I experienced incredible service at Nissan downtown Toronto when I purchased my fully loaded Rogue!
Milo was incredible and looked after my every request with a lot of email follow-ups and updates on when delivery of the vehicle would be and what most impressed me was how well the entire dealership worked together as a team, with the customer at the centre of every experience!
Well done Nissan Toronto, in my view you represent the gold-standard not just for car dealerships but any customer engagement experience.
I'm already looking forward to bringing my Rogue in for it's first maintenance in 2017 - which was also already scheduled for me by Milo and I was given access to their online dealership maintenance scheduling calendar - Awesome! just Awesome!
