I am in no way affiliated with Toronto Hyundai other than I recently leased a vehicle from them.
I was looking to purchase/hand in my end of lease Hyundai and be done with the brand I was pleasantly surprised by the polite, attentive and helpful response provided by Toronto Hyundai.
They sought to understand my needs and accommodated them at every level in a professional, straightforward and friendly manner.
They were clearly looking to establish a long-term relationship with me as a customer and provided options which were aimed toward my best interest and not only intended to accommodate their contribution margin.
As such this most positive interacted ended with me giving Hyundai another chance and leasing yet another Hyundai vehicle.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership with particular reference to their open and accommodating manner in which they do business.

Very very busy, make sure to schedule an appointment. Helpful staff. Small location, but it doesn't really matter. Nice little waiting room with a tv and couches and magazines if you want to stay while they service your car.

Very dishonest staff in Service, stay away from this place

I am absolutely disgusted at how dishonest Tim was with me. I brought it in the car for service required at 19k kilometers or 18 months, and he scammed me by getting me to do the service required at 24k or 24 months!

He clearly knew which service was due, because he asked me for the mileage of the car (currently at 19k) so far, so instead of giving me an honest and sincere answer along the lines of "Mr. Salazar, your car is due for it's third service, which is the same as service #1", he just processed to do service #3, which is the car's FOURTH service. This goes to tell you how they are ready to scam you the moment they see an opportunity.

This cost me over $200 dollars! When I told him about the confusion he told me "There is not much we can do because you signed for this when you dropped off your vehicle". I was offered a mere discount that still kept the bill at over $200.

I would have stayed to speak with the manager in service, but I had stepped out of work to go get my vehicle and needed to get back as soon as possible.

Just stay away from the service department. I cannot speak for any experiences with sales, but I can tell you that service is just out to scam you or up-sale you in shady ways. While I was waiting to pick up my car, I heard about 3 phone calls to customers saying how " ...your car's battery is low in amps, would you like to replace it?"

You can see how it's what they are programmed to do and push for, but sticking a new customer with a $200 bill which was for totally unnecessary service? Total scam move.

Will never step foot into this dealership again.

Terrible experience - wish I could give 1 star.. Went into the location to inquire about some cars. Test drove a few and my partner and I were really interested in one specific car. The person we were dealing with was kind and not pressuring at the time of us being there. We went to follow up with him a couple of days later and he informed us that the car has been sold. We understood that and decided to keep looking. 1 week and a half later we decided to check for more cars and noticed the same car that has been "sold" was still there. I decided to call and speak to a manager and Joseph picked up. He told me that the car has never actually been sold. I explained my frustration to him, and asked what kind of dealership turns away business? I sent him an email to give the benefit of the doubt... Joseph disregarded our questions in the email. It got to the point where we personally will no longer deal with this dealership as we should not be chasing the sales people to help us buy a car... which is their job.

Very happy to have leased a brand new 2021 Tucson from Toronto Hyundai and David Jung!!!

I've been to a few other dealerships (Hyundai and competitors) and it's always been a pretty bad experience overall.

However here at Toronto Hyundai i had an amazing experience. I dealt with sales agent David Jung. I received great pricing but even better service. He made the experience so smooth and easy. I felt that he went above and beyond my expectations. I never felt any kind of shadiness or any feeling of him trying to take advantage of me. Was a very easy process and a great experience. Do not hesitate to visit David Jung here at this Toronto Hyundai. He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients!! Kudos to his assistant manager Rico for assisting as well.

We bought a car here in the last year and have to say that the experience was very good. Before 10 thinking we would be swarmed by salespeople trying to be pushy lupus into a car as quickly as possible. This was not the case. We walked in and we were greeted, but we are left alone on to browse the cars and they checked in with us every so often. Once we are ready investigate the cars are closer, we had a salesperson help us and winter place test drive and didn't really care for that car, so I like that. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car not only about key features of the Interior, but also was able to get some questions by husband had about the engine about the maintenance and about the war interior components of the car. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend going to the dealership because they know what they're doing oh, they're very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. we did our research before going in oh, so we do what the price should be around and what are treated was valued at. Which pretty much matched up with what they offered us, so we feel like we got a fair deal.

They agreed on a price after i paid the down payment and half hour later the dealership is saying that a mistake was made on the price ,and return my money which is part of it was paid by credit card and it will take 2 days to return my money to my credit card account .Am I wrong, or is that their problem?

very good experience with sales people here and also finance department, which helped me get my new Tuscon. would definitely recommend this dealership

minus two stars however for the process after purchasing the vehicle - had to wait for three weeks for delivery, which is fine if I was properly updated along the way and didn't have to call every five days to find out what's happening.
to make thinks worse when I picked up the car and went home I got a call that they gave me the wrong car and I need to return it immediately which I did and upon arrival and was greeted not with an apology but instead with a question how many kilometers the car had now (I live only 4km away)

I guess I would recommend a customer service class for Daniel for his lack of communication with me after the sale and his ridiculous question about the mileage upon my return with the wrong car.
I would also recommend a reminder for the personnel which provides keys to clients to remember that they only had one job and they failed.

Went there eager to purchase a 2021 Santa Fe - had 2 requirements, sun roof and leather - when we went to pick up the jeep it did not have a sun roof or leather interior. This was due to the sales rep not listening to our needs and trying to rush through the sale. We spoke to the manager and he assured us that they had the exact one we were looking for onsite and they will flip financing and they would send us the bill of sales the next day. When we followed up the next day, they had sold the jeep and were now looking for another one!
There was no ownership for their mistakes. We decided to go to another Hyundai out in Pickering. The experience was night and day. The service was incredible and the sales rep out did himself. they were able to provide us exactly what we asked for and then some! Wish we had gone to them first and saved the aggravation!

I have been servicing my new hyundai in this parti...

I have been servicing my new hyundai in this particular location for last 3 years. Like all dealer service centres, sometimes they suggest services which are optional. I usually dont get these additional services until today when service rep suggested two additional services as "recommended" without disclosing the price tags. I thought okay, i will consider them since they are recommended by "Hyundai". I left vehicle for servicing at scheduled time at 10:20AM. I was told it will take roughly hour and half which is very normal. When i returned after hour and half i was shocked to see my vehicle parked exactly at the same spot i left it and no servicing was done! When i asked service rep at the counter, he went inside and spoke to service staff and i told me that my vehicle will be done servicing very soon. So, i decided to wait inside. I was waiting patiently for another hour at the service waiting area. At that point i lost my patience and decided to speak to service manager. She had this blank look in her eyes and was looking for a quite spot to speak with me, which is far from other customers. Then she started with excuses along the line... sometimes serving vehicles need additional maintenance and etc hence backlogs get built up, which is the reason for delay. She will try to give me some discounts for my servicing. I said i was not looking for discount, i just wanted to get my vehicle serviced on time so that i can get back to my work! Things get worse after that. Service rep came back to me and was suggesting that i need to change break pads for both of my rear wheels. I asked how much it will cost me and how long will it take? He said additional $400; $400 for break pads replacement and $400 worth of "recommended" services total bill of $900. I was like, wow! I came here for simple Hyundai service #1 which is around $100 and tire swap but now i was told i need $800 worth of service!!?? Thats ridiculous. Service rep told me that break pads replacement will take additional hour or so but they can give me a rental vehicle so i can get back to work right away and come back for my vehicle later. I said okay, lets do that. I need to get back to work right away. I could not wait there any longer after already waiting for 3 hours! After 5 minutes service rep came back to me and was saying 'sorry' there is no rental vehicle that he could find for me. He could call me an Uber. Thats when i decided that enough is enough! I requested to get my vehicle back from servicing right away and did not want to get the overpriced, critical break pad replacement. I just had enough with their greedy service staffs who just want you to buy services and pile up vehicles in service centre but cannot keep their promises of getting vehicle serviced on time.

I do not recommend this service centre at all, they used to be good but not anymore. If you are a new Hyundai owner, try different dealer for your servicing. You do not need to get your service done from same dealer where you buy your vehicle from. You can get service done at any authorized Hyundai dealership. Dont waste your valuable time or money on unnecessary services.

I have to say Toronto Hyundai has the ratings that they have. My experience at the dealership was very good. They are truly a no pressure dealership, but at the same time helping you make a wise and a budget friendly decision. Thank you to Viki and Patrick for helping me with my decision of the 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition. The process was very simple and the provided me with the answers I needed. They are very professional and helpful. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and don't want to be pressured but want to know you are getting everything you want, then this is the place to go.

Great friendly faces when we walked in. Lawrence Lam took the lead in helping us with numbers and was great. Michael Chow assisted almost all the time and he was amazing. Went on the 1st of 2 test drives with him and he was great. While we were dealing with Lawrence, Michael Chow would be bringing us hot dogs, hamburgers drinks, etc. Prompt replies from everyone. The dealership owner came in on a Sunday just to welcome us in. Amazing people and amazing Santa Fe 2015 Turbo!

I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Tucson at this dealership. Phyl was great, and very patient to say the least. I added the maximum upgrades, so there was a lot of back and forth, and a lot of requests. She even went in on her day off to deliver my vehicle to me. When I got there, it was ready to go. My experience with her and the dealership was very positive. I would recommend this location, and especially Phyl as a sales representative to anyone who is interested in a Hyundai. She made it a very memorable experience for my first brand new car purchase!

Mr. Hank is a wonderful man! He was such great help and it was awesome buying my 2015 Genesis Sedan from him. He was quick and very informative and professional since day 1 of my visit.

I usually don't leave reviews but out of the 3 times I went in to the dealershop, all 3 were such great experience. They even had free unlimited pizza the first day I went in!! Haha

Update : Experience was so great I went back and bought a fully loaded Tucson the month after.

Service is an area for improvement. For a simple oil change I have to make 3 to 4 phone calls to get a human being and they are always booking 5 to 6 days later. When I arrive for my appointment I am waiting for more than an hour. If I drive into Dean Myers for an oil change I am taken right a way and they apologize that it will take longer because they have to order the parts. I am out in under an hour with all the same things being done including a car wash..l

The sales guy Joseph was very calm and not pushy, which is not always the case. He worked with my budget and got me what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. When I picked up the vehicle everything went smooth. I was given winter mats for the car as a thank you for my business. Very sweet and thoughtful. Overall the dealer ship and the sales rep who helped me were outstanding. I will recommend this dealer to others.

I recently bought a Hyundai sonata from this dealership. I have shopped around to pretty much at all dealerships in Toronto but I must say that this dealerships is Excellent when it comes to customer services and price of the cars. I also agree with the comment made below which is that this dealership is very honest when it comes to price negotiations. The sales person who worked with me was named Michael Chow. He was able to get me the best deal when it comes to price in comparison to any dealership I went to. Also, the general manager Benjamin Leung was professional and very helpful. Overall, I was very happy to buy this car from the dealership and will continue to service my car here.

I was given all the information to make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured. I decided on my car Friday and by Monday I was driving it. I made an appointment in this branch for a recall I had on my car and also to get a quote on my back up camera which was unserviceable. The service desk tells me itll take about an hour and most likely I need a new camera. I came back in about 40 minutes and I was informed that it was all done, just needed car wash after one another customer so another 15 minutes. I saw my car getting parked outside soon after and thought it was all done but the guy who helped me disappeared and I waited another 40 minutes thinking he should be back any time soon to explain the recall and to give me the quotes on the back up camera but never did. So I finally asked another service desk that my car has been sitting there for 40 minutes and nobody called me. He explained to me that it took that long to get the quote on back up camera.. when I saw him taking work order from the other service desk which probably has been sitting there all along. The quote I got was simply the part and labour. It would have been better if they were at least honest about the situation. I have better things to do then wait around for nothing and also my car was not even washed since I could see the glass roof had dust on it. I dont recommend this place at all unless you have nothing better to do.

Called to book a service appointment for my Elant...

Called to book a service appointment for my Elantra because my engine light came on, was told it would be 2+ weeks before someone would even look at my vehicle. After calling 2 more Hyundai dealerships and being told similar 2-3 week service appointment openings and explaining my situation, that my car was acting funny and I was uncomfortable continuing to drive it- I ended up calling a small independent mechanic. Although this mechanic was also booked up and didn't have any open appointments for 2 weeks or later as well, he offered for me to come in immediately to at least read the error code from the engine light warning. He actually helped me same day and seemed to care about my well-being. Although I love my Elantra and have never had issues, I was surprised how little the dealership cared. Why wouldn't you offer to read the error code or at least offer me the option of calling me if there were any cancellations? I don't think the service desk could have expressed less interest or cared less, so I feel compelled to leave this negative review.

Salespeople get a bad reputation, and usually with a decent reason. I wouldn't give these salespeople bad reps because they were really quite helpful and upfront with me and my wife. As I say this, it's important to note that I'm the type of person who will ask a lot of questions to get to the bottom of a curiosity, so that I tend to leave salespeople little room to hide details. Having said THAT, I should also say that I was finally in a good situation to buy what I wanted, so I didn't have to scrutinize my purchase to the degree I normally would. All in all, however, I found my sales rep to be upfront, willing to communicate openly, helpful with my questions, knowledgeable, and seemed into the idea of maintaining a relationship, which I value greatly. Time will tell!

Excellent service. The Service persons who worked on the car did a great job, the even gave me a complimentary outside wash which was awesome, considering how dirty the outside on my car was.
The Inside Service staff headed by Ralston and his team were awesome, always smiling and is always polite. I would never go anywhere to get my car looked at except in a case of emergency and I am out of Province.
I love Toronto Hyundai, they have been serving me and my family for over six years and we have bought three cars form this company, Great Job Team Toronto Hyndai.

It also had a noise when accelerating, they truly identified it is from front wheel bearing and replaced it free of charge. Although it took longer than the time they estimated at the beginning but I am satisfied with their service :)

Sales people are great. Unfortunately the service area is terrible. Expect a 3 hr wait for oil changes. Appointments are non existant and pointless. Booked an appintment for last week to change oil and wipers. Specified I had an appintment and could not be there longer than 1hr. Got there. Was told that there was a 2.5hr delay. No one called to advise. No apologies. Got my key and went elsewhere. Time is precious. People do work. Cant spend a day there.

Alloy reams had been dirty and scratched after that.

Our search for a new vehicle took us to various ca...

Our search for a new vehicle took us to various car companies in Toronto. We did our thorough research, check around and then check again, but we returned to Hyundai and Chase Anthony because of his no pressure approach and transparency in showing us the figures. In the process, we always felt that he put our needs and concerns ahead of the sale. Indeed, he worked his magic to get us a good deal and was able to include upgrades that were an unexpected bonus.

Chase was also certainly a treat in the fun category, while making sure we were happy and confident in the final sale. Though he is a man of many talents (singer, actor, performer, etc.), we believe selling is his greatest asset!

Thanks also to Michael Smith, the most knowledgeable, patient and understanding Financier we have met.

We are now proud owners of 2014 Hyundai Sta Fe Sport Luxury AWD. Drives amazing, looks amazing and we love it! Chase and Michael, thank you for making our Hyundai experience so positive. Truly you are assets of the company!

Excellent service! Came in for an oil change, ended up getting a brand new car. Patrick Phillipe and Jeffrey Dallard was very accommodating. They understood my needs, did their magic and I came out with a higher model than what I expected. This is my fourth car with Toronto Hyundai since 1997, sales and service is exceptional!

Bought a Kona 2020 just 10 days ago, not even drove for 160km and the car started shaking and losing power, it showed the check engine lamp on the dashboard. After running a quick check (code P0302), they said they will have to replace the ignition coils, however Hyundai service refuses to give me a new car, and they said that even if I get new car they can t warranty it will work at its 100%. Guys, would you get a Hyundai vehicle that even Hyundai managers can t warranty it will function correctly?

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I took my car in for a recall issue. Upon receiving my 2010 Sante Fe I noticed grease inside my car on door panels which I cleaned off without mentioning it to service department. After driving the car for about 15km the engin service light came on. Called the dealer and was told to bring the car back. When I took the car I spoke to a manger name Jimmy Tham he mentioned that all stuff was lunch and that they could not check my SUV unless I want to wait for a few hours. Told Jimmy I have things to do can you please book me appointment for the next which he did for 11:15AM. When I got there the next I spoke to Jimmy and some other stuff member who's name is Peter Luis told they won't check my car and unless I pay for it them to check why the engine light came on. I asked him why would have to pay if your employees caused the problem. He insisted that he can't do nothing about it. I asked then why make come to dealer ship three times he was mum. Never Never again at this location and I will contact Hyundai Canada to get better solutions I hope.

Amazing customer service from Vince, Patrick and Michael.
Vince was the first person I spoke to via email, and he was friendly, professional, and prompt. When I finally arrived at the dealership he immediately met me and took me to see Patrick. Patrick is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met. He didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like I was a family member. He took incredible care of me and answered all the questions I had.
Once the paperwork was filled Patrick introduced me to the Finance Manager Michael, who is one of the friendliest people I've met.
They both stayed in contact with me after submitting the paperwork and within a couple of day I got my Hyundai Kona
