1st Experience - 1 star Sales. Went in with my wif...

1st Experience - 1 star Sales. Went in with my wife looking for a car for her. Couldn't get the time of day from anyone. Walked down the street to MB and drove off in a Mercedes.

2nd Experience - 5 stars Service. Got a 428GC from another dealer, but have had it serviced here. Every time serivce was done right and things were quick and easy.

3rd Experience - 3 stars Sales. Lease is up, did lease inspection all good, just needs tires. They try to get me into another 428GC, but they want $2000 more down and $100/mo more than my current lease. Can't make the deal work. Edit - also BMW LB was $2000 cheaper.

4th Experience - 1 star. Discuss getting and M2 instead. They want $3000 over MSRP. Found an allocation at another dealer at MSRP. Car is now on order.

5th Experience - 1 star. Car serviced. 2 weeks later I get the low coolant warning.

6th Experience - 0 star. Called to schedule lease return. Had done the pre-inspection 2 months earlier when them. For the pre-inspection they got me in next day. For lease return they asked if I'd be interested in getting into another BMW. I told them I tried with them, but it didn't work out (see above). Then they said they might be able to squeeze me in for a lease return 8 days from now if there was a cancellation. Since I was on a lease extension while my M2 comes in, this costs me $16/day. Felt like they were trying to play payback with me. Well I am never going back to this craphole dealer again. They suck donkey balls.
