Scheduled an appointment for 7am on june 28th for ...

Scheduled an appointment for 7am on june 28th for an oil change and tire rotation. Hadn't heard anything and I was in the area around 2pm so I stopped in. I was told they were just pulling my truck into the shop. At 4:31 pm I recieved a call that my truck would be done in about 10 to 15 minutes. I dropped my truck off at 6:30 am on june 28th and it took them nine and a half hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. Insane! I asked at the desk what the deal was and I was told because I dropped it off they do the people that wait first. So why do I make an appointment? Never had this problem when it was rosner chevrolet. I dont understand why you schedule appointments but do not follow them. Is the first appointment is at 7am you would think that would be the first vehicle that would be worked on. In my eyes how do you work on the 8am appointment if the 7am appointment isnt done? I'm at the point where I will never waste my time at this dealer again. Nine and a half hours for an oil change and still had the balls to charge me 22 bucks for tire rotation. This isnt the first time it's happened to me. Totally disappointed in the dealer that I bought my truck from. 1 star for sure.
