They salesman I spoke with was good, but when his manager came out to speak numbers he was very very pushy and almost wouldn't let us walk away because of that. He also lied a ton, as car salesman do. He told me if I didn't like the monthly payments I could refinance in 3 months (you have to wait AT LEAST 6), and also told me that they only check a couple credit sources for loans as opposed to some dealerships who will bounce you between 6-10. A week later when I checked Credit Karma I had 8 hard inquiries about auto loans. Would not recommend
Had the opportunity to visit this dealership this week. Just beginning our search for a vehicle we can tow with our rv. We were greeted warmly by Dave Jacobs. He could not do enough for us to make certain all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable with the process. No high pressure, which I hate, just the information we needed. Definitely will return there when ready to buy.

Not sure if they don't pay well, are understaffed, or treat the employees horribly and they leave. But I deal with someone different in service every time. Showed up for my appointment today, no record of me having an appointment. So for the moment, I am changing my 5 Star rating to 1 Star and we'll see how the next attempt goes.

Salesman misrepresented the trade in offer for my truck, tried to slip some numbers past me. felt like a typical shady car dealer. Theres was other issues but ill leave it at that. I walked away real quick from that deal.
Although typical of are all car dealerships, Rosner Chevrolet will also assail you with any number of sales persons that happen to see you drive up. But that of course is their job. Once meeting with a specific salesperson you will be treated with courtesy and given all of the pertinent facts about the vehicles you're interested in. From that standpoint they actually do a quite excellent job.
I came in with a flat tire and was greeted promptly by a service writer who took down all my info and took care of my tire using my road hazard policy. The process was fast and easy. They even gave me a car to drive while they waited for my tire to come in. This was my first time using Boniface Hiers Chevrolet service depot and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends for their future car servicing needs.
I've been trying to get out of my car for almost two and a half years because I was upside-down I've tried every car dealer in Brevard County and no one could help me. I recently bought a 2020 Silverado pick up Boniface Heirs. The salesman I dealt with ( Daniel Bauguess ) really put his time and effort into helping purchase my new truck. Daniel is one salesman I would highly recommend when purchasing a vehicle at Boniface Heirs. He takes pride in his job and shows compassion towards the buyer. William and Bobby in Service got the all OEM lift kit installed properly and turned the stock 4wd Silverado into a trail boss elevation. Good lift, in warranty, great ride, upgraded axles and upgrade HD rancho monotube shocks ride great !

My interaction with the ladies up front was great. My issue is with the service. I was having my first oil change done on my 2020 Blazer. When I got home I popped the hood and to my surprise the the engine cover was covered with oil that had been spilled onto it when the technician did the oil change. Now I have to have this cleaned. Did not leave a good feeling with me.

Glenn Harris called me first thing monday morning to apologise for the mess that was left and wanted me to bring it back. I brought it in Saturday morning and he took it straight to the detailers who not only cleaned the engine compartment but also buffed the exterior as well. They made it right with me and then some, so have changed my rating to 5 stars. Keep up the great customer service.
Cliff always is very helpful and knowledgeable. Has helped me for years at Rosner now at Boniface. Service department has always done a 5 star job.
We pulled up and we were helped by a repairs consultant, we needed new driver side mirror. He said no problem and while we we're sitting there he called parts and made sure they ordered one. We were told one day shipping and then one day to paint the mirror. We were given a quote. We left with the assurance that we would get a call in 2 days once the mirror had arrived and was painted. We got no call. So I called the dealership 4 days later and was HUNG UP ON after being told that the consultant who helped us no longer worked there and they had no record of us or part on order. SO I called back and asked to speak to a manager who then told us the old consultant had been moved to another location. He however had no answer as to why we were still not called by anyone, and then proceeded to lie to us and tell us the Part had gotten there "Just now!". Yea right, e days after we were told it was "for sure gonna be in and ready". He then assured me he would get it painted and we could bring it in in two days to have it installed. So we scheduled an appointment. The next day someone called me from parts and left a voicemail saying he didn't know who we were or what was up, but he had a mirror for us. NO COMMUNICATION at this dealership. When I called back and asked to speak to the man from parts (I had his name from the voicemail he left) I was told that no one by that name works there and told to have a nice day before the call ending. In the end our mirror is on, however, when we went to check out the price was much higher than we were quoted for because the original consultant didn't quote "the cost of paint". We were given a ludicrously small discount of like $50 off our almost $500 job and send on our way. After speaking to some friends and doing a lot of researching online, I now Know this should have only costed about $300. Rip off. Bad Service. Never ever coming back.

Here is full update, they said squealing breaks are because of lubricating, lubricated, but it keeps doing it to lesser degree. I am pondering servicing it somewhere else. Feels like anything will be done to avoid changing brake pads , which probably takes extra time and my car still under bumper to bumper. Not really service i was hoping for when we bought car.

Customer Service was great by Adam Castle. Listened to my concerns and was straight to the point. Sent it out to get it Diag d, next day the car is back in better condition than I ve felt in awhile. Service department is great, drove 30 extra miles to see them because Bob Steele shrugged off my issue. Take the drive and get taken care of.

My experience with the Sales people here was nothing short of humiliating and embarrassing. They lie with a smile on their faces. I received a call from them yesterday to buy a car, mind you I didn't ask them to call in the first place. I was asked by Eric to come there but he had no deal for me because no matter what I agreed to put down it was all for nothing to include they ran my credit report saying it would not affect my score because it supposed to be a soft inquiry by him and his manager Mike who is a snake in the grass who showed me 5 different prices for the same car, didn't give a military discount or honored the price they had quoted me 3 weeks prior. They then got me in the lobby after I expressed my disappointment after being there 3 hours and ridiculed me in front of their coworkers, customers and my fiancee. I bought my first car from the same boniface heirs dealership but after that experience I wouldn't dare set foot on their premises nor have anything to say good about how they do business....

Parts department employee was incredibly rude. Continually had side conversations with others and ignored my questions, and then downright refused to provide any help when I called him out for his poor customer service. He definitely should not be allowed anywhere near customers.

WORST PLACE TO GO. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DONT GO. They are very snobby and have a very bad customer service, bad attitude and highly impatient. Very un-professional. I had an issue with front desk and then i had the manager to come out and he was very rude and had no sense of remorse or help. He was just as rude as the cashier. ALL THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE I REQUESTED TO ORDER A PART THEY DIDNT HAVE FOR MY CAR I BROUGHT FROM THEM. THEY FAKE BEING SWEET SO YOU BUY THIER CAR BUT AS SOON AS YOU DO, They have no use of you. Today I attempted to call the sales staff to inquire about a 2020 Silverado 1500 LTZ. I was unable to get anyone to answer any numbers I called. I was able to chat online with Allan and that was useless as he is an off-site agent. He is able to get me a test drive appointment but couldn t get me to a sales person. All the phone number does is put you in a vicious circle and you can t talk to anyone. Press 1 for sales and it rings about 4-5 times then Mr. Hires comes on with his welcoming message and tells you to press 1 for sales, 2 for service and 0 for the Receptionist. If and when you press the number all it does is ring 4-5 times then Mr. Hiers comes on with the same recording. This is a sorry way to run a business. I m sorry I ever purchased a vehicle there! Warranty for life and service after the sale - if you can get anyone to talk too - ridiculous!!!!
Worst customer service. You call to get updates and get passed around until you get a voicemail. Our car has been in there for going on 3 weeks and no one can give us an update as to whats going on. The first loaner car they gave us had no tags on it and when we called they told us it was fine. Still waiting for one of our calls to be returned. You re better off buying a car from craigs list.

This dealership is a great pleasure to deal with and will be my first reccomendation for anyone I know needing a new or pre-owned vehicle. I worked with James and Ben via email and was able to negotiate a great deal on a new 2012 Sonic, apply for financing, and even get a good trade in value on my 96 Mustang without even stepping in the showroom. When I did need to go to the showroom to finalize my AMAZING deal, James, Ben, and EJ were great to work with and helped get everything put in place. Then, Adam took over and we went over the pile of paperwork. He was very patient with our two year old girl (she was very "excited" to be in the showroom) and made the process of signing and completing the deal very laid back and relaxed. Not once did I feel pressured or feel that what I was promised was not true. Ben and James bent over backwards to get me the deal I wanted and I drove out in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Not more than one minute after I wrote my name down on the waiting list, Drake was there to safely shuttle me to my home in Satellite Beach.
Tim called to let me know my truck was ready for pick up and briefly discussed what the technicians did to address everything. He then coordinated for Drake to pick me up the next morning, who was here promptly at the agreed pick up time of 8 AM.
The cashier was also very pleasant and I thought the service was a good value.

He just said, When you are ready to buy, I ll be here
A couple days later I shot him a message saying I was ready to see some numbers. I went in and we sat down to put some numbers on paper. After a few minutes, we had a deal. I drove home in my new truck a few hours later. With a warranty forever.
There s a reason Mike and Boniface-Heirs have the reputation for honesty and integrity that they have. It because they treat people right, they don t mince words and they don t use high pressure sales. They treat you like they want to be treated.

The sales department is wonderful. The service department is a little undesirable depending on what service consultant you get. Some service consultants will try to take advantage on you and make you get things done that you don't need. Just make sure you come in knowing what needs done on your vehicle.

Great experience recently! Our car needed some major work done which thankfully was still under warranty and they gave us a sweet vehicle to drive for a week while the work was being done. Honestly this is a really good location. They re quick, friendly, and extremely helpful. In and out quickly. Were unable to resolve an intermit problem with driver window but was told to bring it back if it got worse or could leave the vehicle for awhile, which I was ok with.
Went in to get the door lock system fixed due to failure on the plugs in the door panel and water getting into the wiring plug and shorting out the lock system making it so I could not get into the SUV other than crawling though the back hatch. Due to either parts failure or poor workmanship on the install at the factory, they did not cover the price under the extended warranty or warranty for life.This is not the first issue I have had with Boniface-Heirs but it is definitely the last. Will not use them for anything ever again and will inform all family and friends about the poor/no living up to the warranty that I paid monies for.
Your new Service Manager Jimmy was great. He explained what was needed and what he was going to do. We did not have to wait long for both cars to be repaired. I felt very comfortable with Jimmy and the service members.

Recently picked up a 2018 Dodge Caravan from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. We were referred to Boniface Hiers Chevrolet by my father in law for their great service and transparency. Justin Nooner and his team worked well with my wife and I on our own personal situation to get us the best deal we were approved for. Justin was completely transparent on how the deals were being made. Justin also stayed late into the night from the moment we arrived to handing us the keys and taking a selfie with us. From beginning to end, the team was respectful to my wife and I.
When I arrived, there were multiple signs on the doors saying "employees had to wear masks etc." Upon entering, employees were NOT wearing masks. Some had them around their neck but not covering their face. Most were not wearing them at all.
I made an appointment online for 8:30am and arrived on time. By the time I was able to sit down with the advisor, Bobby, it was closer to 8:45- 9am. There were several others available but instead there was a line waiting for this agent.
When we purchased our vechicle we purchased with the information that "oil changes were complimentary for life." The advisor quickly told me that the dealership has been bought out and the old owner took the money to cover these services. Not really sure what this has to do with the customer except I am longer getting my car serviced here as promised. He did say I had two options - I could have a bunch of services done and get free oil changes (but never said exactly what this was) or I could purchase a new vehichle with a package to cover oil changes.
I spent over 2.5 hours total waiting for my oil change + tire rotation. At one point, I asked the cashier to check on my car and why it was taking so long. She said only Bobby the advisor could check. (Again, he was super busy and she was doing nothing.)
Overall the experience wasn't great. When the services were covered I would deal with the sub-par service but if you are expecting us to pay, I will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
