We bought a NISSAN ROGUE this past Monday and absolutely LUV IT!!! Oscar Solorzano was amazing! He was and continuous to be very pleasant, friendly, prompt and professional as well as very accommodating and working around our schedule for test drives on both the Qashqai and Rogue, the clear choice for our family being the ROGUE. Everyone at Nissan has been very welcoming and professional. Kelin also has been very prompt in calling/ emailing information on the different protection packages and has been very diligent and attentive to all of our questions. We also had the pleasure of meeting James, the Manager and also Al briefly, both very friendly and professional. James in more than two occasions took the time to come out of his office to ensure everything was ok and going well. He was also incredibly helpful with any extra information and additional questions that we had. We are very happy to have joined the Nissan family for the first time and look forward to a long and happy mutual relationship. Nissan should be very proud to have such an incredible and strong team!!! and would highly recommend Oscar and the team to anyone. Ultimately, Oscar was the key and instrumental factor with our decision in choosing Nissan and our beautiful ROGUE!
