I took my leaf in for a recall and the staff was very friendly, very professional. I was treated like royalty with complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to and from work. Ill be there again next time my leaf needs anything. I was very impressed to see how they care for so many cars in such a modest location.

I recently purchased 2015 Nissan Versa. I came to the dealership on Saturday an was met by Nimesh. We discussed the purchase, the he referred me to Omar who provided me with the calculations and offered the financing, and the deal was made. Everything was professional and fast, it didn't take much time. They did all the paperwork over the weekend and n Monday I signed the papers and picked up the car. Excellent service!

Staff courteous and warm. Agent suggested that I not leave but stick around as the service would be very brief: I was third in line. This turned out to be be a 3 hour wait, punctuated by it won t be long or similar comments meany to reassure me.

Leased my first ever car from here and I recently upgraded my car for an SUV. Nissan team was great, their sales person Nimesh was awesome. They gave us a great deal. Super easy and fast. Highly recommend this location.

I was in the market for a new SUV for my expecting family, and my fiance and I went to 3 different dealerships. Nimesh was the only person out of all the dealerships that was welcoming and friendly towards us.

He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, and his expertise helped ease our fears of finding the right car for our family. He was diligent, extremely friendly and fought on our side to get us the best deal.

Decided to check this place out after reading a bunch of reviews here. The reviews seem to offer a lot of praise to Nimesh. When I picked this location, I was hoping to work with Nimesh, because he seems to be everyone's favorite, and to my surprise, I was lucky to get a call from him for the first follow up!

Nimesh was the nicest guy, professional, patient and honest. He was super patient, I may have asked a million questions, all of which he answered patiently. Really appreciate that. He made our first car purchase feel like the smoothest ride ever. He advised honestly, which I really appreciate, and made sure he gave us a good deal. I can verify that because I did shop around before getting in touch with him. If you are in Toronto, and are planning for a Nissan, you should check out this location if you want peace of mind and happy customer experience, particularly Nimesh.

This was my second outstanding service experience with our 2010 Versa. The service dept (which in my opinion how one should rate a dealership) is unbelievably first-class organised from the minute you drive up their valet ramp to when your shuttle drops you off at the door. Special shout out to Lenny Saroop - you should be training other service departments on how to their jobs right. Will definitely be back.

I would like to acknowledge that great service and experience that I received while I purchased my new car at Nissan Downtown in Toronto.

I reside outside of the city so it was a bit of a challenge for me to attend the dealership however when I did have the opportunity to attended Nissan downtown on the few occasions, I never once felt unwelcome or pressured to purchase a vehicle.

I took my time to research the vehicle before I made any decision. I dealt with salesperson Colin Diaz who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable during this process. The one thing which impressed me the most was the open lines of communication and being genuine about it. Colin responded to all my emails and phones calls promptly and never left me waiting for a response.

I had been to other dealerships in hopes of getting a fair deal, however, Nissan Downtown came out on top! I would recommend going to Nissan Downtown because they offer great service with a completely fair mindset with your trade in's. Also, they have good coffee too. Min and Leo should receive the worst car salesman of the decade. Worst experience ever. Never knew leasing a car takes longer than buying a house. Wasted 3.5 hours of my life dealing with a junior salesman who was a puppet running back and forth the dealership seeking approvals and answers. This ancient tactic of running back and forth to the manager's office doesn't work and should be discontinued.

A terrible customer experience. They sell cars for $30k but can't even print out the payment plans to provide more information to the consumer.

I went into the dealership with the intention of buying a Micra with air conditioning and automatic transmission. I was referred to Nimesh. I told him what I wanted, and Nimesh explained all the features available and asked all the right questions to understand why I wanted the Micra. I felt at completely at ease with no pressure what so ever to upgrade to a more expensive model. He ensured that I got a cash discount even though that offer had ended.

Terrible service. Get your car fixed elsewhere. These guys don t have you in mind and are focused on their own processes. They are also quite rude and demeaning, you never get a sense that they care for the customer.

This was my first experience with Downtown Nissan met Milo chen and his branch manager who was really considering . I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 1 hr away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Milo chen, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Milo as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations with a sales branch manager. Milo went above and beyond when I had questions about carafax info... He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Terrible experience here. Rude staff, and I was overcharged $104 on a routine oil change that they know is supposed to be made free by a deal with the sales department. It's been 3 months for them to refund me and it still hasn't happened. I will not be a returning customer when this lease is up.

Brought my car in for noise on Wednesday. They took me on a drive and were great in finding the issue. They asked to keep it till Thursday. I said ok. Thursday I got a call that the wrong part was brought in, ok fair, things happen! So they asked to keep it till Friday.

I called them Friday afternoon on March 29/19 and spoke with a female advisor who stated to leave a message for my advisor as she is not the one dealing with my vehicle. I responded asking if he will get the message and call me back before end of day as I need my vehicle for the weekend. She suddenly had this tone in her voice as if I was bothering her, so I reminded her that my vehicle has been there since Wednesday morning for warranty fix. She the stated she would make sure he got the message.

Just before she hung up, she says come here for 6 and ask for "cornell" he will get your car, its ready. So I go there before 6 and they are closing. People are running around, probably getting ready for the weekend.

In the end I didn't get my vehicle as no one there seem to know what was going on with it as it was still on the hoist. We spent money on a cab and wasted my time to return home annoyed and without a vehicle.

It's now 8pm and I am frustrated.

I was hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because I find the customer service goes down the drain once you buy the car, they dont care anymore about you, but before that, you cant get them away from you.

But because I suspected the issue was under warranty, I brought it in.

Anyway, I dont leave many reviews. I only take the time to write them after I have been very positively surprised by something or very disappointed. In this case, it was the latter.

Sales rep Fiza Malhotra was very helpful in finding us the right car and went beyond way to get the best deal for us. The receptionist was very sweet as well and handled us with care! That overall experience was great! Will come again !

I LOVE every moment I'm driving my Juke 2016.

Nimesh is super friendly from the beginner and really patient in answering all my question about the Juke and overall car purchase process. I never felt pressure to buy anything I didn't want, or not work within my budget. He offered what I felt was his honest opinion about the different aspects of the car and the Nissan brand. He also makes great milk tea for every of my visits :)

James was amazing at explaining and working out the perfect finance option for me. He took his time to work out all the different payment scenarios I asked for. Again, I never felt pressured into signing papers right away, or signing anything I did not understand. He had no problem with me taking a few days to think about the options and was even ok with me calling him with more questions. In the end, I feel confident I have the best car for it's value.

The service team and Eric did a great job putting in all the accessories I added to the car. I love the way the car is personalized to my preference, it's so much fun to know I am driving a one of kind car.

It started off as a standard enquiry to multiple dealerships requesting quote for a sedan.
I received an interesting response from Fiza Malhotra of Nissan Downtown Toronto, asking me to visit their showroom and that she would answer all my queries to finalise a car of my choice.
On the first visit, Fiza listened to my requirements and provided various options.
While I had in mind a smaller model with basic features, I realised it will not suit my family's requirement in terms of safety and other comfort features.
After 2 days, I went back to Nissan Downtown again where Fiza responded patiently to my questions and allowed me to inspect various models and trims.
I decided to lease a 2020 Rogue Premium. I bargained real hard, Fiza was understanding and offered me a great deal, inclusive of Lease-end-protection and periodical service.
All along, there was no pressure from Fiza forcing me to make a purchase.
Omar Azhar handled the financial part of the documentation effectively.
Vehicle was delivered by Vlad Tkachov who ran through the paperwork efficiently and demonstrated key features.
The entire Team at Nissan Downtown Toronto are professional and friendly. I would give them a 10/10.

My sentra sv 2018 is very smooth to drive and is very spacious. The color is pearl white and eye catching when clean.The engine is not very powerful but it is a base model. The standard front collision warning system is terrific. I had some minor issues with the car but they were fixed perfectly by the team.

I always go to this location to get my car serviced however, knowing it was time to get a new car, I decided to ask about the cars they have available. I was introduced to Fiza Malhotra who not only was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, but also helped me pick a car that was just right for me. Do not take your vehicle to this location.

They are very unprofessional. The mechanic I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me for not fully understanding his logic. He claimed that the issue with my car was my battery when it wasn't. I ended up paying for a new battery only for the problem to persist.

I called and left a voicemail for the manager. A whole week, he never returned my call I sent him an email and replied that he will look into it. It's been two months, no response.

Go somewhere else and stay away from this location.
