I can t speak for sales, but I can definitely speak for service. I was recommended by a friend to go here.

I ve gone to the other dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area and I was impressed from the moment I set up my appointment. Confirmations, making sure you know who you re seeing, texts with all your info so you won t forget your appointment. I dropped off my car for a malfunction and they understood all the things I wanted checked on in addition to the malfuntion, and without anyone saying oh it s because this, oh it s because that, and try dismiss the additional stuff. Manuel Cruz was super helpful, knowledgeable, and understood what I needed for my vehicle. Pacific also has the techs taking a video of exactly what their doing and updating you. Couple that with also having super knowledgeable techs, loaners on hand and not outsourcing to a rental, timely service, and video updates... I m not going anywhere else in LA.
