I came to Nissan Downtown with a ridiculous list of needs and they gave me what I wanted, and then some.Thanks to Omar, Nimesh and Kesh for making it happen so quickly and so easily. More importantly thanks for your honesty.

Purchased a brand new 2019 Nissan Kicks from Fisa, she was lovely and extremely helpful. I appreciate her candidness and ability to get to the point. The process was simple and seamless. My NEGATIVE experience was when I picked up the car from Vlad...My advice to Nissan Downtown - pick somebody else as he is your lasting impression of the dealership and he just felt like a used car salesman and grimy. Quick talker, not personable, & slimy. He kept asking for positive reviews on google over and over and over which is why i'm leaving the negative one of him.

I would work with Fisa and Dave again but never Vlad.

We purchased a Nissan Altima SV with Fiza Malhotra from the Downtown Nissan Group, and are extremely pleased with it. I particularly like the Pro-Pilot Assist technology for carefree driving, even on busy roads. The Altima SV is packed with safety features including blind spot, collision and lane change warnings and equipped with all-wheel drive. The interface with both Android and Apple Drive allows easy navigation as well as music streaming in high quality sound (we use TIDAL). This is my 10th year of dealing with Nissan downtown and everything I do with them is always smooth and professional.

We are now on our 3rd lease and have been exceptionally happy from the start to finish.
Nimesh our recent sales guy is a true professional in evey aspect of what he does. I would reccomend everyone use him if you are looking for a new car.

I also must mention Lenny in service he is my personal favorite he has the best customer service I have experienced he is a truly excellent guy who will stop and help you whenever you need it.

Nissan downtown you are very lucky with your staff and as long as these two work at this location we will continue to use you.

I went in yesterday with my Nissan Rogue and it's a really BUSY LOCATION so I was a little worried about the service. I was really impressed with the service LENNY provided, he greeted me and asked me what I would like done. I told him the details and he gave me an estimated time frame on when it would be finished which is REALLY IMPORTANT especially if you'd like to organize your day. I recieved the call back well within that time frame and Lenny threw in a COMPLIMENTARY car wash and my Rogue was really dirty. He ANSWERED ALL my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were and EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I needed to know about the service they had done and whatever else I may have need to do in the future. Great guy, I'd definitely come back!

I have been looking to purchase an Altima recently and visited a few dealerships, both Nissan and privately owned stores. I was referred to Nissan Downtown by a friend who raved about his experience with them. My interaction with Nissan Downtown was as wonderful as my friend's was! I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2015 SL from Nissan Downtown Toronto, and the entire experience was excellent.
From our first visit on a Saturday with my two kids, the entire team has been very friendly and informative, but not at all the "pushy salesperson" type that really puts me off.
The whole process was very friendly, and we managed to find the appropriate model and options that completely suited my needs without hard-selling me extras that I didn't want.
They also gave me a better deal on my trade-in than I could find anywhere else.
I had a little delay in organising the payment, and they were extremely patient, understanding and very supportive while I worked it out.
James the Sales Manager was terrific, and very well supported on the payment side by Kesh.
Not only was my experience with them excellent, the car is amazing.

Not pleased with our recent service. We received a $59.99 mail out flyer for a synthetic oil change. My wife called, booked the service, mentioned the coupon specifically. Our Murano apparently needed $800 of additional repairs. No problem, I get it. But despite providing the coupon for the oil change, upon review I see they charged $99.99 for it (plus tax), and used regular oil, no mention of the synthetic at all. When asked, their Service representative tried to justify the extra charge but confused us even more - was it my wife asked for something else (she didn't), or was the extra line item for the "parts and labour" (it wasn't). Long story short, in the words of my wife, she believes she's been subject to the "pink tax" and taken advantage because she's a female and doesn't know much about cars. I reached out to the service manager but received no reply, hence this public review. Very disappointing. If you own a Nissan/Infinity, do yourself a favour and visit the honest brokers up Parliament Street at McDermot Motors (no I don't work there, just had much better experiences).

BAD EXPERIENCE.
I put in an application for a lease several days ago, and never heard back from anyone at Nissan. I had to call consistently to receive unclear answers as to what is going on, being moved back and forth from salesman to sales-manager. There is a huge lack of transparency and deception.

The salesperson Victor claimed that my application was denied, and that Dave, the manager was working very hard to negotiate on my behalf with Nissan, to get an approval. However, Dave had no idea who I am and claimed that "no news is good news" meaning my lease was in fact approved. So, which one of them is right?

Even asking to cancel my application and receive my deposit back was problematic, as each person claimed that they were not responsible for refunds. Victor asked that I send an email, requesting a refund, to which I received no reply. Dave said that he does not take care of refunds, and that someone else would call me back.

Eventually the refund was issued, but the general experience is of very unprofessional service, lack of transparency and condescension. Nissan should treat their clients better.

Of course, Nissan will probably say that they can't please everyone, and that they have many satisfied customers. But this is not a valid excuse. Don't be fooled. Beware of Nissan downtown and perhaps try other dealerships - you will easily find better service with salespersons who will treat you like a human being and not prey.

One of the worst experience ever I had with any kind service in my life. I bought a parts from the parts department (Moulding) and Parts department . They asked to give a call after a day and fix the time to come. I did that, my calls was remaining between parts and service department to fix a simple part. Later on the person from the service department throw the phone over my face and asked to call later. Very Very disrespectful people. Not sure should I go for my car servicing there or not. Worst experience ever.

One of the worst life time experience in buying cars. The sales managers really have problems internally and it is shown explicitly in front of customers. Never would have thought such things would happen.

Even it was preowned cars for which we landed, we expect due respect. The GSM literally scribbled on the proposal for sale deed and it was tored. He kept on saying different price and he never arrived at a value.

I doubt they have already decided not to sale the car to us. Even heard one of the sale rep saying that the car is already driven out and he doesnt own it.

Kindly educate the representative, especially the GSM. Nissan is known for its face value however its shattered by such people in the organisation. Attitude matters more dealing with customers. There might be problems and errors with in a organisation space but customers cant be taken for the pitch.

In stronger terms, do understand that Nissan doesnt give cars for free. Dont take customers for granted.

We bought a NISSAN ROGUE this past Monday and absolutely LUV IT!!! Oscar Solorzano was amazing! He was and continuous to be very pleasant, friendly, prompt and professional as well as very accommodating and working around our schedule for test drives on both the Qashqai and Rogue, the clear choice for our family being the ROGUE. Everyone at Nissan has been very welcoming and professional. Kelin also has been very prompt in calling/ emailing information on the different protection packages and has been very diligent and attentive to all of our questions. We also had the pleasure of meeting James, the Manager and also Al briefly, both very friendly and professional. James in more than two occasions took the time to come out of his office to ensure everything was ok and going well. He was also incredibly helpful with any extra information and additional questions that we had. We are very happy to have joined the Nissan family for the first time and look forward to a long and happy mutual relationship. typical sales experience. There was more focus on getting the sale, Sales pitch at each point of the process. Having not had snow tires immediately on the vehicle and asking to pay was poor considering the car was delivered after the date to legal have snow tires on the vehicle. Paid for an extra package to have a vehicle when car is in for repairs and that did not happen.

I was treated very well, excellent Nissan service, they took pains to solve my problem with the car, in spite of the difficulties for not speaking English or French, a very good price in addition

Bought a car on line just before Covid-19 started... my plans to fly to Ontario imploded as I was not permitted to travel... not a fun time to deal with things remotely, especially a purchase of this size you can't physically get!... but the staff at Nissan (Leo and Victor) were outstanding in understanding my overall situation and situating my car in storage until I could pay in full and arrange shipping. Finally all the stars lined up and my car was shipped. The pictures and their testimony of the car condition were understated. The car is great - a BMW X3 that looked good in the pictures but is great in person. No issues with the drive or any of the car systems as promised and the car passed safety only requiring new rotors that had rusted from sitting so long (thank you Covid-19!). Recommend the staff at this dealership for honesty and going the extra 100 miles to help me get the car in Manitoba! A great online purchase experience. Thank you!

Walking in wanting to make a trade in with Nissan, Min my advisor was a great help on making me feel comfortable and not too rushed on making my decision. They were very patient with me when i needed to keep my car longer to trade in. The paperwork went very smooth with all the employees, very happy with the trade in day. Bought a Nissan Rogue at this dealership. Michael, the Sales Associate was very helpful and was able to find me a used car that suits my needs. The process was "smooth as butter". Unfortunately, after a few days, I noticed an oil leak on my driveway. I brought the car to the dealership and spoke to Ron Breuer (Sales Manager). He explained that the car passed inspection/safety test however there are things that are unforeseen even if the inspection was thorough. I understand that's part of the risk in buying used cars. So what now? Right?
This dealership did what most wouldn't. They got everyone involved and addressed the problem right away to ensure I get a great customer experience.

I own a 2009 Versa and had a recall notice which I brought to this dealership to get serviced. Very meticulous on schedule appointment. Was late 5min when I arrived and had already received a phone call asking where I was. Phone operator was very courteous and friendly as was the shuttle rider. Shuttle pick up made me wait 30mins and another 10min outside after receiving calls from the shuttle driver. Their service detail included a very interactive web page of your servicing and recommended services. They did push a little for recommended service but were not aggressive and all the while being friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place if you own a Nissan. Versa still drives like a champ.

Superb, friendly service as soon as you enter the showroom. We know very little about buying vehicles so we were a little apprehensive about car shopping but we trusted Min right away. All I had to do was ask to be contacted in the nissan website and the team from nissan downtown promptly got in touch with me. In no time I had a visit scheduled were I had all my questions answered and a quote done right away. When I was ready to proceed I only had to drop by to sign the paperwork and in a couple days I was out with my new car.

We have been coming to this dealership for service for the past 3 years and are always impressed with the service. We recently decided to upgrade to a new vehicle to better suit our growing family, we worked with Nimesh who helped us in getting us a great deal on a new Nissan Rogue. I sent my vehicle in for service and they didn't lock my vehicle. According to surveillance video a thief stole my three backpacks with Canno 7D camera in it and one iMac 27 inch, which were worth over $4000. Guess what they said? They are not responsible for what happened!!!!

Recently I have visited this show room for inquire about a Nissan Rough New model.
This place is awesome, they took care me very well. The Sales person I met was Nimesh and his knowledge about the vehicle was great. He explained me the benefit of buying this model and all the mechanical advantages. He also explained about the mileage and tips to use this car, normally no sales person explained in depth details about the vehicle. My experience with Nissan Downtown was great! I m strongly recommend everyone to purchase their car from this showroom! The team is more than prepared and the best part is that the sales agents are not trying to sell you a car, but to integrate you in a family! This is not just a classic sales process , the sales representative will introduce you to the entire team (managers, credit, internal teams, etc.), basically to everyone which will be part of the acquisition process. After this, they will make sure that you ll understand the differences between finance vs lease and all other important points needed to be considered when buying a car, so that you will be more than happy with your final purchase. Even after the process is finalized, they will reach out to you just to make sure that everything it s fine, or to help you with whatever questions you might have, even if not necessary related to your car (as a newcomer in Canada, buying my first car, this was very appreciated).

This is my first auto shopping experience, and I have to say it is extremely pleasant. I am probably the smallest client to them (I am leasing a basic model) but from their manager to the sales reps. and all other staff are all very welcoming, patient, and helpful to me and my family. The manager told me that all the clients are important to them, and I truly feel they mean it! Their excellent customer service deserves a five-stars review! By the way, they don't over sell their products and services. That also make me feel comfortable when making my decisions.

Simply Awesome! I purchased a 2014 Pathfinder at this dealership with very low mileage and have been having it serviced there ever since. My purchase price was very fair (in fact, lower than private sales on AutoTrader) and the servicing has always been excellent. There's been a few issues with the car over the 2 years I've had it but Lenny and the rest of the service team have always had me leaving with a smile. I will absolutely continue having my car serviced there and will recommend to all Nissan owners.
