I was one of the first Lexus owners in the DFW market having bought one of the first LS400s sold by Sewell. I was well aware of Sewell's reputation for service and had decided the this new Toyota product was right for me.

Since then I've owned 5 or 6 LS models, never had one problem with any of them, and bought the last one from Robert Gabriel at Park Place 9 years ago. My wife does not like to part with her Lexus but we decided it was time and to switch to the RX350 this time so went to take a look and asked for Robert.

As with our last purchase, Robert Gabriel proved himself to be the nicest person to deal with. He was very patient as we test drove a couple of models and I told him I'd let him know when we were ready. As before, no pressure, no phone calls or incessant emails from Robert and when I contacted him a week later he was ready to take care of us, even helping us decide what features we needed and saving us a lot of money as a result.

I wish I could say more about Park Place Lexus Service Department but having never had a service issue with any of my Lexus vehicles I can't comment on that department but know their reputation is impeccable. I did drop in one day to ask question about an issue with getting my Homelink programmed with my security gate remote and their tech guy told me exactly what to do and it worked.

I'm a dedicated Park Place Lexus customer and plan to buy from them again, hopefully from Robert, but if not, I hope to see that his assistant Ivan has moved up to a sales position. They both took great care of us and we appreciated their patience and attitude.
