My experience with Nissan Downtown was great! I m strongly recommend everyone to purchase their car from this showroom! The team is more than prepared and the best part is that the sales agents are not trying to sell you a car, but to integrate you in a family! This is not just a classic sales process , the sales representative will introduce you to the entire team (managers, credit, internal teams, etc.), basically to everyone which will be part of the acquisition process. After this, they will make sure that you ll understand the differences between finance vs lease and all other important points needed to be considered when buying a car, so that you will be more than happy with your final purchase. Even after the process is finalized, they will reach out to you just to make sure that everything it s fine, or to help you with whatever questions you might have, even if not necessary related to your car (as a newcomer in Canada, buying my first car, this was very appreciated).
