Was out in florida for vaca for a few days and had some questions on my volt that I rented. Justin N knew I wasnt there to purchase but he took the time to show me some of that features that I wasnt shown. If i were to purchase a vehicle i would hope it would be from someone like him. Diffinitely breaks the norm for carsales people. If I could sign some sort of waiver to purchase for my job I diffinitely would.

They no longer honor ANY of what I have paid for during financing, (life time oil changes, engine for life) we all know that these items were NOT given free. It's not just the money it's the principal of what I signed up for. I will never come back here and purchase anything from here again. Honor the preexisting contracts. Keep this up and you will have NO customers coming back.

I brought my car in for a regular oil change and added a couple maintenance service items to the appointment. Bobby Sternberg was awesome, as always!! I actually showed up for my appointment almost an hour early due to a personal schedule change. Bobby was very gracious about that even though I caught him at a time when he was in the middle of a plethora of multi-tasking situations. He still worked me in. It was an appointment that should have taken 2-3 hours to complete as I waited in your lounge area; however, in less than a hour, Bobby had me in and out.... A.N.D. was able to have the entire service job done for LESS than the estimated amount!! Car washed, services completed beautifully, and me a very happy customer. Thank you so much! Please keep Bobby until he's ready for retirement -- He is a genuine asset and MUCH appreciated by this customer!

We stopped there to find a used car for my step-son - aged 19. The salesman seemed sincere when we told him his budget was only $ 4000 - 4500 and could he help us. He showed us a nice Buick priced at $ 4900. He assurred us that he could get the price down to where we needed. After the test drive and spending quite a while at his desk, he came back with the exact same price of $ 4900, plus the extras. Our price was then $ 6200 + 'Out the door'. What a deal!! When we asked why he had done that after telling us he could pretty much meet our budget, plus waste our time, he had no response. Of course the Sales Manager came in to try to sell us a new car. Did I miss something here or was there absolutley no communication?! And when I looked up the Kelly Blue Book retail price at his desk, it was $ 3841. Wouldn't you think they would have worked with us. Hell, I didn't make up the KBB price and the salesman said that was what they go by when pricing. Oh well, we found a nice car elsewhere, but they could have had the sale.

My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from Boniface Hiers this past Saturday. Buying a new vehicle is not the easiest thing in the world, but let me tell you the Boniface Hiers team made it much more bearable. These folks listen to your wants and needs and just simply make it happen. Salesman's Clifford & Jess, Finance Daniel & Bryan were excellent and both general sales managers (Chevy - Mike, Mazda -Frank) were also excellent. Even the young lady in the parts department was extremely helpful. It was a pleasure sitting down and chatting with aftermarket manager Chelsea. This whole wonderful experience started with internet sales person Cassie. And if you think Mr Hiers is a nice man on TV, well he is!! Mr. Hiers took the time to visit with us, shake our hands and thank us for our business. Bottom line if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle do not go anywhere else its worth the drive. We will never go anywhere else.

They want your business and it shows. Dave was great. Friendly and professional, worked with me all the way. I really I appreciate the effort he put in to listen to my needs and meet them. I felt good leaving with my new Civic. I would do business with Dave and Boniface Hiers again.
Joy was a joy to work ;) with and made sure I had the best rate for my loan. I financed everything with zero down.
I knew what I wanted and had done my homework. I was honest with what I wanted and could afford and they were as accommodating as they could be. Like I said, they really want the business. Bottom line is they need us as much as we need then. So yeah, I am very happy.

Everytime I deal with them it's a nightmare. Never got one of my "lifetime" oil changes. Has an always rude parts department wouldn't even take a second to give me a part number we were discussing. Regret buying a car from them. Recall repair job didn't fix the problem, had to do it myself. I recommend Bob Steele Chevy Cocoa, definitely where I'm going for my next Chevy. Always friendly and professional.

Took off work and drove all morning to be 30min away before having them call me to tell me that sold the truck! What a waste of time, gas and mileage. Any other dealer would honor someone willing to drive the distance and place a hold. Horrible customer service.

Car has been for service twice for routine stuff. Free oil & filter changes and the car was also detailed. Friendly & efficient staff.

Too bad I really liked this place had gotten good service in past but will not go back. Almost rude when they told me that they didn't take cars after 5. Change your hours .

I'm waiting to see back what's going on with my car then I'll come on here and give a full review I've given reviews before and I have removed it cuz I'm not sure how the situation is going to end up and I don't want to make any decisions hastily so for right now until I'm done dealing with the situation it's at hand this is what it is you can bet and if everything works out the way it should this will be definitely changed but mine is your reaction to the situation and what I was told initially to this situation was not good but the GM personally took up my matter it is working on it so this one star review it's temporary a 3000 dollar problem cost me 200 thanks to the efforts of service advisor Tim and the GM I will always buy here the treatment I got made a world of difference to me and my family thanks for your commitment to service

My wife and I have been in the market for a Corvette convertible to replace our current Corvette. I was on "Car Gurus" and spotted one that we were interested in that was at Boniface-Heirs Chevrolet in Melbourne. We decided to go to the dealership for a closer look. Our first encounter was with Angel. He was very pleasant , knowledgeable and did not pressure us. After a test drive, we decided to sit down and see what kind of deal we could get. This is when we met Mike Durkin, sales manager. After some "negotiations", he was able to get our payment where we needed it to be. Mike was very professional throughout the whole process. With the deal done, we met with Brian Swaney to complete the financing paperwork. We found Brian to be very calm, reassuring and personable individual. After all the paperwork was done and everything was signed, Mike and Angel walked us out to our new car. Washed and ready to go, we noticed a little scratch on the front fender that we didn't see on our initial inspection. Mike looked at it and said without hesitation, "we'll take care of that for you.." An appointment was made, the car was dropped off and my wife was given a loaner. Being a black car, I was a little skeptical of how well it would be fixed. When we came to pick up the car, Mike brought it up front for us. They had washed and detailed the exterior of the whole car and on closer inspection, they did an excellent job on the repair. In conclusion, from start to finish, we were very pleased with our experience at Boniface-Heirs Chevrolet and would feel comfortable making future purchases, using their service department and referring them to our friends and family.

I bought an Equinox only because I wanted an American car and I liked the way it drove. Sales person was ok but misleading about price negotiation. Should have been more forthcoming instead of running back and forth to manager. Not much negotiation, shame on you.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Originally bought a used truck there...the sales manager at the time had a serious attitude during the negotiations (sarcastic, don't waste-my-time with a used truck attitude, etc.)...I left and said I would be back after the weekend to see if I could buy the truck (he told me he was "sure" it would be sold over the weekend). Well, come Monday, the truck was there and I bought it. Flash forward a couple of years later. I needed a door repair on my Tahoe (driver's door handle didn't work). I told them: fix my driver's door. They only fixed the inner door handle and internal mechanism and left my outer handle loose which eventually caused it to shimmy in the wind and break. So...I had to bring my truck in twice for "fixing my door handle." The 2nd time I was told to pay (they couldn't give me a discount) since the service manager Jeffrey Merritt was out of town and they would later look into giving me a refund on the repair. They told me to drop my car off at 9 and it would be a "two hour repair." My truck wasn't finished until 4:30. So I paid (again for a driver's door repair) and called Jeffrey Merritt when he was back in town. He told me he would "check into my complaint" and call me back. He never called. A week and a half later I called again, same conversation and again he told me he would check into it and call me back. He never called (I guess this is the "Rosner Way"). I called a 4th time and he re-hashed the same "we fixed your inner and mid-door assembly...your outer handle is an entirely different fix"). That may be true but after my original fix my outer door handle was left loose which eventually broke, thus causing my second visit to fix my door handle. Did their tech monkey with my outer handle? I have no idea, other than when I picked it up it was loose, but I thought they had replaced the outer handle during the original repair and the new after-market part didn't fit as well as the original. On my 2nd repair visit I even graciously volunteered to pay for the outer handle if Rosner would comp the labor...since I think they messed it up to begin with...I was volunteering to pay for the part! They "graciously" offered to cut my labor bill for the 2nd visit in 1/2. I refused. You would think that after having my truck for the entire day after telling me it was a 2-hour repair they might try to meet me half-way (especially when I felt like I shouldn't have to pay for any of it since they jacked up my door handle). Nope. So I ended up paying $579.52 for a door repair which should have cost 1/2 that if: 1. they replaced the entire door handle assembly the first time 2. hadn't left my driver's handle loose. Rosner's reply to me was why did you wait 5-6 months to bring it in the 2nd time? Hmmm...because I live an hour away, own my own company and work 12 hours a day. Bringing in my truck to a dealer TWICE for the same repair is not on the top of my to-do list. I let them know prior to bringing it in that I was having this problem, so when I brought it in shouldn't matter. If this is how they do business, STAY AWAY FROM ROSNER.

Made an appointment on-line, confirmed and was reminded. No phone calls required! Arrived at the appointed time, it took a couple of minutes for someone to greet me but not long enough to irritate me (I can get irritated easily). I had a recall that needed to be done as well as an oil change and tire rotation (with a complimentary car wash). I was told it would take an hour and a half and it actually only took about an hour! The price was exactly as stated without any surprises or up charges! Overall fantastic experience. The only thing I can think of for improvement is, maybe, a quick vacuum with the car wash.

Because of this, I really dreaded buying a car. When I walked into Rosner, I explained to them what I wanted. Yes, I know GM makes a lot of models that are essential the same by their different brand names. But, I wanted what I wanted, right? Instead of trying to sell me what they had and trying to convince me why I should not want the car I wanted, they took their time to look and it was found! It was in South Florida, perfect! Exactly what I wanted. They evaluated my trade in and they gave just about what I expected. I had done my homework so I know they gave me a very fair trade in value. I am a very busy business professional. They made it painless. From the comfort of my home I was able to complete the credit app. Within minutes was informed I was qualified and the car would be transported via transported from So Florida. Upon arrival, they detailed it, changed the oil (even the oil I requested), and to top it off delivered it to my home after business hours. They brought the paperwork for me to sign, drove my trade in back. I received absolutely the best and most professional customer service ever! This will be the only place I buy cars and the only place I will recommend to family and friends.

The team at Boniface Heirs Chevrolet has completely restored my faith in Chevrolet s customer service. I had visited multiple dealers in the area trying to resolve an issue with my car with no luck. One kept claiming they were bringing in an engineer but then never returned my calls. The team at Boniface Heirs immediately took my issue seriously, diagnosed it and with the only delay being waiting on parts, within a few weeks everything was resolved. I take great pride in my vehicle and am happy to have found a dealer that takes my concerns seriously (doesn t act like I m making them up) and is very helpful and friendly. I definitely highly recommend them!

The negotiation process was pretty simple. I pulled the trigger and its been about 10 days and I love the car. It was alittle awkward going from a 2002 explorer to a 2015 scion,But As I stated," I love the car!"!

I hardly ever write reviews however this experience warranted one. Had a scheduled 7:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, had my mother bring my car in on time, she was notified of a recall and that would have to be fixed before the oil change and tire rotation. 3hrs later... they come to her and tell her they don t have the parts for said recall, and they charged me for the tire rotation. I had purchased three cars from Rosner and had never paid for a tire rotation ever. No communication whatsoever. I will not be coming back for service at this service location.

Excellent customer service! From the moment we were greeted to the moment I drove my Chevy Equinox off the lot, we were truly treated like family. Moses was extremely helpful (and patient with me because I had no idea what I wanted!) Not once did I feel "pressured" into getting something out of my price range. Will 'the finance guy' was super and made sure I understood everything.
A HUGE "social distance" hug to our friend Jim O'Neil, which is how we ended up at this dealership in the first place! I couldn't be more happy , this was the best buying experience!

We saw a Chevy Traverse that we didn't think I could afford & it wasn't ready, but Dave Jacobs made sure it was the right fit for us & made it happen. It truly was a God guided experience & not a typical car buying nightmare. Boniface-Hiers is the only place to buy a car & Dave is top notch! Plus you can't beat the Warranty Forever! I made an appointment for service and delivered my vehicle a few minutes prior to the appointment. I was told they would provide me with an approximate time/diagnosis in 60-90 minutes. Seven hours later, after having left 2 messages requesting status updates, I called and requested their driver pick me up so I could get my vehicle regardless of status. I received a call back 5 minutes later informing me of the issue. Unfortunately, the part was unavailable with an unknown expected delivery.

If I could zero star I would... it doesn't get any more loathsome than a dealer not honoring manufacturer warranty. This is the one that will send me away from GM for good (after 5 vehicles) and the sad thing it was small stuff to fix. If they gave as much care to honoring this fundamental trust between brand and consumer as they do trying to upsell service every time (want an oil change? They've got a $500 add on for you) or making excuses why they won't do the work they'd be world class. Buyer beware and owner beware this is not a business you can trust and I'm beginning to wonder if Chevy/GM are.

Brought them my sisters Chevy Cruze 2014 I had recently got in the ocean with my key in my pocket and now the car no longer will start I had my car towed to the dealership where I told him I'll need a new key that I got my key wet and now it's no longer working. Clifford, in customer services, guaranteed me that it was not the key fob that it's something else with the car so they charged me $150 for a diagnostic for him to call me back the next day and tell me it's the key fob now they told me it's going to be $226 so I took it to him and I went to pay and the price said $252 so there's another lie. What started out as a simple $85 fix led to a bunch of hassle and ended in a $250 fix. Went ahead and paid it just to get out of that dealership it is the worst business I've ever done with anyone and in my opinion they are modern-day crooks and while I was in the waiting area another lady next to me I had overheard her conversation and she was having the same problem where they told her a price of $400 and then tried charging her five hundred and something dollars for the repair but I kept listening and they brought it down to the 400 they agreed on the invoice which they did not do for me because I am not one to argue over nickle and dimes. I recommend staying far away from this dealership!!!!!
