I bought my third flat in my home avatar and till date I bought three flats with My home group.I personally believe that they are the premium builders in hyderabad now.i am staying in my home jewel and can literally feel the nice and homely environment there.the construction quality is so good and on time delivery of My home group has encouraged me to deal again and again with them:)(i think u can figure it out by my third venture again with them).They have good construction quality, on time delivery, good customer queries response, very nice amenities like we have temple to pray which u rarely get in other apartments.all high living amenities .Overall one can be very much satisfied when comparing to other builders.

Well know place for corporate offices also
But too much traffic at night time

There is good security arrangement and parking places.

Completely unhygienic....always full of mosquitos and flies...stay away...and parking is ok

Not responsive,since 20 days i am waiting for my handover but all i get is excuse. Work is poorly finished, tiles are broken, patches everywhere and bad finishing

Our office is located in My Home Hub. Centrally located. With metro station right opposite the main gate the locality becomes more attractive

They are Genuine & doesn't offer sky while house buying.....stick to their delivery deadlines.

This builder has big name in Hyderabad and people are blindly following. I have invested in one of their projects and not at all happy due to builder's unethical practices. They play with gst and ITC (not transparent) where customer looses money and builder gets the benefit....not at all good. Also they are very rigid and do not listen to customers once sale is done. Not planning to invest again in their projects. This is my experience but use your own mind before taking any decision.

Quality of constructions is very good and rent also they are getting more than their expectations.It' very nearer to praposed USA consulate. I think who has flats in my home constructions are future millaniores and if you continue to invest in my home projects they will become future billionaires.

Old is gold only lift is too slow also they don't have cafeteria

I love My Home and everything about it. I have booked a flat too, but my review is for the sales guy Manikantan, though I booked the flat on day 1 of launch, I gave him 3 options for the flat,apparently as per him all were sold , later I realised one was sold to a known person post my booking. They have been blocked by themselves. Also this is my first flat with My Home, they would normally give Rs. 100 discount, but he didn't even tell me while booking, I over heard it and asked another salesman who said they offer this as standard discounts. Very deceptive

They are cheaters, not completing pending work of my flat. Anil and Chandrashekhar are big liars. Going to take them to consumer court.
