Bought a car on line just before Covid-19 started... my plans to fly to Ontario imploded as I was not permitted to travel... not a fun time to deal with things remotely, especially a purchase of this size you can't physically get!... but the staff at Nissan (Leo and Victor) were outstanding in understanding my overall situation and situating my car in storage until I could pay in full and arrange shipping. Finally all the stars lined up and my car was shipped. The pictures and their testimony of the car condition were understated. The car is great - a BMW X3 that looked good in the pictures but is great in person. No issues with the drive or any of the car systems as promised and the car passed safety only requiring new rotors that had rusted from sitting so long (thank you Covid-19!). Recommend the staff at this dealership for honesty and going the extra 100 miles to help me get the car in Manitoba! A great online purchase experience. Thank you!
