We were treated immediately and shown to the lounge area. The lounge area had a TV, wifi and vending machines. There was a play area for kids which should have more comfortable chairs for parents. All the others chairs were comfortable except for the playroom chairs. We ended up spending close to 5 hours there. A few of the crew members stayed after hours on a Friday night to correct a frustrating issue.
