I give this dealership a good rating because they are helpful but they are expensive and I guess that just goes with the territory I went in to try to get some items off of my car at 18 years old however it is a BMW and I thought that even an 18 year old car I figured it would be a price break but there's not some of that stuff is just as expensive today as it was the day it was made.

In the past few years I took my car there for service. Always excellent and fast service service. Last time after my car repair was done since they didn't have any service car available, they send Uber lux to pick me up instead of asking me to wait for while until there service car back.

I'm on my second BMW, and I've had both cars serviced at Pacific BMW. The service advisers and staff are super nice and helpful -- always a pleasant experience. And the sales staff is extremely low-pressure and pleasant, too. I worked with Issa -- who is awesome and a genuinely nice person -- and I can honestly say you won't find a more honest, personable sales associate anywhere. All in all it's a great dealership. Issa is the best!

The worst service!! This place is all about outrages charges for the most simple thing. Combined with an attitude of complete indifference. Wiring for my keyless entry was severed. $750!! I ask could they splice the wire. No! Require an entire new wiring harness. Refused to consider an alternatives. Just robot reading from the screen. After they tell you the car is ready, it takes about 45 min. to bring it around.

Lo and behold and just like that, I went home with a 2015 BMW 3 SERIES 328XI GT Gran Turism. For the last twenty years I ve been to various dealerships to purchase a car but none was like the experience I had at Pacific BMW. The manager, Ronald and his assistant Fabian (BMW Genius) made the experience smooth and simple. I got the exact car I wanted, paper work was quick and easy and was informed about the comfort access and in portable features of the car. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied!

No frills, no dreaded negotiations or persuasion trying to sell me packages/upgrades or extra services. Been speaking with sales rep from Nick Alexander DTLA, Beverly Hills BMW for a while but ended up buying 4 series grand coupe here at Pacific BMW. Just texted the sales manager Ronald once after seeing the car on their website. Word of advice, when purchasing a car, deal directly with a sales manager- he can actually work out a deal for you (unlike the sales rep). He replied right away and I came in on my free day to test drive, trade in (my audi) and purchase the car. The process was so simple that I had to ask him multiple times if he doesn't need anything else from me.

First of all, I am from Victorville and I am a full time photographer, so I don't have much free time. So when I was searching for a car, I didn't have time to visit dealers in person, and when I called this dealer and spoke to the sales person Marinka, she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and even told me how to apply for financing online. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL by her, unlike other places, and instantly felt she was a person I could trust. I filled out the online application, which was really easy and after I got approved, she asked me to go to the dealer and check out the car.

When I got there, the car was BEAUTIFUL, however it had some minor defects caused by the previous owner, but Marinka and Thomas the Sales Manager were very helpful and had no problem getting all of the issues fixed.

After looking at the car, I was taken into the offices to fill out my paperwork and was helped by Lucy the finance manager. She told me about all the available options and about a BMW credit card that I was approved for with the same credit check and never rushed me into buying anything. I felt very at home with everyone!

Now I took my car back to the dealership so they can fix all of my concerns, which Danny and his team did and they gave me a fully loaded 2014 5 series to drive while mine was fixed.

I feel very happy about my decision to buy a car from them. Everyone, especially Marinka was very helpful. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase an M6 (which I LOVE).

I can't say enough about these wonderful people, I don't realize why they have so many bad reviews, but after being rejected at BMW of Ontario, and treated badly at other dealers, I can say I will recommend this particular BMW dealer to everyone!

This is the worst BMW dealership I have ever been to. It really makes me not want to drive a BMW anymore.
I tried to turn in my lease here and they didn't want to take it. They told me they had no room on the lot but were more than happy to take the car should I buy another BMW from them right then and there. Then they told me they would take it if I had bought the car from them in the first place. So clearly they had room. Not very smart on how they lie to people. I checked BMW policy with corporate and any dealership branded BMW should take the car.

Had an appointment to inspect with Lorie. She took me to the sales dept. WHY? And for an hour I had to explain to the guy that I didn't want to buy a car today. Then he says ok and brings someone else in and the first thing this person said is " So I hear you want to buy a car." They didn't want to listen and just sell me a new car. Bad sales tactic. Then when I finally get them to take my no answer, they decide to charge me on every little thing during the return inspection and still not take the car in.

Bad service, bad sales skills and bad staff overall. Steer away from here if you want a car or just go to a broker or something. Definitely don't go here to turn in your car. All they want is to sell you something and if they can't then you don't matter. BMW corporate is aware of this hostile BMW dealership also.

My GF Leased the 328i sedan and they didnt provide a wheel lock for me so when she got a nail in the tire I couldnt take the tire off to patch it instead have to take it to the dealer where they will try to rip you off with a new tire and refuse to patch. What if she was on a long distance trip. Are you telling me you couldnt even take off the tire without a BMW master key for the locs this is CRAZY!!!

My 645 ci I had prior to the lease the mechanic left his screwdriver on my radiator and closed my hood and told me im good to go. Open my hood at home to see a screwdriver in my hood. Bad work.....

Also it is always good to see 19 to 25yr old technicians working on your 50 k or more car. No wonder BMW stands for Break My Wallet there are no experienced workers at all. All the computer mumbo jumbo is put in so they have less mechanics and overhead instead you pay for the incompetence.

No one cares...Bought my 2020 X7 two months ago. Drove from my small town in Arizona to Glendale CA to pick up the car. They forced me to pay for license and registration on top of my purchase price to their third party company that exclusively handles these matters ( I was told). I have always paid them in my hometown's DMV. They contacted me for additional money due to their mistake on licensing fees. Paid it and asked again for my paper work so I can register the car. My temporary one is running out of time and my numerous calls to Serj (sales), Marisa (financing) and Armando (sales manager) has not been effective. Terrible customer service.
No follow ups and No paper works for me yet :(

Very unfortunate experience today at this dealership, specifically the service department.

After the coolant light came on in my X1, I topped it off with antifreeze, and the light subsequently went off. This displayed to me that the warning system is intact and functioning properly, but there may be a coolant leak or the car is consuming coolant due to a damaged head gasket.

To be safe, I dropped my car off for service as I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my car so, why not? Amie Gasabyan was my service advisor. They took my car for three days, and when I called on the third day to check up on it, she told me my car had been diagnosed and needed a new coolant reservoir floater sensor and that there were no leaks--furthermore, it was going to cost $640 (absurd price) and it is not covered by my warranty. Now, this is obviously not a legitimate claim as the sensor had proven itself to be working, evidenced by it being able to sense that I had refilled the reservoir previously and turn the warning light off. I made this point to Ms. Gasabyan and she was somewhat rude in insisting that the new sensor was necessary--which I did not appreciate.

When I arrived and looked at the paperwork that Ms. Gasabyan had prepared, I read that the floater sensor was "jammed" and needed to be replaced. So, instead of dealing with these individuals any further, I simply waited for my car to be brought out and inspected it myself. Low and behold, I opened the coolant reservoir and the "jammed" floater sensor popped right up, floating freely to its heart's content.

I'm writing this review because I was upset by the fraudulent practices taking place here, the rude service from Ms. Gasabyan, and to dissuade any other BMW owners or prospective customers from using the services offered here. Very disappointing.

I was shopping for a car for months and once I found the car and got the price I wanted Soran did an exceptional job and made the deal go smooth it was like he knew what I was looking for and helped me out with every question I had. POOR SERVICE! This one goes out for the Service Rep.
They have a survey which you are asked to participate after a service or first time serviced there. Pre survey, excellent customer service ; Post survey, poor or no customer service.

I reported an issue which they were not able to reproduce during the fist scheduled service. I experienced the reported issue next day after the car was serviced. I made an emailed a video of the issue (loud rattle from the exhaust during cold starts). The service rep. acknowledged the email sent it to the technicians and very quickly responded back to bring the car in for the second time for a fix.

Fast forward, few months pass and the issue re-appears, i take the same approach and email the guy with video. No response, i try following up through calling him and after numerous tries and days, he responds saying that the video will be forwarded to the technicians and he shall get back. It has been 4 days since and an almost 10 days from the original report, NO RESPONSE!

Greg Poland is the best sales I have ever worked with. Not only was he helpful but gave me an unbeatable price. Jared Loux was the finance manager, explained everything very thoroughly and got me through the docs in less than 20 min. Total time spent at the dealer was about 1 hr 30 min (including test drive) which is the fastest I've ever experienced at any dealership. Will definitely be my go to dealer for my next BMW.

My experience with Pacfic BMW and especially with Henson has been phenomenal. I'd shopped around at many BMW dealerships and luckily I came across Pacific BMW 3 years ago when I first shopped for my 328i. And last month I just returned again to work with Henson to get my 540i. Pacific BMW not only offered a very competitive pricing but also provided me with great service. Henson especially made the process easy and seamless both time I was shopping for my vehicles, especially I live remotely from Pacific BMW and could not come in to work in person with Henson. Matter-of-factly, he made it much so much more convenience and efficient than having me there. That being said, Henson always promptly answered all of my questions or concerns via emails, texts or phone calls. Both time I worked with Henson, he was able to find right car that comes with right options I asked for within my given budget. That was how I found my 328i 3 years ago and my 540i a month ago. Both time, I decided to commit to the car itself prior to coming in to sign the final paperworks. What a stressless process to find a car (not any car, a BMW)! That is to say how much I trusted Henson, the process and the product itself. Aside from the competitive pricing, my two times working with Henson did not feel like just a regular business transaction. Henson and Pacific BMW have built the trust and established my loyalty with not only the dealership itself but also with BMW. That led me to come back for my 2nd BMW recently and I have no doubt that I will be coming back to work with Henson and his awesome team at Pacific BMW again in the future.

I bought a 2018 M550i here because my salesperson gave me a better deal than other dealers in my area. At first he was really responsive and replied my emails quickly. Things had gone bad since I wired the dealership $32k for down payment (the car price is $75k). After they got money, he worked slow and started to ignore my emails and messages. Before I decided to buy the car, he said I would get my car shipped to my home in less than a week but it took almost 2 weeks that since he slowly responded my messages and emails. To make matters worse, he took almost $1,000 for the registration fee and never registered my car as promised. I needed to do it on my own and paid the registration fee myself. It's been over a month since he promised to refund the registration fee to me but I still have not receive it. Do not buy cars from here. You will get a little better price but the worst customer service. Better spend more money to get better service somewhere else and you do not get so much headache like me.

Run, don't walk, away from Pacific BMW. They may wine and dine you before you buy....but once you purchase and they have your money, you are nobody to them.
Sept 2018 we purchased a 2017 CPO X5 and had it shipped to MN. The vehicle has a rear seat entertainment system...which Pacific BMW bragged about. When the vehicle arrived in MN, the remote for the the entertainment system was not in the vehicle. We have not been able to use the system...which Pacific BMW spoke so highly about. We have called and called, emailed and emailed. No one will give us the courtesy of even returning a phone call.

We were shopping on internet for a 2014 X3. We contacted the dealer and were called back immediately by their Internet salesperson, Serj Guedikian. We set up an appt, and came to see the vehicle. It was everything they promised.
The wait at their facilities was minor and pleasant: great espresso, cookies, water...
the negotiation was short and effective.
After agreeing, we moved to Finance with Isam. He explained everything very thoroughly and completed this great experience.
We actually never felt we were being sold a car.. It was great buying experience

Service department is not what it used to be. Unless you have an appointment, do NOT expect a loaner and do NOT expect to get treated with respect. They are too busy to help walk-ins and expect simple service work to take more than a day. No customer loyalty whatsoever!

This is my 2nd BMW ordered through Internet advisor Steven Saroyan. He is the best, very professional and knowledgeable on the various models, options, packages. Again, I did research among the various west coast dealerships and Pacific BMW provided the best written quote.
As with all orders or purchases, we as buyers are very excited and at times demanding but Steven is reassuring when he says...you're in good hands...he gets it done and take personal pride upon its delivery. Everyone there at Pacific BMW made sure this out-of-state order happened smoothly.

It was a great experience all the way up until I left my AirPods in my loaner car. Once I returned car I spoke to a staff member who confirmed that my AirPods were found. Unfortunately I was leaving out of the state for a few days so I asked if it was possible to hold them. Staff told me yes. When I came back to Glendale a few days later to reclaim my AirPods all of a sudden no one had any idea what I was talking about and no AirPods we re ever found. Very SHADY MANAGERS AND STAFF. I purchased a $60,000 vehicle from this dealership, the least they could do is return my $150 AirPods. Managers kept giving me run around and it just wasn t worth the head ache. Very petty thieves work there. DO NOT COME HERE SOME STAFF AND SOME MANAGERS ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.

I met Brandon Weber the Service Mgr a few years ago when I brought my BMW 135i Convertible in for a service. I was tenative about going to a traditional dealer and being ripped off. I had quite the opposite experience. I have returned many times for excellent service, advice and the fact that everyone at Pacific BMW treats you like royalty. Their product knowledge, and impeccable customer service starts when you pull in, and never ends. I've told all my friends about Pacific BMW and absolutely love them.

Don't buy a car from these guys!!! This is a long review. If you don't want to read the entire thing and you're looking to buy a BMW, go to New Century BMW in Alhambra. They're way nicer and aim to give you the best service. Keep reading and you'll see why Pacific isn't the best choice.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Way better BMW options out there than this place. They tried to haggle me on a 42k sale for $500. They had no clue I m in sales and know my numbers and both sales guy and manager tried to sell me stories as to how their price on this car was the best on market and how they re doing me one solid in their condescending shlimy used car sales guy spiel. Manager tried to pull the had you come to me before going to my partner I wouldn t have even gone this low scam. Went and bought car at another dealer. Also I don t believe half of these reviews on here. Notice how they re all somehow the same crowd and probably friends that were asked to leave good reviews.
Stay away from this place. These guys are what gives used car sales guys their rep.

I had been searching for a CPO M240i for about a month. I found a gorgeous one at Pacific BMW with everything I wanted! It is alpine white, coral red interior with navigation, CarPlay, and Harmon Kardon. If I were to option one out online it would be this exactly!

I first met with Arsen, who catered to my obsessive attention to detail. He sent me close up photos to supplement the ones posted online. Once I got there, he made the test drive process, application, and trade as easy as possible.

I then met with the finance manager Lucy, who was just as awesome as Arsen! She made the process quick and easy for me and made sure I left with no questions.

Finally, my delivery host was knowledgeable, quick, and made sure I left with no questions when it came to the idrive infotainment system. Unfortunately I can t quite remember her name.

Overall it took about 2 hours from the moment I parked my trade in to the moment I drove off in my new BMW. The 50 mile drive from my home was absolutely worth it as every person I spoke to at Pacific BMW was a pleasure.

Edit for service update:

5 stars all around. Once I got home with my M240i, I realized there were some cosmetic areas of concern. My main issue is the bumper had been repainted, and sadly the paint wasn t sticking too well.

Manik and her managers went above and beyond making this concern, among a few others, right for me. The exceptional communication and the customer advocacy she exhibited made me sad that Pacific BMW is 50 miles from my home, because if they were closer I would not hesitate to take my car to this dealership every single time I need service.

It s not often you see a business wiling to put so much effort into post-sale. Pacific BMW is one of the few businesses I actually feel I can trust, and that is saying a LOT coming from me.
