DO NOT BUY FROM OPTIMUM RV IN OCALA FLORIDA. They are the worst. Horrible customer service, and a terrible business. They do not care about their customers. I will be leaving horrid reviews on all your site's because after TWO MONTHS you have yet to do right by us. I guarantee I will never recommend this poor, pitiful excuse for a dealership. When you spend over 20,000 on something you expect to be set. All they've done is jerk us around. Nothing worked and all the parts were missing. Pathetic. I'm through with this company!!! If i could I wouldn't give a single star.
