I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tracey arranged the appointment and kept in contact with me. I was greeted by Romann at the dealership and treated like family throughout the whole buying process. The finance manager was efficient and professional but also warm and friendly. I also like the fact that they donate to the humane society. I will be a customer for life.
