Steven Saroyan in sales is the absolute best. I've bought and leased multiple cars for almost 20 years and I have never had the level of service as I've had with Steven. He understands people and is a pleasure to work with. No pressure. No gimmicks. 100% transparent. You'll get a great & fair deal. Pacific BMW is the best dealership I've ever used too. Their service dept is hassle free, professional and friendly. I've been with them for 10 years! Thank you guys!!

Overall excellent experience. did mostly everything via phone and email. had to come in to sign and take possession of my new vehicle. Shahin, my sales consultant was referred to me by a good friend, Shahin exceeded all of my expectations.
I asked to have everything ready for me when i came in to sign and as requested all the paperwork was done, finance was very pleasant, everything was as described and the car was ready for me.

I truly had a very good experience, and will return for my next cars.

Thank you

I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car and didn't have a spare to open it. I had my BMW towed to Pacific BMW and Marco, the service advisor helped me get my keys out at no charge. I'm definitely buying my next BMW from this place. Thanks Marco.

One of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Very lucky to meet Serg and just over text we discussed a great price for my X6 before even coming down. All the staff was very helpful and nice. Ive been leasing other brands/dealerships previously but the service here was straight to point, polite, and fast. Glad I didnt have to spend the whole day there getting a new car, I was in and out with a new car in a little over 2 hours.

The front desk sales managers who approve the prices are worst and most arrogant ones ever. When negotiating on a new 2017 M4 lease they gave me the dirty look when I told them to discount off of the MSRP. Later I found out that there is a $2000 rebate on the car plus other incentives.
Got mine from elsewhere for $6500 off of MSRP.
Compete ignorant and self bloated unprofessionals.

I can't say enough! I worked with Greg Poland, and he made the process extremely easy and straight forward. Nothing was hidden in the process with him. What you see is what you get. I will be recommending him to my friends and family interested in purchasing a BMW. The dealership itself is clean and up to date, with plenty of inventory available. Even the support staff, such as Gabriela, Sean, and the rest were helpful and pleasant to talk to. All future BMW's will be from Pacific BMW.

BEWARE. I should have known better. 5th BMW. Ripped me off. Lured me in with early turn in on my lease and said they d pay off my remaining payments if I walked away with a vehicle. Well guess what? only paid 3 of the 4. Paid a down payment. Agreed to a bigger lease payment. Even had to eat the mileage and wear and tear on the retuned vehicle. Now they claim I agreed to three of the four remaining payments. Why would I do that? Refuse to return my calls. BMW even days it s sleazy. BEWARE!

I have been taking my car to pacific bmw in glenda...

I have been taking my car to pacific bmw in glendale for service over three years now. I have nothing, but good things to say about my past service until my most recent service. I took my car few days ago for a recall service. I was greeted by a service advisor named Marco Fausto. He was very rude from the start and very unprofessional with by making rude remarks. The BMW dealer had forgotten to order the part for my M4 recall. So when I arrived, he told me that they would need to order the part and have me come back. Instead of Marco apologizing for the mistake, he told me "Don t cry over spilled milk." That s no way to talk to a customer who has been inconvenienced by the dealer's mistake. I was offended and I asked to speak to the manager. He started to patronize me and asked me to go sit in the waiting room in an offending tone. I said that I would rather wait in the service office, he got offended and approached me like he wanted to fight. I couldn t believe I was confronted like this at a car dealership trying to get my car service. It was bazaar. I spoke to the service manager, and the service manager told me the reason he was rude with me was because he either didn't like the way I said "Hi" when I walked in. How is this person employed when they cant even handle the most basic task of customer service, when your job is to handle customer service. I am appalled that this person hasn t been more severely disciplined. I hope this letter reaches the correct person and you take this complain with the utmost seriousness.

Thank you,
Sako Akopyan

One of my worst experience with the service adviso...

One of my worst experience with the service advisor of the dealership. Car is under CPO warranty, bring back for few issues need to repair. Advisor is not answering questions properly. (The one they assign to me, I am sure not everyone)
He was also trying to push away all his own ignorance to the tech works there.
Per my research and information from BMW phone call. The defective part will be covered by CPO, in my case was refrigerant temperature/pressure sensor. But they don t cover it and saying BMW said it s not covered.
Funny thing is BMW said it should cover but it all depends on if dealer want to honor the warranty or not..
So, I guess customer like me was stuck. The only thing I can do is paying $210 and walk away or paying $1xxx to fix it.. what will you choose?

I purchase a 2019 440i GC on Saturday 07/20. Ron was on vacation and his assistant Fabian helped me out. I just wanted to say that he did a great job and totally added to my wonderful experience at Pacific BMW. He answered all of my questions, was patient and had an awesome attitude throughout our entire interaction. Just a shout out for Fabian! Thank you!!

I was in the market for a new lease and wanted to work with a dealership that treats their customers with respect and provides an enjoyable car buying experience. I live in Las Vegas and flew to Glendale just to buy a car from Pacific BMW!

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was introduced to my client advisor Serge Minassian. He listened to all of my wants and needs and suggested the perfect car that would fit into my budget. We took the elevator up to the roof to check out their inventory and I saw the car for me; a 2015 mineral gray 320i with black kidney grills, moonroof, and driver assist package.

It only took a short time for Serge to check my credit and put together my lease deal. While I waited for him, I relaxed in the lounge where I drank fresh espresso, and ate fruit and cupcakes, while checking my e-mail on their wifi.

After Serge and I agreed to all of the terms, he introduced me to the Finance Manager, Jarod Loux. Jarod was a great guy and took the time to explain all of the important details to me. The entire process flew by and I think I had all of the paperwork signed in about 20 minutes.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Pacific BMW and drove back to Las Vegas with a big smile of my face. I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for BMW check them out.

I was interested in a BMW and the E90post forum recommended a few sales advisors. I sent out a bunch of e-mails to some SA s. Greg Poland promptly replied and gave me a no BS quote. This was my first time doing an out of state purchase and I was a little concerned about doing it. I must have sent Greg over 50 questions. He always promptly replied and was very honest with his answers. Most of our deal was done over e-mails. When Greg had to contact me because I needed further info he did not hesitate to call me to explain things. Greg gave me the best deal out of anybody that I contacted and he was the only one that continued to answer my questions and walk me through this whole process. I highly recommend Greg Poland and if I ever need another BMW I will contact him again. I have already recommended him to my closest friends and I hope that they make a purchase as well. Greg is an upmost professional who truly loves what he does and customer service is his #1 goal. Thank you Greg for your support.

We lease a BMW i3. Had it a couple of years now. Found ourselves needing a charge last night and the lot staff at Pacific BMW were outstanding at rearranging a couple of cars to open up a charger spot for us. I have to credit the guys who helped, but recognize that management is certainly a factor in how they are trained and supported. Top notch!

Do yourself a favor and don't lease/buy your car from this dealer. They sell you "warranty" at signing and don't honor the agreement when it's time to turn your car in and charge you thousands for regular wear and tear. It's a scam. Absolute worst people to deal with.

My mother took in her 2008 528i. Because the engine was running rough. The next day, they give her a call telling her that the brakes were no longer good, the car had faulty coils, etc. The list kept going. It all summed up to more than $5000 in repair. She left it trusting that they'd do their job right. But then the day after, they give her a call telling her they fixed the problem and they test drove the car for 50 miles (which I believe is too much! Just to test drive a car!) Then the engine started smoking. So obviously they didn't fix it. Then they told her that there was fluid leaking out of the engine.

This guy Marco Fausto tried blaming it on her telling my mother that the car was already like that when she took it in. My mother isn't stupid. If she saw the car smoking before she took it to this dealership, she wouldn't have driven it!

My mother decided that this was bs and choose to take the car to another mechanic. But before so, she had to call a tow truck to pick up the car. When the tow truck driver tried turning on the BMW to set it to neutral, my mom noticed that the car had no gas! She had left the gas tank half full before leaving the car in Pacific BMW and now it was completely empty! What is that?! My mother refused to pay Marco Fausto the money he demanded. He was being a complete a*s about her not paying. But once she said she would get a lawyer involved because he was basically robbing her (the car wasn't fixed) he released the car.

The same day, I made a report with B.A.R. (Bureau Of Auto Repair) that way this place gets shut down for good and others stop getting scammed!

If I could give it zero stars I would, I was not only treated poorly, the "financing specialist" was very rude and a very bad negotiator. He tried negotiation tactics on me that were borderline insulting, said I wasn't going to get a better offer at any other dealer (which i did!, just fyi), and that I was overestimating the value of my vehicle which by the way happened to be in mint condition, just an older 2013 model. He attempted to intimidate me using so called "market knowledge" to get me to accept what it would have been a terrible deal. Overall, made me very uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone! Honestly guys, take your business elsewhere.

Very helpful managers, although it's sad that due to COVID you can't return a lease car any dealer you want but have to bring it back to the one you took it from. Other than that, service is very welcoming and professional.

They raised the monthly payment when I m about to sign it. Absolutely terrible salesperson and the gangs in the middle of the dealership.
