I have taken my car to Rathman/Rosner since 2008. My car is a lemon and have had nothing but problems with it. Have always got good service without problems but this past week I took my car in to have a faulty sun roof looked at............mind you it was recalled about the time I bought the car. No-one ever fixed it. Rosner told me they would take it and see what was wrong. They said my sunroof needed to be replaced, drains cleaned, seats taken out and carpet to dry inside of car out and electronics dried and special compound applied to connectors. I of course could not afford $1200-$1400 for a repair, so had to go get my car as GM Extended Warranty would not cover their defective sun roof.
When I went to get my car they couldn't find my keys, my seats, dashboard and headliner had greasy finger and hand prints all over the inside of my $48,000 Enclave Lemon. Thanks Rosner for ruining the inside of my luxury SUV and by the way I cleaned the drains in my sunroof, dried my car out myself. Saved myself another $1200 plus in service costs on a faulty GM vehicle. I will never, ever buy a GM car again. They do not stand behind their product!
Thanks again for getting grease all over the inside of my car.................left your tools in my car as well. In a hurry I guess!
