Greg Poland was the easiest and most upfront person I worked with out of the 5+ other dealerships I contacted. On top of that, he gave me the hands-down best deal versus any other dealership. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes, which is amazing compared to my other BMW leasing experience (2+ hours). What I REALLY appreciated, was that his first offer beat other dealers' second and third offers. I didn't have to play games or pit him against other dealers to get him to adjust the price. No-nonsense is the best way to describe the whole process. Hard to find nowadays.

I purchased a BMW 323i. From the moment we stepped foot inside the dealership we had someone attend us. I had visited several BMW dealerships nearby and seemed almost impossible to have someone fully engage, especially considering that I am a female and most people assume that women have no knowledge of vehicles or financing. At Pacific BMW I had all our questions answered and was offered to look at options and even drive any car I wasinterested in. Our sales person was Soran. He was extremely knowledgable on all BMW inquiries. Professional in both his knowledge and demeanor. The best part of this customer service was his constant follow up. It was my first purchase and with all sincerity a bit nervous, but he made the process a breeze. He was very sincere and honest with his advice on my purchase. He made himself available to speak at my convenience. It was great. There is not one staff person that I encountered who wasnt extremely friendly and accommodating. They make the wait tolerable offering a variety of services including beverages and massage chairs. My family has made BMW purchases in the past and I don't think there has been any dealership with this much attentiveness. Also, Pacific BMW has impeccable maintenance. I purchased a certified pre owned BMW and one would never know it was used. The pricing on their vehicles is also great. I got a great deal considering the condition of the car. I would recommend this specific dealership to anyone and will certainly be returning for any future purchases.

I spent over a week on the phone with almost every BMW dealership in the Los Angeles and San Diego area. A lot of empty promises from nearly all of them. I saw what I liked at Pacific BMW and they were on it. I drove down less than 24 hours later and picked up my car. The customer service was fantastic. It was well worth a 2 hour drive to give them my business. I will be back.

I have never seen the inefficiency inability and lack of any communication from any dealerships until i came here. Purchased my vehicle here, typical routine with any sales, they promise you one thing, deliver another.

Service here is a whole new level and i thought i have seen a lot. I was told the leather chair repair would be done same day, they had ordered the parts for me and would call me within 1 week. It has been 4 weeks no call so i called and scheduled my loaner, dropped off car and 8 days later not a single call on update of service. I had to call to see if service is done. From start to finish it had taken more than 5 weeks.

One advice, if you want to do your service here, be proactive in calling scheduling keeping in touch with the advisor. Yes Self Serve everything. Out of respect, i will not name the advisor who handled my case.

I had horrendous sales and service experiences there years ago, and recently learned that they are lying about their vehicle histories. They are selling BMW performance driving school cars and not disclosing to customers. These cars are trashed on track for 10k miles, and Pacific BMW knows it, and they do not inform buyers. These guys are criminals. Go anywhere but here.

Go early in the morning to get your car checked and for the donuts and coffee. Second time here and both time have been more than 3hr wait. Good thing there is a tv and WiFi. So just plan ahead and bring work to do if you are getting your car checked here. Great service. Only three stars for long wait.

Once your purchase something from them. They completely BLOCK YOU OUT and ignore you so you cant get a refund or talk to them about it. ESPECIALLY LUCY, She has been dodging my calls for a week and my emails. She has responded once, but after she found out it was about a refund, she ignored me. EVERYONE AT THE PLACE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!! DONT GO TO THIS BMW, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER ONES BETTER THAN THIS ONE. THEY DONT TREAT YOU LIKE A REGULAR PERSON, THEY JUST USE YOU FOR MONEY! Throughout the conversation with Lucy, all she did was rush me out after i signed my papers. Instead of slowly going through everything, She rushed me to sign the papers and took my money and sent me on my way. I felt like she just robbed me. PLACE IS HORRIBLE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have finally got a hold of Lucy and she said she will give me a call back at 9pm. That was more than a week ago. I have been trying to reach her, but since then She is either out of the office, not at work, with a client, busy making calls, busy in another guys office. Issa Masud was more than helpful. He listened and helped get me to the right vehicle at a price I loved. Plus he keeps in touch! Where else do you get that kind of service?

I have always loved BMW and would have got one elsewhere. I am glad I chose Pacific BMW!

People @ this Pacific BMW in Glendale welcomed me as if a devoted loyal friend would do. From a welcoming lady at the entrance to a Service Advisor like Galo, they carefully gave full ears to my problems with beaming and infectious smiles. Despite my hasty talk, this Advisor never grew tired. Their service earned my satisfaction. When the car is ready, it was soap washed and vacuum cleaned and shiny exterior. Their Executive Service providing Uber to and fro my residence back to dealer was extremely convenient saving much of my professional time. Because of this justified satisfaction, we decided to buy another BMW soon.

The self proclaimed leftover manager has no clue what customer relation and respect is.

You make an appointment to buy a high end car, he is so unprofessional that constantly puts you on hold, then during the appointment, he is on the phone, going through notes on his desk, and staff barge in none stop.

In few minutes you find out he is on line attending a live auction. Totally oblivuous, unprofessional to the core values of the basic conduct.

A street smart one who could care less as to why your are there, abd even when you give the hint that "I thought we had an appointment" goes right over his mind.

So I stood up and told him- may some other time. Waked out and bought a brand new car from another dealer.

Made me come and pickup the car and when i came here a part of the car detached in car wash. Had to get another loaner and leave until they resolve the issue.lost a lot of precious time.

4 years ago I was car shopping for my very first car and happened to stumble into Pacific BMW while on Brand in Glendale. I never dreamed I would be able to afford a BMW - but that day I happened to be at the right place at the right time to meet the right person. I walked in and was approached by Domenic Condemi. He never once tried to sell me on the car but was extremely patient and let me test drive one of the cars on the lot. I immediately fell in love and told him I would be back for the car, though at the time I'm not sure he completely believed me. After two days of calling to check to make sure my car was still there, I went in and leased my first car. Domenic took his time to explain the process to me and made absolutely sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

Fast forward 2-years later and I'm in an even nicer car and KNOW I got the absolute best deal around, yet again. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff at Pacific BMW is extremely friendly and quick to greet you. Their showroom is the nicest around, clean, complementary snacks and drinks, pens, mints even mouthwash in the bathrooms. I've had to bring my car in for service several times and each time I was given a loaner and never had to wait very long. They also do a pretty good job with paring you up with people who have previously helped you so you can build a relationship with the service people. This dealership has the absolute BEST deals and the largest selection of cars. It's family owned and it shows. I have not met one person from here who didn't make me feel like I was part of their family. I honestly could never imagine getting a car from any other dealership or any other person. I never once doubted the deal I was getting nor felt the need to shop around elsewhere. That's something that is hard to find. The exchange of my old lease and the signing of the paperwork for my new car took about an hour this time around and was seamless. Alonzo was my super friendly Lease Return Specialist and took about 20 minutes to examine my car and sign off on everything. They didn't ding me for a thing! He was extremely friendly and got the job done quickly so I didn't have to wait. (Thanks Alonzo!) Isam, in the Finance Department, explained everything to me and got me in and out within 10 minutes as well. Again, never a doubt in my mind I was making the right decision.

I can not praise Pacific BMW, their staff or Domenic enough. It's hard to find good, honest people - nonetheless honest salesmen, but they have somehow Nailed It! Pacific, you are doing everything right! I highly recommend if you're looking to purchase a car you stop by BMW and see Domenic! He's earned my business and friendship for life - and that's the way car buying should be!

Fast forward ANOTHER 2 years to July 30, 2017:

Im very thankful to have such a great and honest car guy, Dominic!!!! I just leased my 3rd BMW from Pacific and Dominic has taken excellent care of me each and every time. From finding exactly what I'm looking for, to answering my 15,000 questions to giving good, honest advice he's the best, hands down! Dominic is patient, responsive, NO pressure, informative and resourceful. He has become a friend and Pacific BMW is my one and only stop for a new car! I'm loving my new BMW 430i Gran Coupe!! Thank YOU, Dom!

If you are looking for someone who is no pressure and will give you the best price around, go see Dom and tell him Brittany sent you!

Side note: Everyone at the dealership is warm, friendly and eager to help you. The financing process is quick and easy and they do a great job explaining all the small details of the contracts with you.

Highly recommend this dealership all the way around.

I purchased a BMW 1 month ago and had an issue with my vehicles valve stem on my tire making it completely unsafe to drive, the fix is a defect, it should be honored by BMW, it falls under warranty, and could easily be checked. Upon entry of service, the workers told me that I couldn't repair my tire without having to pay $200, and purchasing the tire/wheel warranty. They told me since my BMW was purchased at Beverly Hills BMW and that they couldn't honor the repairs in Glendale. (Absolutely false because BMW dealerships are universal) The technicians did not even bother taking time to look at my tire but sent me 30 minutes away to Beverly hills where they did the complete job for $0.00 !!! No $200, no warranty needed.. Just a defected part from BMW which HAS to be honored for the safety of their drivers. Pacific BMW has disgusting guest service.

I can't say enough good things about Raffi He is the sales manager here at BMW and let me tell you this guy does not beat around the Bush whatever it is you are looking for you will take care of you. I had a BMW 650 for 3 years came to return it on my lease end he cared about me just as much as he did when I got the car he took care of us on all aspects told us what we should worry about and what not to worry about and the funny thing was he wasn't even trying to sell a car to us at that time. The entire 3 years I had the vehicle everybody was impressed with the payment I had for it I had friends where the same vehicle in $300 more than I was he genuinely looked after me when I bought the car and I look forward to getting another BMW really depends on the wife. Where going to shop around at a couple of other dealers not BMW but if I do decide to stick with a BMW rafi would be the only reason I would come back to this place

I have been with this dealership since 2007 and even though I now live 45 miles away I come back because of people like him. It's always a personal experience and never rushed. Do not bring an M Car Here!!! I drive an X6M and this dealership screwed up the oil change while messing up many other electronics and making me return 4 times.

They screwed up the oil change since their pumps weren t calibrated. After leaving the dealership my oil warning showed up saying not to continue driving since the oil is too low. After calling the dealership, they said it s probably just a sensor so I continued driving. After testing, the sensor was fine and the oil was just low (which means I had been damaging my engine by driving on low oil).

I mentioned there was a slight noise when the steering wheel retracts (as I m getting out of the car). They replaced my steering column without asking (since they make money billing my BMW warranty for unnecessary work). During this replacement, my brake pedal was somehow improperly plugged in resulting in the engine turning on when I was attempting to turn it off. This replacement also messed up electronics disabling the 3 M buttons (suspension, throttle, steering), traction control, and reverse cameras. Their mechanics also caused indentations on my leather seats by resting the sharp steering column on the seats without any padding.

Overall this dealership seems to have shoddy workmanship and shady business practices taking advantage of BMW s generous warranty policy. I would not trust ever bringing your car back here again.

I sent the photo of greencard to dealer for lease. The dealer sighed to me becuase the photo of my greencard that i sent to him was small. I understood his situation.
What was embarrassing was that he changed his attitude when finance was approved. He thought I could not get a BMW finance. Service is not very satisfactory. I think I should go to another dealer shop next time. I think he was Korean.

This is really the best BMW dealership I've seen. ...

This is really the best BMW dealership I've seen. I was on a trip from the bay area to LA, and my BMW X1's engine went into a reduced power state due to an air induction tract malfunction (the charge pipe had come off) in the middle of the desert. This dealership was the closest on the way and I brought my car there. The service advisor was extremely helpful and was able to give me a loaner right away; I was able to complete my trip, and the car was repaired exactly in the amount of time estimated. I got back my car Tue afternoon - in time for my return. The staff there was very friendly and the entire process there was quite efficient. This is really a top class dealership.

The worst BMW Dealer I have ever been to. I bought...

The worst BMW Dealer I have ever been to. I bought a fully loaded BMW X5 there, but after only 900 miles the problem started.

The Service Center is so bad, I came there to fix a problem 3 times and they still could not fix it. The last time I picked up my car, there was a deep scratch on my driver's door. I complained, so the service advisor said that they will fix it since it happened in their lot.
The manager was supposed to give me a call for the schedule.

Well, after over 2 weeks of avoiding my calls, I finally got a hold of the service advisor and brought in my car for fixing, but I can still see the scratch. Also, somebody drove my car 25 miles without my permission but on the service paper which shows milage in and out, it did not mention that. When I asked my service advisor, he said that the 25 miles is because they had to drive my car to body shop back and forth (?).
But this was not the first time that someone from this dealer used my car without my permission. For the very first time when my car was there for a service, my car suddenly had 20 more miles along with some trash inside: a water bottle, an envelop, etc.

So, my car still has the same initial problem, and they ruined my car even more.
I would give ZERO star if I could.
Never Pacific BMW again.

Took my 540i in to diagnose the check engine light. That was properly done and service adviser Gilbert Pogosyan gave me the information. BMW was to just diagnose the car only, no work to be done on it. Only a couple hours I was told. I didn't get my car until the next day. They washed my car with the right rear window down. They did not even tell me about their huge mistake. BMW would not let me talk to who washed my car, would not let me see any video of my car being washed, and they would not even let me see how they wash cars at the dealer. Horrible customer service. I emailed the service manager Edgar Oganesyan and that was no help at all. Pacific BMW should terminate Gilbert and Edgar immediately. I have no idea how much water and or soap was sprayed into my car. I cannot believe Pacific BMW has people working there not smart enough to not wash a car if a window is down. They have no problem taking your money though.

We could not decide on a color but he let us get a test drive and explained the difference between some of the models. Very poor experience. Left the car in service(booked appointment 3 weeks in advance) was told we are very busy, but will do our best to finish that same day by closing if not next morning. Never got any calls whatsover. Next morning still nothing. Calling at 6pm of the following day, goes to mailbox. Calling general number, Service scheduling picks up, explained what s going on and asked what s the communication issue, why can t anyone call me and give me an update on my car? The person who answered the call didn t know what to answer. Tried Forwarding my call to the manager, someone picked up and got my info to check on the status of my car.
Guess what? Call dropped and no one is calling back. Callig again all numbers go to mailbox. Seriously? You left without a car 2 days in a row, not even letting me know. Not giving a dem I guess is the best policy, who cares.
Worst experience ever, would never recommend this horrible place to anyone.

Worked with salesman named Adees. Dishonest and shady to say the least. Spent over a week negotiating for a car and he wouldn't give on anything and overall was not very helpful. Finally decided to buy it anyway since I liked the car. Gave them my license and insurance. Was congratulated and told I would get paperwork next day to fill out. Next day, received text from him saying they decided to sell to someone else. Would not respond to phone calls after that. Needless to say, I was not happy. Would not recommend.

The Office is a scam! I have BMW 530i 2019 With a mileage of 16,000 miles. I came to them with brakes problem. They kept the car for three days, they didn t fix the problem, nobody answered anything intelligible to the question what's wrong with the brakes? . They said it'll cost $ 1,500 to fix the problem. I can do it myself, they only need money, and this is clearly a factory defect! In general, I do not recommend anyone to come there!

If you ever visit Pacific BMW for service, make sure you make your appointment with Narek Petrossian.

He is a consumate professional who not only knows about BMWs but also providing top notch customer service.

In my case, I brought my car in for routine service and discovered that there was an issue with my extended service plan. Fortunately, Narek went out of his way to try to resolve the issue, even though he didn't have to.

Next comes Edgar Oganesyan, Narek's manager, who authorized Narek's actions, which I dearly appreciate.

I guess what I am trying to say is that Edgar could of just referred me to Corporate where I would have to waste countless number of hours.

In closing, good customer service trickles from the top down, hence Edgar and Narek are a prime example.

Definitely Recommended!

This dealership is very shady customers be aware. I bought a 2012 z4 from this dealership as certified pre-owned in 2015 and the car should not have been certified to begin with since it was in some kind of accident and the lower brackets under the car were broken. I trusted them and never took the car to a mechanic for a second opinion then after a year figured out that the bottom of the car has been hit real hard and has several broken brackets which I'm sure it's not caused by me because I was really careful with the car and only drove it for 1000 miles since I owned it. I had to pay $800 out of pocket to repair the damage caused by the previous owner. The certification at this dealership is a joke or better said they would cover up issues if they can and once you own the car you own the issue.
The car initially had a misaligned front bumper and a scratch on the lower passenger rocker side. That should have alerted me not to buy the car even when they were telling me that the car was not in any accidents.
I have also had numerous issues with the car and BMW has been replacing parts on the car left and right. This again is a tell tell sign that their certification is rigged and they sell junk cars as certified pre-owned.

During the paperwork process and signatures, they wash the car and feel with fuel. after completed the paperwork and went to check the car, i found out that one of the rim have paint dots on it. the dealer refused to replace the rim.

My experience at Pacific BMW was absolutely top notch!! Honestly, I am the type who is suspicious of sales people but DOMINIC CONDEMI was an amazing sales representative, he didn't pressure me, he was honest and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained my options thoroughly and most importantly he went out of his way to provide me a great deal on my "new" car. Worst customer service in the world. 3 times in a ...

Worst customer service in the world. 3 times in a row! Took my 335i in to get it checked out. I was charged a 150 something diagnostic fee. I asked what this charge was and the service guy rolled his fish eyes at me implying I was a cheap moron. Second time, i went to pick up a part from them( the parts guys were friendly with decent service atleast), asked the sales lady some details about there m6 on the show room and the sales lady totally ignored me. Third time's the charm, ready folks? My wife dropped the car off for an inspection, driver took her home, and to start a friendly coversation, my wife commented on the new x5 and she asked the driver "how much is this suv?" The driver replied "oh you can't afford this". So she simply smirked. I came to realize how judgemental these folks can be. Sure I don't wear designer clothes 24/7. Besides I'm going to a bmw dealership, not a RUSNAK. BMW is just barely coming out with their first car with an MSRP $135,000+. I don't have to impress these folks. It would be nice if at least they showed some humbleness towards their customers. I also drive an Infiniti. They have excellent customer service there at Sage's. Complimentary loaner cars for warranty customers and free diagnostics for warranty customers as well.

This is totally unreasonable to charge your customer 200$ ONLY to check if my car has an already RECALL problem (FRM module). I have not seen this sort of service in my whole life. I think BMW is literally stealing money from customers.

Worst service ever! If your car breaks down, don't think that you are going to be able to get help that day or even that week! Service manager does not return phone calls, and they treat you like crap! You won't get that service before you purchase the $85K car, but after the ink is dry on your contract they forget who you are! Never purchasing a car from them again!
