Incredibly unhelpful ending my lease here. Didn't get my car here, but I have been coming here to get it serviced for the last 2 years, so I've been barraged with constant emails, phone calls, and text messages from this dealership to make an appointment to end my lease here. When I finally call them to make an appointment and let them know that I have already ordered my next car they do a total about face and essentially tell me to go elsewhere by giving me some BS about not having an open appointment for over 2 months, 1 month after my leased car is due. After a few minutes of trying to figure something out with the rep on the phone he finally admits that if I were to lease another BMW he would be able to squeeze me in.
