Bought a Nissan Rogue at this dealership. Michael, the Sales Associate was very helpful and was able to find me a used car that suits my needs. The process was "smooth as butter". Unfortunately, after a few days, I noticed an oil leak on my driveway. I brought the car to the dealership and spoke to Ron Breuer (Sales Manager). He explained that the car passed inspection/safety test however there are things that are unforeseen even if the inspection was thorough. I understand that's part of the risk in buying used cars. So what now? Right?
This dealership did what most wouldn't. They got everyone involved and addressed the problem right away to ensure I get a great customer experience.
Kudos to the whole team from their GM (Dimitri Pressmen) Service Mgr (Paul Kelly), Sales Mgr (Ron Breuer) and Sales Assoc (Mikhael Bandong).
You truly lived-up to what you advertised as a provided of "World Class Service" and will definitely without hesitation recommend to friends and family.
