This is my third visit to this dealership in the last 6 months. The service department is AWFUL. They never take the time to ensure their customers are satisfied. I even gave their Collision Centre my business because they are certified. It took 2 months to have a bumper replaced. ( Was backed into in a parking garage. ).

So here comes COVID-19 and my vehicle is due for its first scheduled maintenance visit. I get an appt the next day. I drop off my car and ask that oil is changed , standard stuff. Asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced and to have a plastic clip replaced that holds up the rear passenger sunblind. The piece cracked and broke when car was a few weeks old. It s not even a year old yet. Their quoted price was for $300 for a literally $7.39 piece of plastic. They claimed door had to be removed when you roll down window and replace sun blind hook from outside, with one simple screwdriver. No accountability, no attention to detail here. They just want you in and out and pay out the rear end for what? I gave this dealership three opportunities to shine and every single time they have failed on all accounts.

So oil changed, no air filter replaced, and no fix for the plastic hook.

Do yourself , your friends, and your family a favor and keep them far away from this dealership. There are far better places to take your BMW Business. No Spirit of Service here. My Service Advisor was Narek.

I m an average Caucasian working class white guy, and was treated like a nobody here. Definitely racial profiling done at Pacific BMW in Glendale. 80% of their clientele is of Armenian decent. Sorry to say it but this should NOT happen in this day and age.
