I was in Nissan Downtown last Thursday to help my sister purchase a previously owned vehicle. It didn t take very long at all. Everything was very well organized and the sales rep, Mikhael Bandong was such a pleasure to do business with. His knowledge, expertise and pleasant demeanour made the whole process a profitable one.

Wow! I have had 3 back to back leases from Mercedes Benz Downtown where the service is excellent. I wanted a manual transmission car which Mercedes doesn t offer in Canada anymore so I started looking at other brands, and ended up at Nissan Downtown. I can honestly say, the quality of service here compares favourably to what I have become accustomed to and is far superior to what I experienced at many competing dealerships along my search. Victor Khvistani was FANTASTIC. Not once did I feel pushed, and every time my suspicious nature began to wonder if the dealership was doing something shady, they prove me wrong. They really are an honest lot with high integrity. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have had my car for a week now and love it and have a feeling my relationship with this dealership over the next three years will be great!

Amazing experience with Lenny Saroop! He was quick, tested my car on the road, highway and through the computer, and didn't charge me for what he didn't see a reason to charge for. He also had a car take me home and pick me up so I didn't have to wait at the dealership (I live somewhat close by), and washed my car, just awesome service all around, I was so surprised. If I have to have my car serviced again I will call Lenny right away. I know dealerships in general are more expensive than my personal mechanic so I was hesitant to go in the first place but it beyond worth it. I feel safe driving my car now - the main priority.

The mark of a superior car dealership is when the dealership ends up selling you a car when it was not really your intention to purchase a vehicle. But that is what happened in the first part of July 2014. I was simply taking a walk down King Street to pay a courtesy call to Nissan Downtown because one of the salesmen (Nimesh) had kept in touch with me over a number of months. I knew at some point, however, I was going to have to make a decision on my PT Cruiser because it was 13 years old and pushing 300,000 kilometres. My wife, Lorraine, loves two seater sports car coupes. There was a brand new Nissan 370 Z that was in the showroom, but it was a convertible and we were not in the market for a rag top. James from Nissan had pointed out, however, that a 370 Z Coupe had come in fairly recently via a lease return and was available. We bought the car because it was well looked after and only had 35,000 kilometres on the odometer. Omar, the General Sales Manager, was very fair to deal with regarding the car. He wanted us to have the car and ensured that any concerns I had were dealt with to benefit all concerned. Omar is an experienced professional who gets the job done and has superior leadership skills and is customer focussed. I know that the downtown car dealership market is crowded and competitive. Nissan Downtown has a sales group that works together in the interest of the client. They also have a Service Department that wants to get the job done right. When the 240 Z came out in the autumn of 1969, I was 10 years old and six years away from having a driver's licence. And the only cars I could buy at that time growing up in my hometown of Sudbury were my beloved "Hot Wheels". But my wonderful wife bought me my Z car earlier this month and I love my 370 Z. This purchase took place in the initial weeks after the Phase 1 pandemic re-opening (late May/early June 2020), and while not entirely flawless, the Nissan Downtown team worked hard to remedy all issues and thus the 5 star rating.
Car had been spec'd via Nissan.ca and the follow-up reach-outs both from sales consultant Min and sales manager Leo were friendly and correct. The visit to the dealership was fine (nice environment), Min worked out the details for the deal and then financial services manager Rada prepared the financing materials, once again, with a friendly and easy-going tone throughout. The actual vehicle which matched the required specs was located at the sister dealership (Avenue Nissan), which likely helped keep the delivery timeframe speedy, especially given the pandemic uncertainties. Communications with both Min and Rada during the week were prompt and courteous. Within one week of the visit to the dealership, the car was ready to be picked up. At pick-up (a Saturday) most things were as expected, save for two issues: the few simple accessories that had been ordered (such as branded floor mats, safety kits etc) had not arrived in time, and thus could not be picked up; and secondly, while the requested splash guards had been installed, the fog lights had not. However, all other details were ready, and delivery specialist Vlad made taking possession smooth. The following Monday, Min coordinated to get the missing accessories delivered, and they were dropped off that same day personally by Leo. Also on Monday, the fog lights issue was clarified: with the front facelift of the vehicle between the 2019 and 2020 model years, that option was not yet ready on the dealers' backend to install (wasn't 'in the dealer's system'), and should not have been 'selectable' on the website. While this was a communication mishap, it was not a dealbreaker, and Leo immediately refunded the full cost of the option and also offered two free oil changes as a gesture for the inconvenience. Thus all was resolved, in a friendly and courteous way. One week later, the car is performing great as expected, and expectations are that the upcoming service experiences will be similarly correct and pleasant. Recommended.

I Have got my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Nissan Downtown a week ago. Great sales team. Especially the man (Nimesh Atholi Kandy) who helped us a lot and understood what we need. Very friendly in nature.

After purchasing a new vehicle from downtown Nissan an appointment was made for the first service on the vehicle same day, 6 months to the purchase date. Oil change and tire change. Nissan was very clear in saying that the car would be in and out within an hour. On arrival I was then told to go sit down in the customer waiting area as my vehicle would take 4 to 6 hours to finish. Considering the appointment had been made over 6 months in advance, this wait time was absolutely disgraceful. On top of that, downtown Nissan also charges double the price in labour compared to other garages. To be completely honest, the level of incompetence at this location was horrific. I would definitely never take my vehicle back to downtown Nissan.

This garage is very trustworthy, friendly, efficient and so easy to deal with. My car was having difficulty starting and I brought it in, on a busy day, without an appointment. They thoroughly inspected it and told me...nothing was wrong; it was likely the cold weather, but maybe I should replace the battery (the car is ten years old). When does a garage ever say something like that?! Highly reputable. Definitely going back.

A few days ago I have Purchased 2015 Nissan Murano SV from Nissan Downtown, I have never felt so good buying a car until I went to Nissan Downtown. I had spent quite a bit of time researching vehicles on-line and came across one I liked at Nissan Downtown. I contacted the sales person via e-mail and he immediately responded. We set up an appointment to view the car. When my wife and I got to the dealership we were courteously greeted and they even parked our car. Very friendly people at every step. I recently bought an Altima, and Fares Backley and the Nissan Downtown team were great! The overall experience was not a chore like past car purchases and they were great with my family.

I purchased my new vehicle from this location and started to have issues with my windshield seal (manufacturing issue) four days after. When I went in to have it checked out by the sales person I had to wait 50 minutes to see the manager. The manager then sent me to the services department, they did not even bother to look at what the issue was. Instead, they told me to book an appointment one week away in order for them to simply look at it. The reason why I got a newer model was to avoid issues and have a peace of mind. I ended up going to another dealer who was able to look at my vehicle and book an appointment in less than 10 minutes. I expected better service since this was the second vehicle I purchased in less than one year from them. I think the company should look into ameliorating their customer service in the services department.

We got our new Nissan 2017 Pathfinder from Downtown Nissan. My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle and after a day of test driving, we ended up choosing a Nissan. We worked with Nimesh who was amazing. We really liked his 'no pressure' approach as it made us feel very comfortable to work with him. I must have sent him 30 emails in total and he always replied very promptly. My husband and I went in on our anniversary to inquire about a Juke and left with a fantastic deal and a great car. The staff were very friendly and ensured we were well looked after.

I bought a used 2012 Nissan Rogue in 2016 from them. The sales rep who sold it handed me a single key with the car saying that the other keys were in a locked box and he won't be able to give them to me until the following week. I kept calling them and sending e-mails for 6 weeks until I found out that the second pair of keys were still at the previous owner. They told me that the previous owner is a very rich person and wouldn't try to steal my car so I shouldn't be worried. What kind of excuse is this?
I waited another 2 weeks for them to replace the keys of my car.

The very same sales person also told me that as long as I keep the car all filter & oil change and tire rotation will be done for free no matter what. When I went for the first service they told me that I have to purchase the whole service package to get the oil change for free. They also told me that the tire rotation won't be for free in any case. I told them about what the sales rep had told me and their answer was that the sales rep was no longer with them so none of the things he said are valid.

I wanted to return my car for which I had paid almost $22.000 a year after the purchase to get a new one. They offered me $7.000 even though all servicing was done at their dealership. Not to mention the sun roof and the hatch door broke down a few months after the purchase and they told me that they're out of the warranty scope. I had to spend roughly $1000 to fix them both. It means that the car lost $15.000 in one year. I could have leased a Porsche with that money. When I gave this example to their sales manager he told me that I shouldn't have bought this car from them, it wasn't a logical purchase.

Last time I brought my car for servicing the service manager gave me a list of the things that need to be changed or fixed costing over $1500. I went to 2 other places, both told me that the list is irrelevant. The dealership also told me that the brake discs are in very bad condition and need to be replaced. They were literally replaced 2 weeks before they told me that. I attached a picture of the wheels with shining discs.

I recently bought Nissan Rogue S AWD from this showroom of Nissan. The experience at this center was enthralling. The wealth of information that I gained after having interacted with the specialist, Nimesh Atholikandy. His knowledge about the brand and vehicles is out of question. I would highly recommend the showroom to any person who is either naive or expert to buy cars. The showroom itself is state of class.

Yesterday I bought my new car Nissan Rouge 2017, excellent car! The downtown Nissan team is an amazing team; every one helped me to get this car. Bought a car from them with only 3000 KMs that they said was previously a company demo and in "perfect condition," but it's been less than a month and it's had to go in for service twice already, with issues that should not be happening with a virtually new car like this. The brakes and struts and AC fan all have problems.

I find their staff incredibly untrustworthy and interested in only doing the bare minimum so they can just get the customer out the door. My overall experience trying to solve these ongoing issues has been very frustrating. Compete lack of communication between staff and I have had to constantly follow up with them to fix the problems, which is very annoying.

It's important to have a good realtionship with the dealership you buy a car from, and I definitely suggest going another dealership that doesn't just care about sales and more about their customer's experience.

very arrogant manager who puts his dealers in very difficult position to sell. I enjoyed dealing with one of their car dealer then this arrogant manager showed up with attitude like "buy it or leave now" (I was talking to my dealer for only 15 mins...) I was going to buy my car on the spot but decide to leave just because of him. After I got home, dealer called me to reconsider to buy. I said no freaking way. Next day, I ended up buying my car at other Nissan location with even cheaper price for lower kms on it plus free stuffs.

He offered us a very professtional and informed walk-through of all kinds of nice features for our Qashqai upon our pick-up, answered all our concerns and questions patiently. I went to Downtown Nissan to buy a New Vehicle. When It came to financing, I was told that I cannot prepay the loan in the first 6 months and as per my conversation with another Nissan Dealer ( Both loans financed from Nissan Canada Finance) I could pre pay my loan as soon as I wanted as it was an open loan. This tactic made me change my dealer to another Nissan Dealer.
