Terrible service advisor and service manager. They charge for services that other dealerships do not charge. Had a tire changed after finding a nail and was charged $75 above my wheel and tire protection plan which has $0 copay. Had the exact same work done at other BMW dealerships and I didn t have to pay a single cent. Will never be back.
