Just dropped off my X5 with Aime today for a regular maintenance and I couldn t be more satisfied
I was helped right away and they had an Uber ride back home for me while they worked on the car which took only about 3 hours
After completion of car the advisor notified me and also set me up with an Uber back tot the dealership to pickup my car. Couldn t be more happy with this service

They leased me an unsafe vehicle that they cannot repair and will not let me out of the lease, violating the lemon laws. Illegal dealings and full of lies. Avoid at all costs, but also just avoid buying a BMW period.

I'll try to make it short. i went in to take a look at a car and absolutely love it. i was able to test drove and checked all the features... this was a pre-owned certified BMW btw. during the conversation with the salesman, i was told that pre-owned certified warranty apply, and that i would get 2 additional years and that maintenance carried over as well (i'm sure he and rest of the team there would disagree with that, but hey i'm just a nobody, right?).

so we discussed financing (salesman assured me i would get the best rate because of my credit score) and the price and i agree to buy the car... so i waited about 30 minutes and finally was led to see the finance guy. He started out by going over all the title and registration and state required paperwork...and then a BIG SHOCKER.

He told me that the car would only carry 1 additional year warranty since it only has 10k miles on it.......ok. so this is NOT what i was told, but then i thought it was such a new car so i continued on...

then, he told me maintenance doesnt carry over and offer to extend that maintenance for additional fee (NOT a small amount).

at this point, i had to disagree- and i said i wouldnt want to continue this sale... he asked his director to come in- and we spent like 40 minutes talking about how this is all of maintenance option and that he had to go over with me- while kept ignoring my concern that why i was told one thing and now i have to pay a bulk sum to get the plan that I thought i would get- which the salesman assured me that i would get...

finally, the director agreed to offered a discount on the maintenance extension, but i told him that i agree to buy this car under the understanding that i would pay this exact amount (+ tax..title..etc), and now i have to pay extra....

i was really uncomfortable with this and said i can't go through with it as much as i love this car.

the director (finance director) then told me he would go talk to the sale manager.. and after 5 minutes he came back and said he couldnt do it...

so i walked out.. and none of them try to stop me.

at that point, we only had the contract to sign, but the sale blundered because they were misleading me and try to get me to pay extra for something i already thought was included.. i'm not good with that..

also, keep in mind, during my 5 hours at the store, the sale manager NEVER come to see or talk to me. NOT ONCE. I don't even know what he looks like.

a big fail. will not visit this store again no matter how good the sale it is.

ps. also, the great financing option that i was told that i could get was no different than other BMW dealers (and I told him what rate i get at the other dealers)...so there.

My car was with the service center for almost 3 we...

My car was with the service center for almost 3 weeks. I had very little communication with the service representative Marco Fausto that I was appointed. He barely responded to my text or calls, and things only progressed with the status of my car once I reached out to him. I asked him to switch me to another representative and was completely disregarded. I then called the supervisor after almost 2.5 weeks with little communication and left a message and have still never received a phone call back. Once made aware that I had a warranty on the vehicle the service representative said I needed an entire transmission replacement. He couldn't tell me why or what the failure was. Once the warranty company requested a tear down he said that they don't do them for transmissions at bmw and he wouldn't be able to prove the failure. He then told me "they don't do transmission work at BMW, and I should take it somewhere else." He said they only replace transmissions. When I went to pick up my car they charged me $200.....
I am completely disgusted by the service I received from the dealership, and will never be returning. I am so annoyed with the entire process I think this will be my last BMW.

This is my third visit to this dealership in the last 6 months. The service department is AWFUL. They never take the time to ensure their customers are satisfied. I even gave their Collision Centre my business because they are certified. It took 2 months to have a bumper replaced. ( Was backed into in a parking garage. ).

So here comes COVID-19 and my vehicle is due for its first scheduled maintenance visit. I get an appt the next day. I drop off my car and ask that oil is changed , standard stuff. Asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced and to have a plastic clip replaced that holds up the rear passenger sunblind. The piece cracked and broke when car was a few weeks old. It s not even a year old yet. Their quoted price was for $300 for a literally $7.39 piece of plastic. They claimed door had to be removed when you roll down window and replace sun blind hook from outside, with one simple screwdriver. No accountability, no attention to detail here. They just want you in and out and pay out the rear end for what? I gave this dealership three opportunities to shine and every single time they have failed on all accounts.

So oil changed, no air filter replaced, and no fix for the plastic hook.

Do yourself , your friends, and your family a favor and keep them far away from this dealership. There are far better places to take your BMW Business. No Spirit of Service here. My Service Advisor was Narek.

I m an average Caucasian working class white guy, and was treated like a nobody here. Definitely racial profiling done at Pacific BMW in Glendale. 80% of their clientele is of Armenian decent. Sorry to say it but this should NOT happen in this day and age.

Parts were overpriced!! I was quoted over the phone $700 for a key replacement and a $200 programming fee which my car didn't even need. I called Nick Alexander and got the same key for $400. I used that to price match Pacific which they did honor... so at least they do that. But, beware inflated prices!

I highly recommend Pacific BMW for service. I had a really complicated diesel emissions issue with my 2014 328d that required a couple visits with several main component replacements. Service Advisor Manny was always knowledgeable, able to navigate through those issues, kept me in a loaner at all times, ensured I was updated via texts, and even was able to get me a half price oil change in there! I live down the street from another BWM dealership on Wilshire, and this experience was on another level in terms of service, so it was worth the extra drive. This experience was enough to keep me in BWM when that 2019 3-series comes out! Thanks!

The way the car buying experience should be! I had the pleasure of working with Ron and his assistant Arthur. After searching online, it was evident that they had the largest selection of vehicles within about a 75 mile radius. As soon as you step inside of the dealership they make you feel welcomed and are very inviting. I had set up an appointment and they had every vehicle I was interested in prepped and ready for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, instead they treated me like family and made each one of my three visits an educational experience. Ron and Arthur both were very attentive and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I visited four other BMW dealerships prior to purchasing my 430 Coupe. Pacific BMW prices had every single BMW dealership beat by a long shot! Ron is very transparent and will break everything down for you penny by penny! It's nice to know that there are still car dealerships out there that are honest, professional and won't pressure you into purchasing a car as soon as you step on the lot. They even took it a step further by calling me a few weeks after my purchase to see how I was enjoying my car and to see if I needed any additional assistance. I just took delivery of my first BMW yesterday afternoon (2016 340i), from Greg Poland at Pacific BMW. This was by far the easiest new car transaction I've ever had. It was a special order car, and was 2 months almost to the day from when I gave Greg the go-ahead to when the car was sitting in my driveway.

When I initially started searching I sent out information requests to 16 different dealers throughout the southwest US, including California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona (where I live).

Greg was the only person who gave me straightforward answers every step of the way without haggling or any kind of pressure. We did 99% of the communication through email, and Greg was always quick to respond and answered every question that I had. I got a better deal going through Pacific than any of my local dealers were willing to give me (based on OTD price, including delivery). He got me a better financing deal than I was able to get independently as well. The car started production less than 2 weeks after I placed my order, and was delivered right to my driveway without ever stepping foot in the dealership.

I ve gone to the other dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area and I was impressed from the moment I set up my appointment. Confirmations, making sure you know who you re seeing, texts with all your info so you won t forget your appointment. I dropped off my car for a malfunction and they understood all the things I wanted checked on in addition to the malfuntion, and without anyone saying oh it s because this, oh it s because that, and try dismiss the additional stuff. Manuel Cruz was super helpful, knowledgeable, and understood what I needed for my vehicle. Pacific also has the techs taking a video of exactly what their doing and updating you. Couple that with also having super knowledgeable techs, loaners on hand and not outsourcing to a rental, timely service, and video updates... I m not going anywhere else in LA. We did a European delivery with Gary Minassian and Greg Poland and they are the friendliest and the most upfront people in the whole dealership. We traveled all the way from Arizona to buy a 2016 335i GT and I brought in my 2007 335i to get new rims and tires. We go to Scottsdale BMW in Arizona and their service is nothing compared to Pacific BMW I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car. Truly unforgettable. I usually won't do bad reviews unless it is really bad. My experience with Pacific was great , they have a really good team and good customer service however i experienced the worst nightmare you can go through , after finishing my lease i returned the car as expected, and they told me that i need to provide them the final Bill so they can send it to the safe lease department (Safe lease is an insurance that you buy when you sign a new lease to cover any damage etc... up to 5k) ,the sales person said you should get safe lease so you don't have to worry about anything,indeed i bought the insurance for an additional charge to have peace of mind , unfortunately i did not have peace of mind since then. once i returned the car and provided the final Bill , BMW Financial services are calling me and hassling me everyday for the last 5 months to pay the remaining amount which safe lease is supposed to pay. There is a huge disconnect between BMW Financial services and the dealers. The dealer sell you a 3rd party insurance and BMW Financial services tries to collect their money and they don't care. Pacific has failed on sending the claim to safe lease. I am very disappointed from PACIFIC BMW as a dealer and now as a customer i did not do anything wrong and paying the price of incompetent people.

I was in there today 8/10/19 worse experience ever, we went in there to cancel the GAP insurance and it took us 3.5 hours (we arrived at 2:37 and left at 5:58 pm) , but once we were seen by the financial person, it took two minutes and we were out of there!!!!!
It was only a matter of filling out one of the forms and getting a copy of the payoff of the vehicle. It was mine baffling how a 2 minute process took 3.5 hrs out of my day, only because all of the representatives in the front Desk didn t know how to handle the process of cancelation for GAP insurance.
There is nothing worse than someone that does not respect the time of others, incredible!!!! TIME IS MONEY

Came here because of an engine issue. Mr. Manny Cruz helped me out with the car, and he was amazing. From beginning to the end, he was very thorough and trasparent about the repair process and found a warranty for me that saved me over a grand of repair cost. He was respectful and explained every question I had regarding the vehicle. Other staff members were also very helpful and kind. Coming to this dealership can take some time to find parking on the bmw side of the street. You can find parking easier across the street. There is a cross walk about halfway down the block.

We had to ask for help, which is nice at a dealership. They have bathrooms and snacks and free water in a fridge. Which can be nice if you are waiting for your car to finish.

Service Only: I took my 2001 7 series in for a few minor repairs (broken cup-holders, cracked seat-control housing, slight shaking, & high revving). For around a cool $700 they fixed the seat-control housing only, then said they could fix the cup-holders, both front & back for ~$700 each. Then they said I needed to replace my transmission to fix the high rev issue (at a cost of ~$7,000).
I don't know about you, but I generally go with the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" rule. I promptly picked up my car, forgoing any further costly repairs and never went back. FYI, 2 years later, the transmission is fine. The high-rev issue turned out to be nothing. The seat that had the controls replaced has been wobbly & lose ever since.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Any service department that says you need to spend $7K to replace a working transmission on a car that is only worth about $7K is not trustworthy in the least.

Probably would never go here again. The vibe feels dirty, and was getting pushy sales energy from one of the salesmen. When I say I have a maximum budget for something I just need a yes or no answer on the deal... Not 30min of sitting around waiting for sales managers to go back and forth on numbers. Also the sales guy tried to feed me some BS about pricing info regarding model years. You might be able to get away with telling lies to people who don't know the market. But beware, some of us shop around and may know more about what we are buying than you do. M4's are not rare or limited production. I left Pacific BMW and bought my M4 at a different dealership the same day.

Never buy cars from Adees and his manager Arsen. All sales men are deceiving and manipulative at some degree, but they are at a whole another level of manipulation and dishonest. They straight up lie to your face in the middle of price negotiation and turn into miscommunication situation. I regret not recording conversations.

Also, service light came up on the way of driving back from their dealer shop. Apparently their definition of detailing at the dealer shop before selling to customers does not include oil changes.

This is third time leasing cars from this dealer shop, and the word "loyalty" does not exist here and this company.

I am going to file a formal complaint to BMW headquarters regarding their dishonest misconduct.

Such a quick and easy experience! I went on Black Friday and of course the dealership was packed, but they had enough staff to help every customer that was there. Greg Poland went over and beyond to make my first BMW experience a great one. I was in and out within a few hours and I believe that I received the best deal possible for my 428i coupe. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.

He has made may car buying experience unbelievably easy. No Stress Express. Marco and Gilbert on the Service team are amazing. Incredibly unhelpful ending my lease here. Didn't get my car here, but I have been coming here to get it serviced for the last 2 years, so I've been barraged with constant emails, phone calls, and text messages from this dealership to make an appointment to end my lease here. When I finally call them to make an appointment and let them know that I have already ordered my next car they do a total about face and essentially tell me to go elsewhere by giving me some BS about not having an open appointment for over 2 months, 1 month after my leased car is due. After a few minutes of trying to figure something out with the rep on the phone he finally admits that if I were to lease another BMW he would be able to squeeze me in.

1st Experience - 1 star Sales. Went in with my wif...

1st Experience - 1 star Sales. Went in with my wife looking for a car for her. Couldn't get the time of day from anyone. Walked down the street to MB and drove off in a Mercedes.

2nd Experience - 5 stars Service. Got a 428GC from another dealer, but have had it serviced here. Every time serivce was done right and things were quick and easy.

3rd Experience - 3 stars Sales. Lease is up, did lease inspection all good, just needs tires. They try to get me into another 428GC, but they want $2000 more down and $100/mo more than my current lease. Can't make the deal work. Edit - also BMW LB was $2000 cheaper.

4th Experience - 1 star. Discuss getting and M2 instead. They want $3000 over MSRP. Found an allocation at another dealer at MSRP. Car is now on order.

5th Experience - 1 star. Car serviced. 2 weeks later I get the low coolant warning.

6th Experience - 0 star. Called to schedule lease return. Had done the pre-inspection 2 months earlier when them. For the pre-inspection they got me in next day. For lease return they asked if I'd be interested in getting into another BMW. I told them I tried with them, but it didn't work out (see above). Then they said they might be able to squeeze me in for a lease return 8 days from now if there was a cancellation. Since I was on a lease extension while my M2 comes in, this costs me $16/day. Felt like they were trying to play payback with me. Well I am never going back to this craphole dealer again. They suck donkey balls.

Here I am now days later and my steering wheel won t move and the car hardly starts I call pacific bmw my car is unsafe to drive so I now have to get it towed OUT OF MY POCKET to their dealer ship. They have some shady mechanic call me this morning telling me my car was neglected and they are not paying for any of the services needed. They will not do anything with my vehicle until I pay for the services my car needs. THEY MESSED UP MY CAR WHILE DOING A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF. MY VEHICLE WAS RUNNING COMPLETELY FINE BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT NOW 2 DAYS AFTER YOU GIVE IT BACK TO ME I ROLL OFF THE LOT AND MY WINDOWS WONT ROLL DOWN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT WAS A COINCIDENCE SO AFTER I LEAVE IT THERE 24 hours FOR YOU TO FIX... THERES ALL THESE OTHER ISSUES NOW CAUSING MY CAR TO BE INOPERABLE. AND THATS ALSO NOT A COINCIDENCE.

I d give no stars if I could. I went in for a simple oil change and when I left my windows weren t working, there were multiple engine check lights on and the turning signals wouldn t work as well as the lights inside the car not going off and a door open warning when all of the doors were closed. Took it back went 24 hours without a car so I had to cancel a day of work. Then I got a loaner car after them telling me that I m lucky the parts I need for them to fix my car will be covered by my warranty... WAIT A MINUTE WHY ARE YOU EVEN GOING THRU MY WARRANTY TO FIX A PROBLEM YOU CAUSED AND HOW DO YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IM LUCKY BECAUSE YOUR ABLE TO FIX SOMETHING YOU BROKE. My car was fine before bringing it here. I now don t even trust the work they ve done under my hood I feel like they did it so I d need to return for more work. Jokes on you I ve already contacted a lawyer... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I also called and left a message with the service manager that was about 4 days ago and i have yet to receive a call back. The blatant F*k you is what caused me to seek a lawyer. Terrible service advisor and service manager. They charge for services that other dealerships do not charge. Had a tire changed after finding a nail and was charged $75 above my wheel and tire protection plan which has $0 copay. Had the exact same work done at other BMW dealerships and I didn t have to pay a single cent. Will never be back.

This is the worst BMW dealership ever. I took my car for service and complained about power steering beeing heavy. After three times taking my car back for the same concern, they were never able to fix it instead they overinflated my tires just to fool me, that the power steering is in perfect shape. Now all my 4 tires have bubbles on them and they want $1600.00 to change my tires. After raising hell, the manager agrees to pay for only two tires and I have to pay for the other two. I am definatley taking them to small claims court. I almost forgot, on my second visit, they ripped my quarter panel and did not have honesty to admit it, only after I saw it and pointed out then I had to take the car back twice to have it properly fixed. Take your car to other dealerships please, if you do not want to end up in my shoes.

This guys didn't hold their promis. They do not have any respect for customers. They just wasted my time for 3 days. They only have one manager wich is Thomas and he is a head of this location and he made us to wait for 3 hours to make a deal and when we said ok he changed his number at the counter and started to laugh us. I told them what I need for my new car and they promised they are gonna find that for me. They called me and said we have the car for you. I had to get time off from my job and came to their location but the car wasn't the one that I asked. And no one was able to help me anymore. Being in this location is just wasting time. We used to get all of our cars from this location. But since they got this new management everyone around me are unhappy from them. All my friends told me that do no go back to that location anymore but I gave them a chance which was a big mistake. I am so sorry for that Thomas guy who has no respect for others time.

It doesn't get much better than this! After two attempts to purchase from other dealers and bait and switch and broken promises, we found Pacific BMW and , the car of our dreams with their help, honesty, and outstanding service. No haggling, price negotiated was kept, car was ready and paperwork completed while we had lunch. Would highly recommend Chris, new car Sales Mgr. :-)
Only issue we had was we wanted to take advantage of the their VIP Customer Care package offered through BMW Loyalty (not Chris) and were quoted a one-time price of $250.00 for it. Turned out it was $250 a year. :-(

What can I say?!?! LOOK NO FURTHER. Pacific BMW is the only place to purchase/lease a BMW PERIOD. They took care of me from the moment I stepped foot on their lot (without any employee ever being pushy or overbearing), all the way to delivering the keys to my fabulous new car! The team at Pacific took care of me from beginning to end starting with Sevak. I told him exactly what make and model I wanted with the exact color combo (exterior and interior), and the must-have amenities I couldn't live without. He called this super nice guy Eddie within minutes to bring down the car he had in mind for me. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic in showing me all the bells and whistles during my test drive and as he was explaining everything to me about the car, of course I instantly fell in love with Sevak's car choice for me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted.

What I like is that Sevak carefully listened to my requests and then he delivered. I've had experiences where car salespeople would show me the exact opposite of what I wanted even after describing to them what I couldn't live without. It would be frustrating. Not in the case with Sevak and the whole team at Pacific. So then after my test drive, Sevak asked how I liked the car and of course I told him "I love it. It's the ONE. How do we make this happen fast?" He then immediately got to work on the numbers with the finance department, and while they we're working on that, I got to chill out and relax in this awesome massage chair and two employees we're so attentive and always checking on me every time the massage ended to see if I wanted it to keep going, and then they would gladly put more money into it.

While I was in the massage chair, watching a football game on the flat screen, and sipping on my complimentary hot cocoa, before you knew it the time had passed, and Sevak called me over to meet Emil the finance guy. Emil sat down with me and thoroughly went over the bible of paperwork involved with car purchase contracts. And of course anytime I had a question or concern, he always clarified in full detail until I completely understood. A nice gentleman by the name of Arsen then took it from there and let me know to relax in the waiting room as they pampered my new car and filled it up with gas. I walked into the little store they have next to the waiting area and a really sweet lady behind the desk greeted me, and then Jerry another super kind employee helped me pick out and purchase a new key holder for my new ride. I can honestly say that every person I ran into no matter what department, always smiled at me and asked if I needed anything.

I could seriously go on forever with what a good experience I had at Pacific. So I'll end with this. If you're in the market for a BMW, and you like superior customer service with friendly smiling faces with experts in their field, if you like being catered to and enjoy that vip special treatment no matter if you're buying a budget base model or the most suped-up high-performance series, then Pacific BMW is the dealership for you. No doubt I will direct every person I know that is interested in a BMW to head to Pacific BMW and nowhere else. Thank you guys for taking care of me!!!!! I am beyond ecstatic with my purchase and the great experience I had at your dealership!!!!
