My car was with the service center for almost 3 we...

My car was with the service center for almost 3 weeks. I had very little communication with the service representative Marco Fausto that I was appointed. He barely responded to my text or calls, and things only progressed with the status of my car once I reached out to him. I asked him to switch me to another representative and was completely disregarded. I then called the supervisor after almost 2.5 weeks with little communication and left a message and have still never received a phone call back. Once made aware that I had a warranty on the vehicle the service representative said I needed an entire transmission replacement. He couldn't tell me why or what the failure was. Once the warranty company requested a tear down he said that they don't do them for transmissions at bmw and he wouldn't be able to prove the failure. He then told me "they don't do transmission work at BMW, and I should take it somewhere else." He said they only replace transmissions. When I went to pick up my car they charged me $200.....
I am completely disgusted by the service I received from the dealership, and will never be returning. I am so annoyed with the entire process I think this will be my last BMW.
