Fiesta Lanes Bowling Alley Review

Had a great time bowling here. Excellent customer service here and they had very tasty tea. Highly recommend this bowling alley!

Clean and fresh! Friendly service, and newer machinery.

The lanes cramed everyone on one side of the facility while the other half was practically empty. No one was spaced out and there was no room to move. Don't understand why they would space parties out.

I like the new renovations and the staff is friendly. I got the hour deal on groupon, my only thing is my lane broke for about 5 min. The timer didnt stop, it should stop if the lane isnt work properly.

Went for a family bowling session while we had family visiting from Pennsylvania. Everyone had a good time bowling also had a couple pizzas and some sodas even a cold pitcher of beer to split among those that wanted a drink. Fiesta lanes was neat , clean and tidy. Easy access near the corner of River Road and Oracle

The lanes suck big time...no oil...hear excuses constantly...no respect for the game of bowling....only good thing the employees are real nice....management needs help

Our lane kept acting up, freezing, not returning balls. They comped us 20 minutes but 20 minutes of being annoyed? No thanks.

Saw the Groupon deals for Fiesta and have had great experiences and memories going here as a kid. However based off the phone call and service I got asking about going I almost skipped out on this place because of the rudeness of the guy on the phone. Already purchased the Groupon and hope to have a great experience in person.

There was a snafu about when we could use our coupon but other than waiting 15 minutes they were accommodating.

I work at fiesta lanes for almost a year and its been the best year at fiesta! I personally think fiesta lanes is an amazing place to have friends and family to have a great time and have lots of fun!

Horrible customer service the short lady with brown hair was very rude

Ball kept getting stuck messing up my practice flow First frame of first game. Guy wouldn't reset the game and the last frame last game ball got stuck twicencould even finsh. Told the front desk attendant he just shrugged his shoulders. Twenty open lanes and would not switch me to different one. Treated like I was trying to get a free game. Well filed a dispute with credit card and will not be returning. Funny they had a brand new lane oiler for non working lanes.

Had fun, on a CoDac outing, made some new friends... But I always fall when I take that first step...

I love it here!! Me and my friends come to bowl here because the prices are great!! Not expensive at all. They have some really good specials on bigger groups.

Been coming here for a while now, name another bowling alley that has full grown trees in it. Not to mention the small arcade they have fixed up and they have some decent food. Alleys are always clean and service is quick. Really hope this place doesn't fall off the map like golden pins

Fiesta Lanes is a beautifully clean and family friendly bowling alley. Unlike many other bowling alleys, Fiesta is bright and open, with tall ceilings and skylights. There are tall trees inside, about every 20 feet with green plants hanging around the skylights. It's like small atriums inside. There are fun caricatures on your screen while you Bowl. It's a very nice place to have a good time.

Would have given 0 stars but you know...James was so unprofessional and very rude me and my family will never return to fiesta lanes you need to demote him to janitor work and let those who can treat people correct at your front desk even the other employees told us he has a problem so we will see if it gets to corporate however changes need to be made.

Like every other 80s bowling alley that refuses to renovate or update.

The guy who worked the counter was very friendly.

The place is kept nice and clean. The lanes are very nice and well maintained. I like how they have all updated terminals for scoring and names. You can text people playing on other lanes. Kind of cool.

The location is super convenient at River Rd and Oracle.

An excellent bowling place. There are many lanes and they are all clean and in good shape. The scoreboard shows funny animations which is fun when you're a large group. Overall it's great place to go bowling at

Nice facility. They need more bowling balls. The balls they have are heavily damaged. I misread their sunday morning special that said $8 from 9am until noon. When I arrived they clarified that meant $8 per hour. I thought it had meant $8 unlimited games from 9am until noon. I ended up bowling for 1 hour and having a nice time.

It was ok. Clean . But lane pin boxs kept getting stuck

It was amazing, food is great as well!! 8 or 9ish is like the light show which is a lot of lights and all dark and neon. Also projectors that show music videos, btw great music selection. Also the service is amazing, we dropped a lot of soda on the floor and helped us didn't even have to help tbh.

Customer service could be better. Lanes are clean, nice window for food orders, Lanes are clean and well managed. Just seems the staff are overworked or tired.

Family-friendly fun. The reasonable prices and quality service make this our family's go-to bowling alley.

We landed here after Bedroxx messed up the birthday party we had planned. They wouldn't "hold" the lanes for us, and told us it was first come first served. We rushed across town to find out that the front desk guy did indeed keep a 3 lane area "reserved" for us unofficially. Thank you for helping us save the party, and not crush a little kids Birthday.

Cyber bowling was fun and cheap. Drinks are also on the cheaper end and it was a great time!

The employees are awesome but the managers always treat people with disrespect. I have not had one good experience with the managers. I have a hard time bowling on a league here because of that reason. I wish they would do something about it.

Had a great time with family. We bowled, ate, and played video games. Very affordable.

Customer service here is terrible, Kelli or kylie at the concession stand is extremely rude. Have fun with your minimum wage job.
