here are no different then any of the other Lexus dealerships Ive been to. What does set this place apart from other dealerships I've been to, is the terrible customer service. i have not dealt with the sales team but every service advisor I've used has been very abrupt and unhelpful. Recently I took my 2015 Rx for a rippled side panel of leather on driver door where i was told it would NOT be covered because it was normal wear and tear. Never in all the 10 years of driving a Lexus has anything fallen apart in 2 years. Poor quality craftman ship, poor product, poor customer service and most of all after speaking with a manager POOR SERVICE RECOVERY! I am seriously RE thinking my next lease car. We pay a lot for luxury vehicle, we should be treated as such.

Absolutely bad service on 3 separate occasions. Only good thing is the coffee station( on the positive side) Seriously! Stay away

I walked into Park Place Lexus Plano thirty minutes before closing time and two hours later I was the owner of a new car! It was love at first drive. No driving experience has ever been as smooth and luxurious. What started out as a simple test drive was the turning point in my driving/riding experience. What I loved most was I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. Sean McClowry felt like an old friend who was there to ensure I received the best deal possible! Not just anyone will stay an hour and a half late on St. Patrick's Day! Highly recommended. I'll never drive anything but a Lexus.

I have always been leery of car salesmen and dealerships, whereas I have had several unpleasant experiences in the past. I was already not looking forward to having to spend ALL day in a dealership just to have to "fight" with a salesman for the car and payment that I wanted.

However, my Sales Consultant, Tremayne Standberry, helped to redefine the stereotype. He was VERY non-aggressive, honest and pleasant. And although I did not have a particular model of car in mind, but based on telling him my vehicle needs and budget, he could not have been more on point when he showed me the Kia Optima. I immediately fell in love with the car! Tremayne was also very knowledgeable about the car, even though it was not a Lexus model. He worked hard, along with the finance department, at getting my payment where I wanted it. And the best part was I was at the dealership for a very short amount of time.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I have already recommended Tremayne to several friends and family members, and will continue to do so. And I'm already looking forward to buying my next vehicle from Tremayne and Park Place Lexus when the time comes. Thanks again!

What I liked best about my dealership experience was Mr. Viktor Koleychik. It isn't an exaggeration to say that I probably aged him a few years with my constant questions, late night phone calls and constant pestering about the location of my vehicle as I awaited its arrival. Prior to making the sale, Viktor took the time to speak with me whenever I had the time, which due to my work, was often during the evening hours when he certainly wasn't at work. I visited several dealerships while making my decision to purchase a vehicle, including multiple Lexus dealerships. It was only in Viktor that I found a salesmen that I felt had integrity beyond reproach. Someone that I could trust to help me make this type of purchase.

It took 6 months to purchase a vehicle from Viktor because I tend to research every aspect of something before I buy. Despite this, I was treated like I was a serious buyer at every single interaction with Viktor. That is professionalism I will remember.

Steve has excellent from my first call to the final delivery. I was not even planning on buying the day I bought, but the deal was so good I couldn't pass it up. Of the 43 automobiles and trucks I bought for business and personal use this was by far the best I have ever had. Only 3.5 hours from start to drive off. Clean car waiting for me, paperwork completed when I got to Park Place. My wife complicated matters by changing colors, but that didn't trip Steve up. 15 minutes later he had our car clean and waiting for us. The only wait was for a finance manager Jason Saba to finish with his other customer and in 10 minutes of work and 30 minutes of general talk I was out the door. That also included a 10 minute talk with GM to express my thanks for putting together a great team that made this possible. In contrast at the same time I bought a Ford F150 with the usual tug of war and lies associated with buying a car. None of that at Park Place.
