Charles Schreiber took really good care of me and made sure that I understood my options. I also forgot to use a coupon that I had sitting on my kitchen counter, and Charles worked a miracle and allowed me to apply this discount after the fact. Andrew Carr assisted me with getting my Ford Focus clutch assessed and replaced. He was very friendly from the start and took my questions seriously. Updates were provided throughout the process and I was informed of every change/adjustment. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. My previous experience at the FRISCO Ford Dealership was horrendous so I was hesitant to go back to ANY Ford Dealership. This location changed my views and made me comfortable again. I have had the best experience of my car buying career at North Central Ford in Richardson, TX. I decided to give them a try after receiving great service in the Service Department. I thought I would need a new transmission on my 2002 Ford Focus and instead it was only a small repair that cost less than a hundred dollars. About four months later I went in for a trade in because the service light went on one more time. My salesman, Derrick was waiting at the door and he was a great asset that day. So was the finance guy, Lumpy, both took really good care of me. I am a disabled veteran and I needed a car I could rely on to get my to the Dallas VA and back safely. I got a 2015 Ford Fiesta and I love this car. It's got great technology and my monthly payments are very fair. Lumpy made sure I had a bumper to bumper warranty so I wouldn't have to come out of pocket anymore like I did on my last car. Derrick showed me how to operate the high speed technology within the car i.e. bluetooth, media, ect... If you're a military veteran or still in service or just a regular guy or gal, I recommend North Central Ford to anyone. They have integrity and they don't try to put into a car that isn't right for you just for personal gain. They have recently made over the building that houses the dealership and they are here to stay. They don't burn bridges with their customers, they build bridges with their customers. Nice place but my own experience was not very nice..I bouth a used truck...two weeks later the check engine light came on I call them several times and no one answered ..I went to the dealer to get help with that and they told me that to fix the problem will cost me almost. $ 1000 dls....The truck is almost 20,000 dls and they just told me that I have to pay for that. I can not believe that they turn their back on me like that ....the salesman told me that they checked the truck and everything was in great conditions but it wasn't .
Now I got a 20,000 bill on the truck that is not running well AND I have to pay almost $1000 dls to fix it ....I do not recommend this place..

I bought a used F-150 Platinum from Michael Nye and it was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I showed up without an appointment to look at this specific truck. Michael was more than happy to help me and we were under way. The North Central Ford dealership was very clean and inviting. Michael offered us drinks and snacks many times while we waited. I was very happy with the amount they gave me for my trade and Michael went line by line to explain each and every detail of the sales contract. There were no hidden fees and every thing was explained by Michael and the finance manager. Thank You for a great experience. This FORD truck ROCKS!

Waited 2 hours for an oil change and never got a call when my car was finally ready. Had service change special on my phone , service rep would not accept when I showed him. Cashier was great and adjusted orice. Bought 2 tires on prior visit with rep making me a good deal. The rep this time wanted charge me a much higher price and was not willing to chech with a manager if he could do any better. Been comming here for over 10 years and the rep thilis time was rude and not courteous at all!!!

My experience was good. Jay Lander did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my options. However, the only thing I would say that needs to be better is the 'waiting time'. That needs to get better. 6 hours is way too long. But, on the flip side of that, the courtesy shuttle you guys have is awesome. I really liked that you could take and pick up customers from various location within your 15 mile radius. The mile radius should be raised to 20-25 radius. Good job N.C. Ford - Texas.

Adrian my sales rep was wonderful. No pressure and listened effectively. Went to bat for me on number I wanted as far as payments. Finance department was a different story. He did not intrude himself so am not sure of his name so will call him the thing or Adam he had those two figures on his desk. He wanted to place me on a warranty for same amount sales rep and I had agreed too and I said I didn't want it. He said it would be the same cost without it and that's where we started hitting heads. I told him I have excellent credit and had been approved for much less interest than what he was giving me saying "this is the best you can get you can always refinance after 6 months. Conversation got better when he started speaking as a person. Found out his oldest daughter just got married and I gave him props on staying looking young. I came later when the place was closing to see if I had left my paperwork. He was with a customer so I waited and this time it was a much better experience. He attended me as prompt as possible walked with me to look for items and I gave him other key and title to car I traded earlier in the day. If not for Adrian I would have definitely went to a second dealership with similar truck I wanted. I was told I would get a free alignment because Adrian agreed truck was pulling to the right and said no problem. The problem has been getting to someone in that department and being told they can't give me an appointment. Will try again next week to see if I have better luck.

Rodent damage is no joke. When I brought my car in because I had 3 lights on my dashboard, Priscilla Parker identified it immediately. She saw I was a bit dazed from disbelief and let me know all the positive steps to take.
The car was ready in a surprising 2 days. She called me right away. She went the extra step in changing my speedometer back from km to miles and helped me pop the hood. Thank you Priscilla.

If you are going to deal with a retailer; North Central Ford is only place to go. These people exemplify just the opposite of all of the horror stories of the retail car business. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I mean top notch. Also the Ford lineup of product is the most impressive I have seen in my 53yrs. of buying cars. And the horror stories of what happens after you sit down with the credit mgr? Ain't happening here. Joe, the ultimate professional, also very helpful courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Also very expedient. did not have to spend three days to get a deal done. People of integrity, stuck to what they promised. And I do love my new Ford Titanium. I have always wanted a "hot-rod Ford" and I already have my two dollar bill :)

I needed my leaf springs changed, it should have been a two hour job. They had my truck on Tuesday and received the parts on Thursday. They called and said they could start on Thursday but needed to finish on Saturday. I asked if they could finish Friday morning because of needing to going out of town and they said no. Very disappointing in the service I received. I had to take the parts with me and find someone else to do the repair work.

Andrew is amazing. Worked there 6 years and it shows. He was able to research my warrantee including loaner car. He saved me a lot of money they did a great job. He is also very good at communicating the situation and explains the process. He was alway there when I called and kept me up to date. Ask for Andrew. I'm sure they're all great at servicing but I was amazed by andrew. I used to think dealership service just wanted to get as much money as possible but andrew changed my perspective. He truly is there to help. Thanks to him ill always buy ford.

A very good service dept experience. Very good outcome. Service adviser knew his stuff. Took the time to talk me through things. Entire service dept was eager to answer the numerous questions I had. I had quite a bit of routine maintenance, one minor repair done, and a few things checked out. The continuous technological advancement in cars and trucks increases the importance of timely and correct maintenance. Now, you need a fully trained and equipped service dept to make sure the proper maintenance is done with the correct parts/fluids are used. The time it took to get my 2012 F150 4x4 Platinum done was more than reasonable. I will ill go back when I need other service or repair. I recommend you give them a try.

So five stars again! I couldn't post a second review so I'm updating my previous one. I called yesterday (last minute) to see if I could get my car in for the works. I spoke to john tucker and he got me in for 7am this morning, advising that the wait wouldn't be as long. He was right! One hour and done. Super efficient and friendly. He even took my car for a test drive to help alleviate my concerns about performance. I am still very happy with the service that I receive here. Two cars later and my mom bought hers there in 1996 and still has it. I recommend NCF to everyone! Go see John in service! He is the best. Thank you so much!!!

I bought my second car today from NCF. I came in with a set price in mind and ended up getting a car way nicer than i thought i could afford thanks to Osama Ramadan. He was extremely patient and was able to read what i liked instead of showing me things i didnt and wasting my time. Ask for him! I always get excellent care at North Central Ford and receive superior customer support from Roy Coleman. Let me give you a quick example of their integrity. I happen to be working in the Fort Worth area and needed some service on my fleet vehicle. For convenience I decided to take my vehicle to a local Fort Worth Ford dealership. I was told I need over $1K worth of maintenance. My gut told me this did not make sense. I had the dealership return my vehicle without completing the "necessary repairs." I them scheduled an appointment with Roy Coleman. He called me after having the vehicle for several hours and indicated they could not find the "necessary repairs." Integrity is hard to find in today's culture but you will find that and honesty with North Central Ford.

Told him car on tuesday on the way home, decreased power. would not increase power when placed foot on accelerator. Focus was tolled on Wednesday A.M. to dealership in Richardson,Tx. Tyron told me the car had a programming problem. This was completed and car was ready on Friday. Super fast job.!!!! Found the problem immediately!!!. Order a part for clutch recall . Should be here in 2 weeks. Hope this fixes the car and no more problems. Great team!!! Keeps me informed at all times about car needs. Donna Thanks alot!!!

It was clear that there were many of us bringing our vehicles in to be checked out. They have the process streamlined to make everybody's wait very short. Good job people.

Service team was extremely helpful with resolving our Satellite antenna issue. The manager took on our issue and within a day after ordering the parts, we have not had any issues with the satellite signal. Great work!

Took them 1 week to diagnose what was wrong with my Mustang 2016 GT when the wrench light was on. Brought the car to the auto shop near by, the technician plugged it in the computer and after 20 minutes he was able to tell me the issues.
Fun fact: had brought my car here for service the last 3 years, always receive an email asking for my feedback. This time, zero email. Guess they don't like bad feedback.

Absolutely worst service department. They straight up lie too you I guess they re former car salesman. Wendsday they started on my car. Thursday morning I called to see how it was going. Russell told me they were about to start on it! At noon I called back and Russell told me he would go check on it and call me back. At 5 I called again because Russell never called me back. Russell said we have everything we need it ll be done tomorrow morning. Friday around noon I called to check on it. Russell told me he d check on it and get right back to me. 5 o clock comes around and I hadn t heard anything so I called again. Russell said we ll finish it up Monday morning we don t even have all the parts in yet! Monday comes. I called him at 9 am. Russell said I m going to go back and see how it s going I ll call you back in a few minutes. 10:30 I hadn t heard anything so I called back. Russell ignored the call. He called back about 11 and said they tried to use the small bay and the truck ended up being to heavy for it so they had to change bays and that held them up but it ll be done in a couple hours. I show up at 2. 3 hours after he said it would be done and got a completely rude reception from Russell he said they re working as fast as they can it ll be just a little bit longer. It s 3:15 and I m still sitting here! Stay away from this place!!!! The truth goes a long way they really need to teach their employees that!

We ve had Expeditions from North Central since 2000. First one lasted 17 years - 4.6L Eddie Bauer - now on the second one. Most repairs are fairly priced. I ve compared repair jobs to non dealer mechanics. Prices were either the exact same or nearly the same. Things like spark plug and ignition coil replacement. Currently have 2017 Expedition EL XLT with twin turbo eco boost engine. 0 problems thus far. I m curious to see how this engine performs over the long run vs the Triton V8. I had some major repairs done on the old expedition such as getting a new GEM module. Water leak through the windshield caused it which was common for that generation. I never had to come back for a follow up or second repair. First repair was always done right. With car manufacturing, there are two major priorities: is it easy/cheap to build? Is it easy to fix? I ve heard of stories with some VW vehicles where the design was clearly oriented to cheaper manufacturing and a pain to service. I feel like Ford engineers their vehicles in a way where servicing is a major priority, thus it has usually been less costly to maintain their vehicles. If you look at your invoices for parts and labor, you ll notice they don t really upcharge for parts. I compared prices online just to see, and the item was usually in the same price range. We all work to make a living. I believe Ford strikes a good balance between cost to the consumer and value/service. I do think with Ford and North Central you get a lot of bang for your buck. We re all human - I don t expect perfection every single time. But most of the time, it s spot on.

Bought this car on a Monday after spending all day at the dealership. Took it back to west Texas on a trailer for my college student. Wouldn t start the day she got it back, and have spent a few hundred dollars in the last few weeks trying to find the apparent electrical problem - still not solved. NCF has been non-responsive other than you didn t buy a warranty . A manager was supposed to call us.....but NOTHING. This car has about 100 miles on it since my 20 year old bought it (her first car she bought by herself) and it doesn t run. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of response here. I m fully aware we didn t purchase a warranty, but when buying a car from what is supposed to be a reputable dealership, one would think it would work for a few months?!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with North Central Ford. I brought my car in at 7:15 in the morning for its 15,000 mile maintenance, including an oil change, and it was ready within 30 minutes. Since I take advantage of the coupons and specials they send me, the price is reasonable as well.

I would have given them 5 stars but they use Enterprise for their rentals and they gave me a car that had 1/4 tank of fuel, needed PM service, had a low tire and an invalid registration sticker.

They do not stand behind their repairs. and their recommended tow company did steering components damage that neither claimed. 1300 in the trash because car is same again. they'll just claim it's something else wrong and try to charge more. so in other words they guess at your expense hoping to fix it right. 2010 ford fusion. avoid this place for repairs. 3 trips for the same problem. service rep Tyrone was nice.

In June 2014 we bought a 2012 Ford Explorer LTD and a Chevy Impala from North Central Ford. After a few weeks the Radio in the Impala would sometimes just scream a pitch that got louder and higher as the engine revved. This never got fixed.

For the first few days we thought we got a great deal on the Ford though until we noticed a Clunking noise in corners and on Bumps.

I d like to think we were good customers because we just kept going back to North Central Ford for all regular and irregular maintenance, over a half dozen times. Every time we d give them new reports about how and when the clunking occurs. Our bargain Ford had turned into the proverbial clunker.

Around 75K miles my wife brought the vehicle in for maintenance. She mentioned that the Brakes were making unusual noises. They put it off as Normal . Weeks later when it got worse she took it back. They claimed we need new brake disks. I called them claiming we would not pay for new brake disks because they shrugged off our warning only weeks before. (In my opinion their negligence turned a simple brake pad replacement into a huge bill.) All the sudden the disks no longer needed replacement, they could be refinished (turned).

The Ford had a 100K mile warranty against body defects. On our very first service appointment after 100K miles, North Central Ford finally did end up finding the clunking noise. This clunking WOULD have been covered by warranty had they found it in one of the previous 6 or so visits. In spite of the fact that I pointed this out to them on the phone they charged us over $400 to fix it.

I had 2 standard recalls to take care of on my C-max energi. I brought the car in early on a Wednesday morning and was told that they would have to order a part, so it would be done the next day. They arranged for a rental car and picked up the tab, so everything is good. On Thursday they called and said that while doing one of the recall repairs they broke another part so it would be another day or two. That day or two turned into a total of 13 days before I had my car back. All this time I was picking up the tab for the mandatory insurance on the rental. In the end these recall repairs ended up costing me $215.
