The Parts Department is awesome. I called looking for a bolt for my oil pan for a 2003 silverado. I knew the bolt would be hard to find because it is metric and about 6 inches long. I was told to call the dealer when I was searching around town, so I did. The customer service rep. asked for the VIN and found the bolt in the system right away. He did not have it in stock. He then told me one of the other dealers had it and now I have it. Thanks a million Rosner.
