Everything was great today but I thought the price I was quoted for flushing and replacing the transmission, brake, and coolant was excessive.

This is a great place to do buisness with. Very knowledgeable about there products. Treat you with the up most respect. No pressure sales, made sure that we were comfortable and well informed. Will be coming back for a long time.

After expressing interest in purchasing 2 trucks one for personal and one for work. The first offer out the gate was probably the most insulting for our trade. Also keeping someone keys of the vehicle is such an old car Salesmen move. I would suggest shopping other dealers that treat you with respect. The salesmen wasn t the problem it was the Sales manager. After the first insult they send the boss out to see what they can do. In today s world information is right at your phone why insult consumers with horrible offers. I was expecting something more from Boniface Heirs.

My son and I stopped in to visit with CASSIE. Then we were introduced to Hal . Very nice gentleman. Then we met the Sales Manager. We spent hours looking and trying to decide which type vehicle to buy. SUV or Sedan . I wanted both .My son wanted CORVETTE. I was greatful to Cassie for cheering me up. Thanks You Cassie..

We had an amazing experience here at Boniface hiers chevrolet! Romann made us an amazing deal we couldn't say no to. We left with a new Silverado and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased my vehicle with 29,000 miles and I was told that the dealership would cover the 30,000 mile service since it was so close to the 30,000. They did not keep their word.All they are concerned with is getting you to perform the extra services. I was told that the service manager would call me to clear it up and six months later, I am still waiting.

I recently brought my car to the dealership because it was making a noise. The service person was only concerned with me getting the extra services ONCE AGAIN! I dropped my car off at 8 am and he called at 11 to say that they were still working on checking the car and would call me back. At 3:00 when I received no call, I called them and once again was told that they were still trying to check my car. At 3:30, he called and informed me that I needed 630 dollars to repair my car. I had requested for them to perform the scheduled oil change and they did but they also charged me and I had to go back an have it removed because I paid for the free oil changes when I bought the car. I just DO NOT trust this dealership and I feel that I do not receive good service. They are EXTRA friendly only when roping you in to buy a vehicle and trying to get you to get the extra warranties and unnecessary perks. I am beyond dissatisfied with my experiences at this dealership.

My wife went in to get the brakes worked on her car since it's still under warranty. They tried to tell her the frame was bent and they needed to total the car to try and get her to buy a new one. Still trying to take advantage of my wife they call me to co sign and luckily I had the questioning attitude of how do you go from getting your brakes looked at to getting a new car? Had her test drive it and all, just to get her hopes up even though there's nothing wrong with her car and it's still under 10,000 miles. So I had to drive down to Melbourne and pick up my wife and they sang a different tune once I showed up. Something was fishy with the car salesman from the get go. So my wife has progressive come down there and tell them the car is fine, of course when we go pick it up that particular salesman was nowhere to be found. I talk to the service guys because I'm pissed off now cause the salesmen tried to swindle their way into getting a car sale and they had no idea that the car was even on their lot for a whole week! Melbourne is an hour away for me and my wife was only in town for a job interview since we just moved her because I'm in the military. The service guys are really awesome and nice, they had no idea the car was there and I would definitely recommend bringing your car here. I just would strongly suggest not talking to some of these crooked salesmen that work here. This is my first ever review on anything EVER and I feel like something needed to be said especially since the salesmen weren't around when we picked the keys up. Just be careful. These guys will tell you that you need a new car to get a deal in. Then take your "totaled" car that's never been in an accident and sell it back to another sucker. Unbelievable. So my wife couldn't accept that job in Melbourne since she didnt know what was going on with her car. Luckily she picked something else up pretty quickly. And the best part is... that car runs perfectly fine. Thanks for nothing Rosner Chevrolet.

Very upset with this dealership!!! Had spoken with them about a month ago and didn t see anything I liked. Yesterday, my husband found a vehicle on the Facebook Marketplace and when he inquired, it was at this dealership. We made an appointment and drove 2 hours to look at it and was ready to purchase, had our down payment and everything! We get there and the salesman asked us who we talked to, we told him who we was told to ask for and he said oh they say that then you talk to a salesman like me. But he asked us what we was looking at, we showed him the add, pictures, everything, he acted very nervous and confused and got on the computer. Well, of course they didn t have the vehicle we drove up to look at. We asked if we could walk around while he searched to see if he had anything like we was looking for, he said of course. We did in fact see one we we re interested in and went back in and he was gone, nowhere to be found! This dealership has wasted 6 hours (drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back) of my life only to be disappointed that they didn t have the vehicle we wanted. (It s also still on the Marketplace for sale) Also, the guy on Facebook was Matt Powers, if you see something you want online, don t believe anything he says and call the dealership before wasting your time! He even told us how much down to bring and what our payment what approximately be.
On another note, after reading the negative reviews, I am in shock at the responses that the owner is posting back to these customers!!! Instead of apologizing and having empathy (which is required in ANY business), they are putting customers business out there and always turning it around on the customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere...

Stephen Osteen was extremely professional and helpful. Although I was unable to leave the lot with a car that day he gave me plenty of options and advice to help me get a vehicle in the future. Planning on coming back and talking to him soon.

Tu was our sales associate. He is an educated and informative salesman without the high pressure sales tactic. He showed us many different styles and models of cars. Although we have not purchased a vehicle as of yet, Tu is fantastic. We are still looking but if we purchase at boniface it will definitely be with Tu.

Set an appointment, drove 200 miles to see a Jeep, confirmed Jeep was still available, arrived and was told Jeep had sold. You will be better off doing business elsewhere.

Clifford and the service team are always polite, friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a more trusted place to take my vehicle.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service writer tried sell me $1000 of services my truck didn't need saying "based on mileage your vehicle needs these", without bothering to check the service history on the vehicle. I am surprised he didn't try to sell me on changing the "winter air out for summer air" in my tires. Surely won't go back again.

I called the internet department to obtain a quote on a 2018 a Chevrolet Camaro red line edition stock number, all I wanted was the best number out the door and the gsm refuse to provide me with a quote. I'm just a police officer who was trying to get the best deal possible so ended up taking my business to starling Chevrolet.

Cliff is very professional and honest. My truck s command center was showing that I needed new brake pads. I wouldn t have known the difference but Cliff let me know it was just a sensor that needed to be reset at no charge. He could have sent my truck in for new pads and I wouldn t have even questioned it. It s that type of honesty that you rarely find in the car business, and Boniface has been that way with me since I bought my truck from them. Their whole service department is top notch!

I was extremely impressed with all of the employees, especially Tim! Everyone was courteous and very helpful. I was there for a brake recall for my 2016 Silverado truck, and the job was done very quickly. I was happy that I chose Boniface Hiers Chevy for my service. I highly recommend them.

Friendly but we had an appointment at 9am to do some very basic maintenance/services. Received call late in the day saying they are having trouble completing the services and would keep me updated. When I pressed it was clear they didn't even look at it until 2pm and they may give me a loaner car while they continued to look at it. What good is an appointment if the car sits for 5 hours before you even look at it and then you inconvenience your customer by telling them it won't be done today (for basic service) and not giving a good reason.

I had an excellent experience with Gio! He was straight to the point. Got me in & out with the car I wanted!

Our salesman Dave was awesome he helped us in every way he could no pressure we joked around had a good time I must say it was one of the better car buying experiences by far!! Thank you again Dave!

Their customer service has really gone down in the service department. I recommend going to a different Chevrolet dealer for services.

2/23/2019 . Absolutely terrible business practices. Prepare to be manipulated by all the usual cheesy sales tactics . All we wanted was to know what was the lowest price acceptable to them on a used mustang convertible that they had advertised. We wanted to compare their lowest price with 2 other dealers that had the same vehicle listed for cheaper than their listed price. We were not able to get a price reduction on the vehicle without talking to the manager (which we were not willing to do) and we had to waste 2 trips to the dealership for them to finally tell us they would not come down on the listed price.. Not lowering their price did not bother us. They were not obligated to lower the price. Even though we wasted another trip to their dealership , we then pretty much gave up on that vehicle.. We had already researched 2 other identical vehicles online that were cheaper at other dealers. Since they would not give us any price other than list, we then texted them an offer of $20,000 (comparable to other 2 dealers) for the vehicle, thinking we may be able to buy local and save us the 1 1/2 hr trip to pick up the other vehicle at the competitor's dealership. We were texted back by this dealership that $20,000 offer was realistic . I sent my wife up to pick up the car and pay for it based on the text. They then manipulated her into paying an additional $2,500 (over 10% more) . It is now obvious they were really just trying to get her to stop shopping elsewhere and get her back into their dealership to put pressured to pay more and sign papers.. I am discussed with her for allowing herself to be manipulated in that way and them for using those kind of cheesy tactics.. We will never shop there again and I will certainly will be telling everyone I talk to about what happened to us.

Appointment scheduled for 8:00. Arrived on time. Just getting an oil change. 9:30 and still waiting! Pressure sales pitch to have brake fluid changed for $129.00. Service personnel attitude was poor.

Service is great but because another company is taking over and I had a lifetime warranty of getting an oil change on my car I cannot get it done anymore I only get two chances to use it and that is not what the contract said so the new company that's taking over I'm not agreeing to the contract that I bought this car with

I bought a vehicle and they gave me a wrong title. It's been over a year and I still have problems with the title and no solution. They were very friendly and helpful during the purchase process but it's been a nightmare after that.

Went there for work but it was busy and had a lot of vehicle stock.

I was ready for a new Silverado. I had worked with another local chevy dealer and wasn't very impressed. So I figured I would give Boniface Hiers a chance. I am glad I did. I already knew what I wanted. So I pulled up and went right to the truck I wanted. A few minutes later Romann came out and asked if I needed help. We spent the next few days working out a deal. I was very impressed with Romann. He always called me back and worked diligently to meet my needs. Even after the sale he checked to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We have bought a few different vehicles over the years from Boniface Hiers but this is our first visit to Boniface Chevrolet. This dealership is very friendly and focused making sure you make a sound decision on the vehicle you choose. We worked with Dave Jacobs and he was amazing! Dave is so knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and also spends time getting to k ow his customers to be sure he is educating us on the particular models and trim levels at the same time listening to us and what was important to us in a new vehicle. Horrible service repairs... labor hourly rate is on a matrix, they charge more per hour on high labor jobs.

Had car serviced. When left a lot of lots came on and electrical system went haywire. The service manager and Tim rescheduled an appt to check out. I had to work so my mother took in. She said they were very accomadating and helpful. The problem went away. But they still ran a diagnostic for me. Very happy with their resolution of my problem

My Chevy Trailblazer had a recall for a fuel sending unit in the gas tank. The gas tank had to be removed for the job. After I took the truck home for a couple of days, I m driving down the road and I hear this big BOOM, and then it sounded like the muffler was dragging underneath the truck. The children start freaking out and crying. So I pull over and the main chassis support bar that goes across under the truck is dragging on the ground with one end of it attached to a bolt hanging on its last thread. The first bolt fell out on the road causing it to fall. this bar also holds the gas tank up if the straps were to break. the guys in the shop clearly didn't even tighten the bolts AT ALL! They probably hand tightened them only. So then the service guy tells me he will send me the missing bolt in the mail so I can put it on properly myself. I needed to make sure the gas tank straps were tight anyways because if the tank falls, I m probably going to blow up in the truck anyways. a week goes by and I still never got the bolts. I call him up and he tells me he left the package on the desk and never shipped it. This is the guy who asked us 5 times when we were there if we could give him a "100% customer satisfaction" rating when the survey comes. well, I never got that survey, so that's why I m typing this in here. I ll never go back to that place again.

I brought my vehicle to Bona fice Chevrolet and my advisor was Sophia. She did an amazing job keeping me informed. Due to the make of my car I needed to find a place that services this type of vehicle. My vehicle could not be serviced there but she went out of her way and found the closest place I could take it to and even called them. Than you so much Sophia, I appreciate everything you did.

High way robbery quoted a ridiculous price to repair my car.

New info as of jun8 took car to another shop they gave me a completely diff story then these crooks boniface hiers chevrolet .boniface hiers chevrolet told me 2800 to 3000 that 3 fuel injectors completely failed where as the other shop Alternative Motors quoted me 1000 to 1200. Only one fuel injector failed. Fixed car at second shop runs just fine!

Seem very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed for buy the car. Buying one in two weeks from them.

Service was great, Tim helped coordinate all repairs needed and caught a major radiator replacement before it was finished preventing another shop visit. I will always bring in my yukon xl for service here so my family's safety is guarenteed and the quality work is certified.

Service drive is like a morgue. What a depressing place. You need to liven it up. Start with adding some nice friendly people that say hello when a customer comes within 8 feet. Maybe add music. Maybe a total upgrade with a Chevy bowtie theme, or NASCAR. The lounge, the service drive, and the write up area is so vanilla

I was so happy I went there they figured out my problem fast and even told me the part was covered by warranty which I didn't even know I had very friendly I was a happy customer even happier when I got in my car and she was running like a top

Everyone I dealt with was very respectful and polite. Mosses the sales representative that was helping us was everything you could ask for. Didn t try to pressure me to look at test drive or even consider any other vehicle than what we were there to look at. Called before I went. Was told price of the car I wanted and they could get the color I wanted. When I got there it was $3000 differance and they low balled me on my 8 month old car in perfect condition, I new I would be upside down but they tried to get me to make a deal that would cost me $3000 more than I got at another Dealer. Beware of Boniface!
