Our experience with Rosner was far above excellent. I had purchased my last car from them years ago but had never leased a vehicle before. Everyone there at Rosner made it such a pleasant experience that I have been very happy with my decision ever since. I am especially happy with the technician who helped us with leasing the car. Brian Swaney is his name. He has been exceptional. He has gone above and beyond to do everything he can to be of assistance. And he even took it upon himself to come help me out when I had to come back for a small service call. When he found out that I was there, he came over to the service area with me and not only worked with the technician to make things go faster but then took the time to go through the OnStar setup and after that took time to go over the features a second time to make sure that I knew how to use GooglePlay with my IPhone and other features that I can use with my new vehicle. And he had gone over everything when I was there the first time to take over possession of the car. My husband was also so impressed with the treatment we received that he took his mother and sister over a few days later to lease a car that we had seen when we were there getting mine. Rosner Chevrolet should be highly commended for their business style. They are a true asset to your company. Everyone we have dealt with there so far has been great and should be truly appreciated for all that they do to give GM a good name... Marge Mills
