Great experience, everyone was very nice, got the job done, and I was on my way. They even discovered a leak in the rear axle, that could have been big problems on my way back to Ohio. It was covered by the warranty. Oil change and tire rotation was a great price as well.

You see the repeated ads on television and it all sounds great followed up with a "Thank You". That's as pleasant as it gets folks. I reached out to this dealership and received a response back from "Tommy" in sales. After providing him with my interest and information I heard nothing back for almost three weeks. All of the sudden BOOM I start getting emails, calls and text from Tommy. His communications indicated he had never either read or cared about my interest in purchasing a vehicle. I asked him why he had not responded to me and I got the holiday being busy runaround. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and started over. Filled out a credit application the whole nine yards. ZERO efforts ZERO response again. Seems to be his pattern unless your an 800 credit score and you MUST go to the dealership showroom and then and only then will he consider you as a potential customer. I bought my last car from another Chevy dealer and did the whole process via email and visited the dealership to test drive and pick-up the vehicle. Bottom line is take your business elsewhere and don't buy into the marketing. Also to note, weeks after my last communication with Tommy he is still emailing, texting and calling me as if I was someone he never communicated with. Just another sign of poor customer service with no personal approach.

Bought a pre-owned Toyota Corolla. Great sales help from Jeremy and a great deal. We noticed love bug damage on hood just before delivery which wasn t visible before the car was washed. But, Mike (General Manager) made it right by getting the hood repainted. Also, spare tire and tools were missing but Mike made that right also. Very satisfied and would definitely consider them again for next vehicle.

I've been to their parts department two times. 2 times the parts department couldn't figure out what to do for a 95 GM vehicle couldn't even figure out a cut a key good luck.
Not sure what havining patience has to do with anything. I came to a parts store to get parts, I was told to go to another store, even after i said I'll just order the parts. Second time i went therer for 15 minutes before I was told they couldn't cut a GM key. Not sure how a Chevy dealer cant cut a key.
I came in for an oil change and I was having apple car play issues and they guys refused to help me. When I contacted the manager jimmy of the service department he apologized and told me to Come in free of charge they kept me there for 5 hours even after I told them I had a noon appointment wouldn t give me car back then after all was said and done they didn t even fix the issue and then tried to charge me 170 dollars.
Greg Costello was absolutely wonderful! The service team found issues that the car should not of had being that I just purchased it from another dealership with a clean Carfax. They fixed everything and even assisted me in dealing with the place that I bought the vehicle because this vehicle should have never been up for sale. It is now fixed, my daughter is so very happy. I will also be picking up a car for myself from your dealership later this week. Thank you for all you have done and keep doing to assist me. GREAT JOB from people that really care!

Sales woman was extremely helpful. I came in to buy a silver 2017 corvette with 20,000 miles. The car was in great condition, we negotiated a deal, my credit was approved and was about to sign the papers. I told them that before I signed the papers I needed my mechanic to check the car out. 5 minutes later, he tells me the engine has a serious issue which is a collapsed lifter. The sad thing about this is the entire time everyone was saying how this car has gone through a rigorous inspection and how everything has been tested. Very disappointing to have wasted a lot of time Just to find out that the corvette needs $5000-1300 of repairs. Take you mechanic to inspect any car you buy from them! Don t trust their own mechanics to go through it. Throughout the process they repeatedly told me their is no need to have my own mechanic inspect it.What is even worse is that I suspect they just sold it with the issue. They were supposed to contact me about it when it was fixed but instead a few days later the ad is deleted. Poor person who got this car..
Made my way through a couple of dealerships before actually feeling comfortable sitting down and talking numbers with a salesman and not feeling pressured. Scheduled an appointment for 7am on june 28th for an oil change and tire rotation. Hadn't heard anything and I was in the area around 2pm so I stopped in. I was told they were just pulling my truck into the shop. At 4:31 pm I recieved a call that my truck would be done in about 10 to 15 minutes. I dropped my truck off at 6:30 am on june 28th and it took them nine and a half hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. Insane! I asked at the desk what the deal was and I was told because I dropped it off they do the people that wait first. So why do I make an appointment? Never had this problem when it was rosner chevrolet. I dont understand why you schedule appointments but do not follow them. Is the first appointment is at 7am you would think that would be the first vehicle that would be worked on. In my eyes how do you work on the 8am appointment if the 7am appointment isnt done? I'm at the point where I will never waste my time at this dealer again. Nine and a half hours for an oil change and still had the balls to charge me 22 bucks for tire rotation. This isnt the first time it's happened to me. Totally disappointed in the dealer that I bought my truck from. 1 star for sure.
All services - before and after the meeting with the financial rep - was great. The meeting with the financial rep was the worst experience I have ever had! If it wasn't for the GM, we would have left without buying.

Very Disappointed. Went in to today to get my car's oil changed. I was a previous customer of Rosner and had the lifetime oil change program. They told me they are no longer honoring this program as of today! That is completely unacceptable. First when the dealer switched they made us remove the Rosner logo from our car and replace it with their own. I did not want them to do that however they insisted that was the only way they were going to honor the oil change program. Reluctantly we agreed and let them do this. Now today we are told with no notice that they are no longer honoring the free oil change for life that was part of our car purchase. they just made future car shopping much easier! When I made my appointment earlier on the phone today, they should have told us this information.
I had a problem with the ac in my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I was able to schedule an appointment early the next day. I dropped off the car and received a loaner for the day. They found the problem quickly and repaired it. I m very happy with the service I have received.

While my truck was in for a couple of recalls I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed. I was given a sheet with 3 tiers to choose from. The first tier being a basic oil change and the top two tiers each having different types of additives and checks. I selected the middle option which was priced at $54.99. After the service was completed I was surprised to find my bill was $78.59. When I questioned the cashier about how the service went from $54.99 to $78.59 I was told there were additional charges for shop supplies. After inspecting the bill closely, I saw I was charged $12.00 for "Customer requested engine oil supplement" which we all know is not needed. In addition I was charged $3.59 for "shop supplies" which was probably water in my windshield wiper fluid resevoir. I never requested anything other than what came with the Tier 2 oil change and I was never informed there would be any additional charges without consulting me first. I did call and speak with the manager and he was very courteous but played the blame it on the salesman game. He did offer to refund me the ~$15 if I came back to the shop but I'm not going to waste an hour of my time to get $15 back and they probably know that. You know I just expected the people who sell and service a product that is touted as "American Made" to stand by the principles that make this country so great. Instead I left with the impression that I just brought my truck to be serviced at a freakin Jiffy Lube where you're left wondering if your oil even got changed.
This was my first experience car buying and I knew it would be very difficult for me. I drove in with a car that had been purchased by my father who had recently died. I had, to say the least, a strong emotional attachment to the car but it was quite old and in need of costly repairs. Rather than being an excited shopper, happily looking for a new ride, I was instead grief stricken and shopping out of necessity. When I stepped out of my car, I was immediately approached by a salesman. I explained my situation and he couldn't have been kinder or more sympathetic. Jay Capo qualified my needs, and preferences then guided me through the pros and cons of each of the cars I looked at until I found one that felt like a good choice. As I tearfully handed him the keys to my beloved car, feeling like I was giving away a piece of my dad, Jay put an arm around my shoulder supportively and reassured me that Dad wouldn't want me to continue driving such an unsafe vehicle and he was right. I just can't thank Jay enough for making this difficult transition easier. By the way, the first car he wanted to show me, I wouldn't even get near because of the color. I'm now the joyful owner of that exact car and I can't tell you how many complements I've gotten on the color! And now, looking at the car, I can see my father's sense of style. I know he loves my choice. Thanks Jay.
Needed a service on my new truck and everyone in the service department were down to earth and really tried to accommodate my needs. Tim in the service department went through every option to make sure I would not spend more than I needed to. The mechanic, unfortunately I forgot his name, came and discussed the issues and having a co versation directly with a mechanic is a new experience. Even Johnny, the salesman that I purchased my truck from came by and sat for a few minutes just catching up. So far my first experience with a dealership has been better than I could have expected! Thank you to the service department! Keep up the great work guys!
Scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed in my truck. Appointment was at 9:30 am. Got to the dealership about 10-15 minutes early and got registered in the system. Service tech came in waiting room 45-60 minutes later and showed me cabin air filter and engine air filter. They were dirty, so instructed her to have them changed.All that seemed to be good, until it was another hour before the truck was completed and ready to go. 2 hours for an oil change and to change 2 filters? What a joke! Then to add more insult, the 2 filters cost $116.12. I understand that everyone is wearing a face covering these days, but I didn't realize it was for robbery. I will be looking for a more professional and personable GM dealership to do my future service with.

I have been a customer here for almost 10 years. I'm very disappointed that I have called multiple times over the past week to schedule maintenance on my vehicle but couldn't get through to speak to someone. On a couple of occasions someone picked up who was very nice but had to keep transferring me to the service department because no one would pick up and eventually I gave up and left a message on another try. Other times I tried calling it would go straight to a voicemail and I didnt receive a call back even after leaving a message. I guess I will have to go elsewhere for my oil changes and maintenance.

I had the pleasure of speaking to two different car salesman s. The first gentleman was named Joshua I explained to him what kind of vehicle I was interested in. He then pointed me in the right direction and gave me a full run down of the car and it s features. I even got to go for a test drive in that same vehicle he made sure I was satisfied with the car. Unfortunately I didn t purchase that same vehicle but I was able to come back another day and make another purchase. I came back the next day after and spoke to a gentleman named Justin he was able to help me with making a better selection. He found something that was better suitable for my needs and made sure I was happy with my selection. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a car got to this car dealership. You can ask for either gentleman by name and I promise you will not be disappointed! I was never pressured to make a purchase or told I needed to buy a vehicle. They made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what I was buying. I just want to say thank you to Joshua and Justin for taking care of me and making me feel part of the Chevrolet family.

I recently had a very positive car buying experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. I inquired about a used truck with our salesman, Justin Nooner. He showed me all that was available with my specifications, Justin was very knowledgable and helpful, but unfortunately nothing appealed to me. He then asked if I would consider buying new and although I had not, he showed me a truck that was exactly what I was looking for and made me a price that was comparable to many of the used vehicles I had been looking at. While still discussing the details of the purchase Michael Durkin, Sales Manager came in and closed the deal with an exceptional price and a few add-ins that I had requested. At the Finance table, Joy Carver was more than helpful. She walked us through the process effortlessly. All in all I was very impressed with all the Sale and Staff at Boniface-Heirs and would recommend them in a second.

My husband and I have been looking at getting a new car. Shopped around, I knew I wanted a Chevy equinox but just wasn t sure what extras we wanted in it. We pulled into boniface heirs on US in Melbourne and we were greeted by Justin. Told him we were just looking and probably not going to buy anything and we still would like him to walk around with us Incase we had any questions. He was great! Even though we told him we were looking only he still took his time with us and pulled out different cars so we could see the differences. Justin listened to us Justin asked us questions so he could really narrow down what we wanted Justin wasn t a pushy car salesman and that is why we ended up getting our new 2020 equinox. By far the best car shopping experience I have had ever really! Definitely recommend speaking with Justin prior to buying a car!!!

I've bought more than 15 new cars since 1994 and my sales person, Ryland Oller was absolutely the best sales person I have EVER dealt with. This guy knows the vehicles inside out! This guy is honest and is a straight shooter. I usually dread dealing with automobile sales persons, but Ryland quickly put me at ease. He listened to me and did not try to sell me something I didn't want or need. If you shop here, ask for him.
Horrible customer service! Have had my SUV at their dealership since the 11th of January due to an issue with my breaks (a defect). I have been contacting the dealership (service manager Will) for 11 days now leaving multiple voicemails with NO reply(zero updates on my suv)! Have even called asking for a GM to return my call and nothing! A loaner/rental was suppose to be provided to me on the 21st of January and now one week later still nothing! Would definitely NOT recommend this dealership/service department.
Shopping for my new vehicle at Boniface Chevrolet was by far the best experience I ve EVER had! Daniel was very attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to shop at Boniface Chevrolet and to also reach out to Daniel as their sales person for an awesome buying experience.
It took 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager was friendly but, he was supposed to research a paperwork issue and get back to me Friday and has not.
