I've had my truck serviced at a few Ford dealerships in north Texas. This was my first trip to North Central Ford and it exceeded my expectations. Online appointments were easy to schedule, the service team was prompt in helping me when I arrived and my truck was ready before the time they stated it would be done. Highly Recommended. Ask for Russell Huffman!

North Central did an excellent job making sure the service was correct. The whole drop off and pick up process was handled smoothly and safely. I received regular updates via text and was even able to review and approve the estimate from my phone. They are good example of how service should be done.

Two of my three trips to the service department were a disaster. Between taking forever for routine maintenance and never having a good estimate of when they'll be ready, you can count on spending a day or two waiting for something that will never come. Then, when you call them, the answer is always "we're just finishing up", which I've found actually means "your car has been sitting in the parking lot for hours since you haven't gotten irate yet." It's only when you show displeasure that they get stuff done. After 2 bad experiences, i'll find a better Ford dealer, even if their hours are less convenient.

Tried to make a service appointment. Took me four times until I finally talk to someone without being disconnected in the process. The next day, when I deliver my car, they can't find my appointment, tell me to come back another day if I don't want to keep the car overnight. Avoid.

I shared my experience directly with Ford's survey. I also called the service rep that is supposed to handle complaints. I have not received any communication back as to my terrible experience with this dealership. I am done wasting my time. Don't waste your time here either.

North Central service department does an excellent job communicating throughout the process.The shop is top notch, very clean, and their service advisors are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Ford [North Central Ford] exclusively for maintenance on my 2008 Ford expedition [every 5000 milles]. I am thoroughly satisfied - 12 years of maintenance and service support. My last experience dealt with an jerky hesitation when trying to accelerate. The problem was accurately diagnosed [tune up] and quickly serviced and repaired. I could not be more pleased.

On the 18th I made an appointment for a recall for the 20th. Asked how long it would take and was told 2 to 3 hours. On the 20th dropped the car off and was told they'll drop us off back home because it'll take at least a day. The next day was called that the parts for the recall needs to be ordered. Called again and was told that an additional part needed to be ordered. Asked if it will cost more and was told it was part of the recall. Did not get the car back until the 26th. My questions to the North Central Ford management are: 1) when I made the appointment, all parts should have been ordered. Why not? 2) why wasn'l all parts for recall ordered at one?

I give 2 stars because we got a shuttle and on the 25th I was apologized in great amount for the delay. And they cleaned the car inside and out.

I dropped in for an oil change around 11:00 on a Friday morning hoping it would be the normal 45-60 minutes. Charles informed me the current wait was closer to 90 mins. Being slightly pressed for time, I contemplated rescheduling the service but decided to proceed since I was already there. Much to my surprise, my car was ready in about 50 minutes! The great service I always receive from the folks in the shop and from Charles is what keeps me coming back to North Central Ford.
