I usually won't do bad reviews unless it is really bad. My experience with Pacific was great , they have a really good team and good customer service however i experienced the worst nightmare you can go through , after finishing my lease i returned the car as expected, and they told me that i need to provide them the final Bill so they can send it to the safe lease department (Safe lease is an insurance that you buy when you sign a new lease to cover any damage etc... up to 5k) ,the sales person said you should get safe lease so you don't have to worry about anything,indeed i bought the insurance for an additional charge to have peace of mind , unfortunately i did not have peace of mind since then. once i returned the car and provided the final Bill , BMW Financial services are calling me and hassling me everyday for the last 5 months to pay the remaining amount which safe lease is supposed to pay. There is a huge disconnect between BMW Financial services and the dealers. The dealer sell you a 3rd party insurance and BMW Financial services tries to collect their money and they don't care. Pacific has failed on sending the claim to safe lease. I am very disappointed from PACIFIC BMW as a dealer and now as a customer i did not do anything wrong and paying the price of incompetent people.
