Had a rough start with my service from Boniface Hi...

Had a rough start with my service from Boniface Hiers. Needing car repairs, and after taking the time to read their "About Us" page and google maps reviews, I opted this dealership over their competitors. I booked an appointment online for 7:30a, and had the vehicle towed to them at 7a. I called the service department and left voice mails x3 today (11:05a, 3:01p and 4:16p) trying to discuss my repair needs. The last voice msg was left for the service manager, Tim. I heard back from Tim near 5:30p, and agreed to the repairs. We picked the car up around noon the next day and have had no problems with the car since. (Apparently, they didn't look at the car until late in the day, so my 7:30a appointment was pointless.)
