I have been looking to purchase an Altima recently and visited a few dealerships, both Nissan and privately owned stores. I was referred to Nissan Downtown by a friend who raved about his experience with them. My interaction with Nissan Downtown was as wonderful as my friend's was! I would like to thank Omar the General Sales Manager and his team for the great service. He was always there to answer all the silly questions I had....he also had the patience to really explain the whole process to me instead of looking at me like I'm an idiot (happened quite a few times in other stores). Best of all was that at no time did I feel pressured to purchase. Thank you Omar and keep up the excellent work! btw...loving my new car:)
