Needed a service on my new truck and everyone in the service department were down to earth and really tried to accommodate my needs. Tim in the service department went through every option to make sure I would not spend more than I needed to. The mechanic, unfortunately I forgot his name, came and discussed the issues and having a co versation directly with a mechanic is a new experience. Even Johnny, the salesman that I purchased my truck from came by and sat for a few minutes just catching up. So far my first experience with a dealership has been better than I could have expected!
