Never bought a car from this dealership and never will again, did hear some stories about this dealership and not good ones. I regret buying my vehicle from them. i had asked specifically for satellite radio, I was told, oh yeah the car has it. NO SATELLITE RADIO!!! HAVE TO INSTALL IT. THE FINANCE LADY
JOY CERTAINLY WAS NOT. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY LOAN SHE CURTLY SAID" WELL DID YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE". That was not the response I would have expected. The salesman ( Mosses )just handed me the owners manual and basically sent me on my way. Had no inspection of vehicle,no orientation as to the features of the vehicle . had to figure it out myself. i was an inspection sheet never used it,. No orientation of the service center as was written on the inspection sheet.
SO TO PUT IT IN A NUTSHELL. I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. GENETUMINELLIU
