So five stars again! I couldn't post a second review so I'm updating my previous one. I called yesterday (last minute) to see if I could get my car in for the works. I spoke to john tucker and he got me in for 7am this morning, advising that the wait wouldn't be as long. He was right! One hour and done. Super efficient and friendly. He even took my car for a test drive to help alleviate my concerns about performance. I am still very happy with the service that I receive here. Two cars later and my mom bought hers there in 1996 and still has it. I recommend NCF to everyone! Go see John in service! He is the best. Thank you so much!!!

I bought my second car today from NCF. I came in with a set price in mind and ended up getting a car way nicer than i thought i could afford thanks to Osama Ramadan. He was extremely patient and was able to read what i liked instead of showing me things i didnt and wasting my time. Ask for him! Also Jill and Jessie in finance made everything smooth and pain free.
