Andrew Carr assisted me with getting my Ford Focus clutch assessed and replaced. He was very friendly from the start and took my questions seriously. Updates were provided throughout the process and I was informed of every change/adjustment. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. My previous experience at the FRISCO Ford Dealership was horrendous so I was hesitant to go back to ANY Ford Dealership. This location changed my views and made me comfortable again. I will definitely come back to this location for all my future vehicle needs.
